We thought it could be fun playing at the Emergenza Festival. So we signed on (it's now fully booked).

We'll play some intense twenty+ minutes on 3 February, at Rust, 11.30 PM (sharp!).

We're thrilled to share this awesome news: Epic Typo has just been invited to open for one of the most interesting contemporary Danish bands: Kellermensch! We were there when they played one of their inaugural CPH-shows in Trinitatis Church a dark Tuesday night last year, and we've been rooting for them ever since.

We will open for Kellermensch in Vega 19 November 2010 and Gimle 3 December 2010.

It should be a very interesting combination where two adjacent genres meet to celebrate profound, literary and pretty raw musical endeavors.

If you're unable to attend, don't forget we're also at the Danish Synth Festival 20 November. That's three gigs so far this fall!

We're Playing Danish Synth Festival 20 November in Copenhagen

Good news. We've been invited to perform at the seminal Danish Synth Festival 20 November 2010 in Copenhagen. It's only the third year around for this festival and we're honored to play. Should be fun! We'll be there with our old distortion guitar, live visuals and new songs.

Look up DSF on Facebook and Myspace for more details. We haven't been announced yet, but it should happen any minute now.

New song released: Parting on the Square

We just released an entirely new track dubbed 'Parting on the Square'. It makes reference to both Kipling and the infamous Chop Chop square. It's a ballad of sorts so keep those lighters handy.

If you are reading this you may be of a rare breed. One of those curious first movers who just can't sit around and not explore a new something they stumble upon.

Epic Typo is a new band. And an established one too. We used to be known under another name. We don't work like most other bands. Since 2000 we've had a few albums and lots of tracks to our name. Almost half of what we've created we've left behind.

We like to improve stuff. So we've rebranded, rebooted, and head onwards without regrets.

Welcome, again.
