Texas In July announce "The Last Reality" headlining tour

Texas In July is proud to announce The Last Reality Tour - the band's first full US headlining tour in support of their album, One Reality.

Joining the Ephrata, PA-based metal outfit on the tour will be Like Moths To Flames, The Air I Breathe and Hundredth. Splitting the opening slot of the tour will be One Year Later (March 30-April 15) and Equal Vision Records� For All I Am (April 17-April 28).

In addition to the headlining dates, Texas In July will perform at several upcoming music festivals such as Jamboree Festival, New England Metal and Hardcore Fest and The Bamboozle.

Texas In July released One Reality, their sophomore full-length album, in April 2011 and earned a No. 3 premiere on the Billboard New Artist/Heatseekers Chart while also placing on the Billboard 200, Rock, Independent, and Hard Rock charts. One Reality was recorded in Hadley, MA with producer Zeuss [Hatebreed, Shadows Fall]. The album features technical, hard-hitting drumming, flawless transitions, ongoing dueling guitar riffs, and intricate arpeggios seamlessly melded together through the band's intense breakdowns and melodic musical grooves. This past summer, the band released a music video for One Reality single �1000 Lies� that can be viewed HERE.

The band�s impressive tour resume includes two European headlining runs and performances on the Motel 6 Rock Yourself To Sleep and I�m Alive tours with labelmates We Came As Romans, Take Action Tour with Bayside and Silverstein, and Scream The Prayer with Norma Jean. Texas In July is currently on a full US and Canada tour with August Burns Red , Silverstein and I the Breather.

The band made headlines when a video of drummer Adam Gray drumming and juggling drum sticks simultaneously went viral last year, leading to an opportunity to perform the trick on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Alternative Press magazine also named the band as one of the �100 Bands You Need to Know in 2011� and reviewed the album stating, �One Reality offers excellent pit fuel, with a few meditative moments that demonstrate an admirable depth that will hopefully continue to grow on future releases.�

We Came As Romans premiere "Understanding What We've Grown To Be" Music Video on VEVO

Detroit, MI's We Came As Romans is premiering their new music video for "Understanding What We've Grown To Be" on VEVO.com's front page. The video is also available on YouTube HERE. This is the third and final installment of a video series that was directed by Travis Kopach [AFI, 3OH!3, Panic! At The Disco] and filmed in Brooklyn, NY.

We Came As Romans bassist Andrew Glass, who assists with the development and execution of creative concepts for all of the band's album artwork and music videos, explains of the video series:

The three videos we shot portray a person lost, confused and struggling to find purpose in life. He sees himself at his darkest in the first video, trying endlessly to find his way out. After going through a traumatic experience, he finds his way out and his eyes begin to open to a new journey of finding out what really makes him feel alive. Through this journey the man traces back to his childhood house, where it all began. Overwhelming feelings wash over him as he remembers the feeling he once had long ago. Now, with a sense of purpose, he embarks back into the world to take the path he should have taken long ago.

The first video in the series, "Mis//Understanding", debuted on ArtistDirect in November, followed by "Just Keep Breathing" a month later on Livestream.com, where the band members also chatted live with fans following the premiere. The band is currently overseas on a European co-headlining tour with Alesana and will next travel to Japan, for the first time, to perform at Scream Out Fest. This Spring, We Came As Romans will return home to the States for their next headlining run, The Fire and Ice Tour, with support from Emmure, blessthefall, Woe, Is Me, and The Color Morale.

We Came As Romans was also recently announced as a main stage performer for The Bamboozle on May 18th in Asbury Park, NJ. Additional main stage acts for the opening day of the 3-day festival include Skrillex, Incubus and Mac Miller. In May, the six-piece outfit will see another international first together, venturing to South America with Underoath, Protest The Hero and Close Your Eyes.

We Came As Romans is touring in support of their sophomore full-length album, Understanding What We�ve Grown To Be that was released in September 2011 and debuted at No. 20 on the Billboard Current Top 200 Chart, #5 on Top Hard Music, #7 Independent, #10 Top Current Rock, #15 Current Digital, and #21 on the Top 200 Album Chart. Understanding What We�ve Grown To Be has sold nearly 50k copies to date in the United States.

I the Mighty To Release 'Karma Never Sleeps' EP March 27th

JAN 26 � I the Mighty will release their debut album on Equal Vision Records, Karma Never Sleeps, on March 27th.

The San Francisco, CA-based band has also revealed the cover art, tracklisting, and a teaser video for the EP, which can be seen HERE.

Karma Never Sleeps envelops listeners into a dramatic, dreamlike state, with intricate tales of political corruption, desperation and despair, and even words of cautionary counseling for the young and reckless. The EP features six sweeping tracks filled with soaring vocals, catchy hooks, charging guitars and explosive instrumentations, lyrically infused with powerful, poignant storylines.

I the Mighty vocalist Brent Walsh speaks of the band's politically-charged lead single "Cutting Room Floor" explaining, �I go through phases where I follow politics closely, only to find myself backing away from it completely because it brings little more than frustration and a greater lack of confidence in humanity. The song describes Karma catching up to somebody who has let the persuasive hand of greed be the guiding light by which they live their life.� He concludes, �We don�t want people to just listen to our music on a surface level. We want people to dive into the songs and dissect them and to really feel them."

I the Mighty has just wrapped up a tour with A Lot Like Birds and Just Like Vinyl (ex-The Fall of Troy) and will next head out with The Mid-Summer Classic, Divided By Friday and Victorian Halls. In March, the band will once again hit the road, with A Lot Like Birds and From Indian Lakes, en route to Texas for SXSW. MTV.com premieres Eisley's "One Last Song"

Eisley's new EP, Deep Space, doesn't come out until February 14th, but you can stream "One Last Song" now on MTV.com!

As Eisley explains to Alternative Press: "['One Last Song'] starts out just like a classic Eisley song; it�s got a lullaby vibe, it�s very soft -- and then right when you think it�s over, it kicks in with this drum fill and this kind of Portishead-type jam-out session with these vocals that are very Beatles-y. That was really fun and challenging for us."

Say Anything announce Spring tour plans!

Say Anything have confirmed headlining tour dates for March and April 2012, when they will hit the road in support of their upcoming full-length album, Anarchy, My Dear (out March 13th on Equal Vision Records). The 31-date tour will kick off on March 24th at San Francisco's Regency Ballroom, and will then make its way around the country, culminating with a performance at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on May 3rd. Eisley's Deep Space, a new five-track EP, comes out February 14th, but is available now for pre-order on their webstore. Deep Space was recorded Eisley's hometown of Tyler, TX with engineer/mixer Andy Freeman.

In support of the new EP, Eisley will venture out on a US tour in March 2012 supported by Christie DuPree and Tampa, FL-based band Marksmen.

Singer/songwriter/guitarist Sherri DuPree-Bemis shares that the EP�s title track was inspired by the work of science fiction/fantasy author Ray Bradbury. �He is one of my favorite writers of all time and consistently inspires me." She continues, "Outer space has always fascinated me and I wrote this about a couple leaving earth to live life in space, knowing they may never see earth again. I wanted it to build it musically so that you're very focused on the story and by the time it gets to the bridge, it literally feels like you're right there with them, feeling that mixture of excitement and sadness as you soar out of the atmosphere.�

The surreal trance of Deep Space follows The Valley, Eisley�s incredibly candid and autobiographical full-length album, which was released in March 2011. The Valley debuted at No. 75 on the Billboard 200 Current Albums chart, No. 5 on Amazon MP3's Top 10 Album Chart, and No. 3 on its New Albums chart. The Valley has also been deemed "one of the best albums of 2011" by Amazon.com, Big Takeover, Alternative Press, and AbsolutePunk.net.

I the Mighty announces additional Winter and Spring tour dates

This February, I the Mighty will join The Mid-Summer Classic, Divided By Friday, and Victorian Halls on a month long, west coast tour. The band will then head out on a short run in March with A Lot Like Birds and From Indian Lakes, which will bring them to Texas just in time for SXSW. I the Mighty kicked off their first tour of 2012 on January 14th in their hometown of San Francisco, CA, supporting A Lot Like Birds and Just Like Vinyl (ex-The Fall of Troy) on A Tour With No Name. This Time Next Year has announced that they will travel to Australia this April, touring with New Found Glory and Taking Back Sunday! The San Francisco, CA-based pop punk band released their sophomore full-length album, Drop Out Of Life in September 2011 and recently wrapped up the Pop Punk�s Not Dead Tour with New Found Glory, Set Your Goals, The Wonder Years and Man Overboard. This will be This Time Next Year�s first time touring in Australia.

Equal Vision Records is excited to announce that Say Anything will release their fourth studio album, Anarchy, My Dear, produced by Tim O'Heir (Say Anything, Sebadoh, Superdrag), on March 13th, 2012. Say Anything has been making odd, unclassifiable indie rock music since they were 14 or 15 years old, playing strangely literate and loud rock, characterized by what one might imagine if Larry David fronted a Fugazi cover band with the members of Queen. Not that that's a stretch or anything. The tracklisting is below.

Anarchy, My Dear is, in its purest sense, a form of propaganda--an intense expression of frontman Max Bemis' love for the idea of anarchy--and even the album's artwork reflects his passion: "We thought we could best represent what the album means by using the symbolism of a burning flag stitched onto an actual flag. The image represents a championing of the 'cause' of struggling against the rules and regulations that dictate our thinking." Continues Bemis, "Anarchy, My Dear is our first attempt to write a true 'punk' record; thematically speaking, it's a collection of songs about subverting society and destroying the boundaries humankind has placed upon ourselves both physically and in our minds. Coincidentally, it also happens to be the first record we've made in years where we had total freedom to explore our 'edgier' side and present a raw picture of what the band is truly about onstage."

Filled with thought-provoking, idiosyncratic lyrics, Anarchy marks a breakthrough in Say Anything's genre-defying evolution. Hailed by Alternative Press as one of the most anticipated albums of 2012, the music has a newfound vintage, glam-rock feel, complete with an urgent punch of anthemic choruses and ferocious energy. SPIN Magazine declared that the first single, "Burn A Miracle," is "one of the more schizophrenic and toothsome pop-punk outbursts frontman Max Bemis (or maybe anyone for that matter) has shared to date. It's a beast. Have a listen." "Admit It Again," a take-no-prisoners critique on contemporary "indie" culture is a follow-up to fan-favorite track "Admit It," off their 2004 album, ...Is A Real Boy. "So Good," "Night's Song," and "Overbiter" feature guest vocals from Sherri DuPree (Eisley), her haunting, ethereal voice providing a contrast to Bemis' snarling onslaught, while the hammered dulcimer backed ballad "Peace Out" touches on the album's theme of self-empowerment and rebellion amidst a contradiction-filled society.

Alternative Press premieres Set It Off's "Horrible Kids" music video!

Set It Off�s music video for �Horrible Kids� is premiering now on AltPress.com. The music video was filmed in the band's hometown of Tampa, FL, with director Ernie Gilbert, and explores their past experiences of dealing with and overcoming bullying.

Vocalist Cody Carson elaborates, "I wrote Horrible Kids to tell the story that a lot of people won't. It's about my experiences growing up. I was that "kid" mentioned in the bridge of the song. We wanted this song to encourage the victims of bullying to keep their head up and keep pushing through life, no matter who attempts to stand in the way."

In regards to the video concept Carson adds, "We're all comic book nerds, so when Ernie brought the prospect to us that we'd be defeating the bullies by tinkering with our instruments and blowing them out of the room with the music in a comic book/Scott Pilgrim-style way, we were very excited, to say the least! The moral of the story and music video is that success is the best revenge. Stay focused on what you love."

An additional, behind-the-scenes video of Set It Off on the set of �Horrible Kids� was also released this week and can be seen HERE.

Set It Off is currently writing for their forthcoming, full-length release, which will be recorded with Zack and Ken [All Time Low, Cartel, Mayday Parade] in February 2012 at Vintage Song Studios in Atlanta, GA.

The orchestral-pop quintet re-released a remastered and expanded version of their Horrible Kids EP on August 30, 2011 through Equal Vision Records. The enhanced album features a previously unreleased track, �Chase It!� and music videos for �Breathe In, Breathe Out� and �@Reply�. The EP was recorded at Red Sparrow Studios in Wilson, NC with Brandon �B-Real� Ham and John Harrell and mastered by Paul Leavitt [The Dangerous Summer, Conditions, VersaEmerge] and debuted in the top 100 Alternative Albums on iTunes.

Say Anything has teamed up with SPIN.COM this week, for the exclusive premiere of �Burn A Miracle� - the first track released off of their forthcoming full-length album, Anarchy, My Dear. This will be the band's fourth studio album and first release on Equal Vision records.

"Burn A Miracle" is now available for purchase through online retailers such as iTunes and Amazon.com. Today, Say Anything also revealed a new lyric video for �Burn A Miracle� that was created by Casey Crescenzo of The Dear Hunter and can be found HERE.

'"Burn a Miracle" was written as a call to arms of sorts, to rally those who would destroy the boundaries that others and themselves placed on their lives," explains Say Anything frontman Max Bemis. "It was the first song I wrote for the record and sums up the whole LP in certain respects. The song pretty much declares war on fascism on all ends of the social spectrum, from fat cats to faux bohemians. I cannot wait to hear it screamed back at me when we head out on tour, as playing it live was one of the main things I had in mind when I wrote it.�

Bemis recently wrapped up a solo headlining tour with his wife and Eisley vocalist/guitarist Sherri DuPree-Bemis. Say Anything will head out on a full band, headlining run in Spring 2012.
