Basicaly you have to fill two columns in the website to get your short URL

1. Nick Name (Prefered Name)
2. Google Plus ID (21 numbers)

While checking my current google profile I found that my Google Profile link has a 21 numbers as my ID so I used it. Fortunately, it works.

Go to your google profile page
Right click on the "ABOUT" Link or Button then choose "Copy Link Address"

Now the trend is Tablet PC, isn't it? everyday we are reading or watching about the launch of new tablet pcs with new features. Many are saying that it is very convenient to use and some are saying its just a show off - Money. Any ways ipad is very popular today. Mr. Steve Jobs said on the launch of ipad that it is far better than laptop and smart phone (in case of browsing). Basically all it look like a paper and pencil (in my view :). A visual preview will open when you click on the magnifier icon near to the link. It will work with all kind of results means, the result is showing youtube the you will get the preview of youtube page and if it from wikipedia then you will get the page preview of that. It is very cool and helpful.

Google chrome is getting popular day by day. and most of you keep it as part of your life. When come to the traditional feature of it - bookmarks bar - most of your face turn to :( , isn't it? I know why it is. Even though you hate the bookmarks bar still you using the bookmarks. Here I will help you to keep the bookmarked websites with its favicon like google chrome's extension icon and it is in google chrome bookmarks bar. In the preview picture you can see, it is neat and tidy very attractive.

Tutorial is going Step by Step :P

Step 1: Go to the website which you want to add to the bookmarks bar (eg: http://youtube.com)

Step 2: Drag and drop the gray colour globe icon to the bookmark bar. It is a easy way to add bookmark in google chrome. Now you got a bookmark of the website with some text and bit bigger.

Step 3: Right Click on the bookmark and go to EDIT and remove the NAME of bookmarked item. Then you will get a neat and good looking favicon button on bookmarks bar. It is very space saving idea. So you can add around 30 bookmarks into your bookmark bar.

Free English Malayalam Java Mobile Dictionary Application

I am a South Indian and my mother tongue is Malayalam ( മലയാളം ). A very Sweet language. There is no other language like mine :) As we know malayalam is not supporting by most Java mobile applications. So its hard to get a Mobile dictionary for Java mobile. But I found one good application from GetJar.Com . It is very useful and FREE :)

The Free application is DEMO version of the original. But I will Show You How to Get it for FREE :P

Step 1. GO to GetJar Application Page

Step 2. Download the Application to your computer

Step 3. Install the Application in your Mobile (Via bluetooth or USB cable)

Step 4. Start Application and try it.

Works Fine, isn't it? but not all words. So here the problem of DEMO. So you Have to Register. It will cost you Rs.200. I recommend you to do the proper REGISTRATION.

But I just give a try to get it for FREE. and It works. So Here I will give you the secret. Yes the secret is,

Secret Step: Start application go to REGISTER and type "00000000" (8 Zeros) and Register. Hopefully, it worked on my SonyEricsson K550i phone.

I think it support all phones, May be not the iphone :P

Have you ever think about a friend on your computer which can identify you and talk with you like a real person. I did it when I was a child. Denise is a photo-realistic Virtual Assistant, created by Guile 3D Studio from computer graphic software and a real-time proprietary graphics engine. Denise is the interface to our artificial intelligence software.

Her main function is to assist users in human-computer interaction, like searching the web, exploring multimedia files, checking e-mail, scheduling new appointments, all these using natural language, as the user was "talking to a real person".

Denise mimics a real human being, using facial recognition, text-to-speech and speech recognition technology to identify users, understand speech questions, search for the best answers and speak aloud important information and search results.

Facebook Lite Shut Down by Facebook

Facebook has shut down its Lite site aimed at users with slow or poor internet connections. It was very popular among the low bandwidth internet users. "Initially the service was rolled out in the US and India"

Facebook posted a note on its own fan page thanking those who used Lite, adding that it had "learned a lot from the test of a slimmed-down site".

"I think a lot of the Facebook experience was left out of Lite, especially the monetisable parts," said Ray Valdes of Gartner Research.

"The other part of this decision is probably because they have improved the performance sufficiently with the main part of Facebook and made things run better that they didn't need this back-up approach to cover a situation of low performance," Mr Valdes told BBC News. (Ref: BBC News)
