Have you all noticed how time feels these days?  I have been watching how virtually every person I encounter or observe seems to be running on ‘fast forward’.  There is more data coming in per millisecond than we are able to transmute and disseminate.   I find it fascinating.

This is evolution and the collapsing of the time spiral in action.  When you elevate yourself to noting what is happening in the big picture you eliminate wasted energy on the little traumas and dramas in your daily life.

Remember what you put focus and energy on grows…Be sure you are focusing on what you want to duplicate.  Ask yourself…Is this thought something I look forward to actually experiencing MORE of very soon?

Be clear because that is exactly what is going to happen  J

Here are some things that I see occurring and at this time:

1. Awareness:  My awareness and vision has grown a lot since I have been asking to see ALL the parts of me.  This was not so fun at first but now that I have made peace with the ego/personality it is actually exciting.  I see, at a whole new level, how the personality and this Universe work.

1. 2.       Manifestation: I am clear that things are coming into form VERY fast.  This means I have to really watch what I think, say and do with pristine Awareness.  As I have done that, I have had some very fun things occur.

I have been asking for my ‘unseen family’ (another whole story) to bring me the new energies that will enhance growth and help awaken mankind. They are also to restructure the DNA of the current human body. Over time I have been gifted with the visitation and downloading of very specific resonance and frequency values not common to this world. One way these will be transferred to others is at the retreat I will be doing in Mill Valley, CA on July 27-29^th at the Ralston White Retreat Center.  At this weekend we will make peace with the illusion/ego/personality and be completely restructured to function in this world in a new way and at a new level.  I cannot specifically say exactly what will be covered but what I know is that it will be focused on creating a life beyond what you could have ever imagined was possible.

If this resonates in any cell in your body please be there. I have been informed (from within) that there are certain individuals who are to be present which will shift the entire download because of the energy you hold and the energy you desire to receive and what we will create together.  You know who you are…please listen to your inner nudge.

Another profound gift is the Manifestation ‘Prosperity’ Vehicle we are working with.  It is a manifestation of our Dream and passion to do the Free World Tour.  It is unfolding magically and I am learning that what I thought about everything has changed.  Gosh I know I am being vague but it is because I have no words just yet.

What I know now is that my work is evolving and becoming more grounded.  I am being taken out into the 3D world unlike I thought I ever would (or wanted to) J 

The understanding is still unfolding but for now I can tell you that what we are doing (and we invite you to do it with us) is an avenue to change and Awaken yourself, Mankind and the Planet.  Working with this company ‘appears’ so normal but the grid system that is being created from this is amazing and it has a mask over it so it can be received by the masses but it has a deep underlying, transformative energy vortex that is just phenomenal.

Gosh as I have let go I have found how very little I know.  I am experiencing how God IS truly everything and that as I gave up all of my judgments, preconceived ideas and personal control and beliefs about what I thought was important, real or powerful I am being carried to a new level of connection and Life beyond what I would have ever even known to ask for.

I weep as I write this because I am so humbled by the magnitude of God and Life.  I am so amazed at the littleness of the personality and chuckle at how it thinks it knows anything.  I have had such resistance and judgment and have had such a controlling demand on how I thought my Life ought to go…oh my..

OK I am ‘getting it’ slowly but surely.  I am seeing that there is more than I know how to express in words so I will let this go for now.

I’ve decided if I could clone myself it would be helpful right now.  Another interlude in the data of the unfoldment:

I have been doing some very deep work with so many incredible energy forces.  I have been receiving and transmitting information and energy at a significant level.  I attribute this continuous transformation and expansion to so many things.

1.  The sign of the times.  This means the natural evolution of mankind is accelerated and energy is being downloaded upon our planet like never before.  If you are here you are being affected.  If you are awake to it and use it in a constructive way it will catapult you to new levels of who you REALLY are.
2. My williness and passion to be all I can be and return to my natural and True state.  I am unwavering in my commitment to Awaken and support the Awakening of Mankind.  There is nothing else for me in this Life and the journey I am experiencing is the adventure of being very grounded and present in the love, joy, pain, suffering, light, dark and all other aspects of what I am experiencing.  The key difference is that the “perceived” unfun parts are seen as part of the adventure and usually not resisted.  This  makes each moment a gift.
3. Others that have the same commitment and are also doing their part as we all come into the full awareness and connection to the realization that if you would like to elevate yourself above the polarity….the pain and suffering ….. you must connect within as your first priority AND recognize that ascension (raising one’s self above the lower frequencies) means that we must work as one unit.  We must join in as a collective in this endeavor.  True Ascension is Mass Ascension in these times.  This has been a little hard for me in the past because I thought I could and I wanted to do it alone.  If I did I got to stay in control and I could show or expose only what me personality would allow.  I had to say good-bye to that 
4. How you deal with Mass Ascension is by dong what you do within but also allow others to help you and to help others do the same with a common goal and a selfless way of contributing to everyone being in a state of joy, peace and connection.  (You give up the idea that “they” deserve it but “they“ do not.)

Dr Todd is someone I have know for over 15 years.  He has created a Nutritional Supplement company with laser infused herbs etc that are powerful and healing (we have been carrying his products in our Nutritional Supplement store since he started the company and we love them.)  He is a VERY awaken genius that is changing this work because he is not even of this world (my knowing ) He is facilitating a world changing event that is culminating December 21, 2012 in Maui.  He is traveling around the world right now facilitating what he calls “rehearsals” which is teaching certain tones that Awaken you and mankind.  This toning is extremely powerful.  We will be attending one of his events here in Portland OR March 31 and April 1.  You can check his web site to see if it speaks to you and if so maybe we will get to meet you in Maui or sometime before.  (you do not have to go to Maui to learn the toning.)   www.lemurianchoir.com/

I am behind in my posts to you chronologically and I wanted to post the other things that have occurred since I wrote last and what happened in the past few days.  Instead I decided to post this out of sequence as I am guessing many of you are experiencing your own version of what I have been going through.

The last few days have been very intense for me.  I was confronted with some very intense energy that has caused me to feel every aspect of myself.

Some personal events occurred that could have been perceived as very devastating.  I had an instant moment of anger flow through me.  I observed it without reaction and immediately moved to calm.  I was at peace.  I was in observation.

This went on for a couple of days as the event unfolded.  The energy coming through was very massive.  I awakened one morning and felt a deep yearning for Connection that was so intense I could hardly stand it.  It was painful and I felt as though I would implode.  A rage came forth that was so big I felt like I could take out a city, a state, a country and even the planet.  I was shaking with this energy.  I have learned that rage like any energy is a powerful time to create so I used it to call forth for total and complete change from the feeling of struggle with money and other things that had come and gone over the years to one of Oneness, Connection, Peace, Openness, Flow and Freedom.

The agitation was hardly containable.  I cannot really describe the feelings that I was feeling.  I could observe that it was also energy, just energy expanding me and preparing me for what is next but I tell you….it was hell.  It felt so bad. I just wanted to die or scream (which I did) or something.  A part of me wanted to run away from the feelings but I knew I could not.  I had to just be with it and I did.

I did my best to not dissect it or give purpose or reason to it but some of that did seep in.  At the times it was so extreme I could not think about the why or anything for that matter.

By afternoon I needed to get up (I had been in bed all day, hardly able to move).  We went to the movie and the focus shift and movement allowed the energy to integrate and body to calm down. 

In the evening I felt like I had been beat up and run over.  My eyes were swollen and felt hot from crying so much during the day.  I went to bed and slept.

I slept very deep and when I awakened I felt a calmness but the energy was moving through me and felt coagulated in my tissues.  I had not been getting body work lately and I knew I needed it.  Rafael rubbed the muscles with deep pressure to release the energy.  It was painful as the energy caused the body to bounce up and down like I was having a seizure.  This is very common for me but this day it was a lot.  His loving support was so very helpful and when he touches me and moves this energy through me with such love it is very healing.  I am very grateful for him being my partner and in my Life.  I love him so.

This is the sign of the times my friends.  We are all going through so much.  We are all experiencing expansion and growth and we are all doing it in our own way.  Be attentive to your body and what it is calling for as it adjusts to new frequencies and ways of being with this World as it changes and evolves.  Be still and listen.  Take time to know what communication is coming your way and respond with love to the needs of all areas of your Life

You are loved beyond measure

If you have not read the last three posts you might find this one a little easier to follow but it is not necessary.

So the dogs are sold (except for two little pups that I had not been able to emotionally release just yet) and although there are a few details that were needed to be taken care of, my plate was more open to what was next.

What was next was taking care of my body.  I had not been to the Chiropractor, had body work, exercised, had my teeth cleaned etc. for some time because I had been working so feverously at having the dogs leave and all of the other excuses I used before that.

I suddenly had this thought that gosh it seemed like another full time job was upon me.  Taking care of the body and catching up with being out of balance was important. 

Simultaneously, I was passionate and committed to putting my energy into the Free World Tour and its development. 

I could hear my body screaming for attention.  I went to the dentist and they found I had lost bone in one of my molars that would need to be removed and replaced with bone and a post/implant.  I was very surprised at how easily I took this information.  I had not been feeling pain except the ache that I feel in my lower jaw when my frequency gets very high. I learned from an old sage back in the 1980’s that this meant that the body needed more calcium because the ‘very high frequencies of “God” ride on the molecule of calcium and use it up easily.  I had been aware of this ache off and on for many, many years and when I took calcium with magnesium it ceased within moments.  It always came when I was facilitating a seminar, retreat or some sort of meditation.  I was taking a lot of calcium but it was not enough to keep the bone from some degeneration.  In this moment I was very grateful that if something needed attention I was in a position to give it what it needed.

Meanwhile the miracles kept occurring.  Kim my daughter had been letting us know for weeks that she was going to need to leave working in our office soon because her own business and life was demanding more attention.

Kim has run our office for some time and when she is here I feel a sort of comfort and it gave me a good reason to see her since we live over an hour apart.  I felt sad although I knew it was not working for her to come and work.  Another let go.

I sat back and let it go as I knew something would occur that would be ok.  I put an ad on Craig’s list.  Within moments I received one response and literally in the next moment I received a notice that my ad had been tagged as spam and deleted.  Spam?  I was shocked as I have run many, many ads over the years and this was a first.  Gosh I was just asking for a part time accountant not a person to run a secret mission. 

I once again observed that my life was obviously happening without me understanding everything in every moment.  (Think the personality finds that fun? :))  I did have to admit that I was not looking forward to filtering through 50+ responses that usually responded.  The phone calls, interviews etc all took time I did to want to spend but one response?  Come on…  So I called the one woman that had written and surprisingly she sounded very qualified and perfect.

She arrived on that day and through a very fun interview we had found someone who was to only qualified she loved the idea of the world tour and our whole adventure.  I went downstairs and pushed my, “That was easy.” Button and said thank you to the Universe.  I decided I could get really comfy with a smooth easy Life.

Next thing we needed was a great webmaster.  We loved our girl but she just had a precious baby and felt she could not give us what we needed for the next step.  The Universe heard the desire and I will share how that came about on my next post and even more interesting unfoldments.

Meanwhile, I continue to write in my Appreciation Journal, read my script and keep telling the Universe what I desire for the next step of this journey.  I highly recommend these things if you have not already gotten into your own routine of creating.  There is sooo much more coming.  Wait until you hear of our spontaneous trip to Las Vegas

This is Part 3 of the Birthing of a Life Time Dream which is to give you an example of how thoughts create things….Please read the previous two posts if you would like the whole story

So back to the dogs….

I had 20+ dogs to sell and to people who would love and cherish them as I did. These dogs, being a rare breed from Germany were purchased as breeding dogs for $3500-$5000 each.  The question was how could I sell this many dogs in 5 or 6 weeks for this much money and be assured they would go to wonderful homes?

As soon as I thought the thought I switched it to, “I do not know how and I do not need to know how.  My job is to say “What” I want.  The Universe or Spirit is to figure out the “How”.  I remembered my job was to have passion and clarity about what was important to me and allow the Universe to bring to me what I desired.

You know it sounds so easy but darn I have noticed that the personality’s existence depends on control and doing and allowing does not leave room for that.  Allowing means you do not force things.  It means you give lea way for the timing to unfold.  It means you stop trying to figure out how and it means you do not ‘butt’ in.

Hmmm this is not so easy for the personality.

I do notice I get off track here J

Back to the dogs….

I held my focus on the dogs being sold, visualized and wrote in my journal every day.

Energy emerged that was palpable. I could feel it.  It came forth with power and fury and my phone started ringing off the hook. Please be clear here that I did not just sit and dream all day.  I made phone calls, I put the ad on Puppy Find and I told others that I was choosing to leave the business.  I told most people that I was going to be helping my husband with his home business which was also true.

Gosh, there is so much to this story.  Do I go into it all with you?  OK, a quick version because you know how I love to chat  J

Many of you know Rafael and I used to live on a very large property with a large home and retreat center.  The financial situation became stressful because it is an expensive endeavor to maintain.  We decided to downsize and sell it. A buyer came forth and was so excited about this property.  It was a dream come true for her and her tribe.  She released enough money that we felt comfortable purchasing another smaller home here in WA.  The escrow was long because she was waiting for the escrow on her own business to close.  We moved to our new home.

Many months later and just 24 hours before we were to close escrow on our ranch we received a phone call that the buyer of her business had backed out and she was backing out of our escrow.

This shook us up a bit because to resume a large payment on the ranch and our new home was more than we were comfortable with.  Based on this new twist to our adventure we knew we had to create some income quickly.

Rafael started a home business and I said I would help with this business.

I did not get into the Free World Tour with every single person at the beginning but it was the driving force for the sale of the dogs.

OK back to the dogs….

This energy came forward like a rushing river and buyers came from everywhere and nowhere.  There was more than one transaction were I had one person on one line and requesting the other person who had right of first refusal to make a decision because another person wanted the same dog.  It was so beautiful to see how the energy was working this.  I just had to hold the focus on the dogs being sold and The Free World Tour.

In about 3 weeks ALL of the dogs were sold.  In less than 4 weeks and before my written deadline all dogs were off the property.

The awe and respect I felt and what I learned and experienced about how the energy of passion, desire and commitment beckoned the Universal energy of who/what is within each and every one of us is profound.

NEXT…………THE MIRACLES CONTINUE

This is a continuation of my post of February 3, 2012…You can use it to expand upon your own dreams

I had spent months researching the Biewer breed and traveled as far as Russia to acquire the most beautiful and exquisite breeding dogs I could find.  The investment monetarily, time-wise and energy-wise was significant.  I had developed relationships with some wonderful people who are now my friends and the idea of leaving the business, my precious pups and this community brought sadness to me.  Still I knew it was what was next and I had to forge forward.

The question was was:  How was I going to find incredible homes for my precious four-legged ones and recuperate the amount of money we had invested? OH and I felt it had to be done very quickly!  I felt the push within. I felt urgency.

Here is what happened:

I looked at my Dream and I felt what it meant to me. 

I allowed the feelings of sadness to be there when it came and quickly switched my thoughts to the Free World Tour and what I really wanted.

I kept tapping into the feeling of The Free World Tour and all of the excitement I felt.

I kept going within asking for clarity about how to do what was next.

I started a Gratitude Journal which we now call an Appreciation Journal. Everyday and most of the time twice a day, I wrote down with pristine clarity the vision what I wanted. (not how it would happen because I had no clue), only what the end result would be.

I wrote things like:  “I have such appreciation that all the dogs found their perfect wonderful, loving homes before January 31, 2012.

(I started writing this on December 27, 2011 but started visualizing them in their new homes about the third week in December.)

I put an ad on Puppy Find.  Our web site was already up and running but it was not until weeks later that I put anything on the site about us leaving the business.)

I continued to write and visualize each day.  I saw each dog leaving here and being placed in the arms of amazing loving people.  (I had no faces on these people because I had no idea who they were at the time.)

I also wrote and visualized every day Rafael and I traveling on the Free World Tour.  I say us boarding the plane, being welcomed in cities every where and speaking to 1000’s of people.

I had had visions such as this back in the 1980’s but never knew how or when.  I saw stadiums full of people clamoring to find themselves and live a life of Connection and Joy. I saw so many people desiring to have the change that would not only change their own lives but the lives of millions of people and the entire energy of the planet. 

I could see the population become Aware and Awaken to infinite possibilities of living on the Emerald Planet as a true place of Utopia.

I wrote/write about it every day with such appreciation that is it already done.

Everything we (Rafael and I) write is as if it already done….because it is!

I went/go inside and call forth for the Free World Tour to be manifested by the True Self that I Am, the Inner Light that is the truth about you and me.  I realized that this work was for the masses, for all of mankind and although I have had my own path of becoming aware of life from a macro perspective not everyone has had the same one.

With rare exception we as a collective have our awareness and growth increase by what we perceive as pain and suffering. Today I do not see it as pain and suffering but rather experiences that allow us to determine what we like and what we do not like.  When we embrace all of the options in life we acquire the wisdom that each moment offers and grow from this wisdom.

MORE ON THE POWERFUL MANIFESTATION OF DOGS FORTH COMING

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX…DREAM BIGGER

The last time you all heard from me I was speaking about the precious rare breed of dog we were raising called Biewer.  As usual for me I jumped in with all of me and acquired some beautiful Beings of Light in the four legged variety that provided great heart openings for others, including me.

Also characteristically for my Life an abrupt change came about.  In about November, 2011 I started feeling something change within.  I knew things were going to change with the dogs and what I had spent a great deal of money, time and energy upon.  I could feel the demise of this portion of my Life and felt a disappointment and sadness.

I love animals and I love raising puppies.  Still I observed each day what I was feeling and what was happening. 

In late November early December, Rafael and I went to Maui to spend time at our Timeshare.  This is a healing and great place for us to assess and connect into what is happening and next in our Lives.

While in Maui I found myself reading things Think and Grow Rich, Abraham material, Mike Dooley etc. (all of which I had been very familiar with). Refreshing myself with this material reminded me of the Universal Laws I used to teach which started after my near death experience in 1981. 

On the plane ride home Rafael and I were speaking about what we would do if we had more money than we could ever spend or give away.  Immediately I knew what I would do was to do a Free World Tour.

 The Free World Tour is the physical manifestation of my vision to travel worldwide, teaching the principles of Manifestation, Universal Laws and how once understood can be used to create your life as being more awesome that you could ever dream or imagine. This includes being in a pure state of Connection of Joy.  My vision is to make this available to anyone who desires this shift without charge.

I had made this decision back in the 1980’s and although I had reached out in many ways over the years to attempt this it seemed to never come into fruition.  I ran across difficulties and the money was a factor in how I could do this.  When it became difficult I used the thought, “It must not be meant to be.”  “If it does not happened easily, maybe it is not supposed to happen.”  I had all kinds of “reasons” that gave me permission to abandon this important Dream.

It has taken me many years to finally learn that the reason this never came into fruition was my lack of understanding that a Dream must have an unwavering commitment.  It must have a laser- like focus and a passion that is not squelched by anything or anyone.

Instead I kept looking for everything to come without question.  I was not able to see that I had doubt inside.  The doubt of how it could really be done without the money already in my account.  I allowed more interference by taking on the thought that people would not appreciate it if it was for free because people have to pay for things for them to find value in it.  I had many excuses. I say this with compassion as I was as connected to this as I could be at the time.  I needed to grow more.  I needed to awaken more.  I needed to allow the timing of the receivership of mankind to expand.  I did not have this deep awareness at the time I was struggling with my polarity thoughts within.

As I sat on the plane while speaking with Rafael I KNEW it was time.  I KNEW nothing and no one could interfere with this Dream.  I KNEW that I had unwavering passion that had been building for all of these years and for as long as I could remember.  I KNEW this would occur.  I KNEW the millions of dollars to fund this was available and I could see it rushing toward me. 

I also had no idea how any of this would come about.  I knew I as a personality could not do it.  I knew we in those moments, did not have the money to just do it.  I knew there were many things that were so unknown to me about how to create this AND I ALSO KNEW IT DID NOT MATTER.

I said to myself…IT IS DONE.  I DO NOT KNOW HOW BUT IT IS DONE.

From that moment on the power of thought, the power of commitment kicked into gear. It no longer mattered if others jumped on board to make it easy.  It did not matter that the money would have to come from where ever it did. It did not matter that I did not have a clue about the HOW.  I was without the need to know.  I could and still can only see it done.

What happened next was a direct manifestation of this commitment.

Sat Nam – 11.11.11
— imagine the immense value of this unique date
. . . a profound marketing tool found within both its fantasy and its reality.

The fantasy speaks of the ending of calendars from ancient and wiser civilizations,
and perhaps even time itself stopping where life will never be the same.
The reality says that time is a necessary quantum illusion
and life has really never been the same.
The fact that life seems so familiar from moment to moment
is the very nature of this timely and timeless illusion.

11.11.11 is in fact a peak moment in the continuum of this illusion of time
and it is this moment that we are now celebrating.

Everything from microwaves to atoms have been accelerating wildly
ever since ‘it’ (the material universe) first began with a bang.
And now we’ve reached yet another one of those momentous tipping points
. . . like the colliding creation of the moon, the subsequent emergence of life,
the annihilation of the dinosaurs, primates standing up, their discovery of fire,
and the development of spoken language.
Yes, here we are once again engaging in an evolutionary acceleration point
that is turning our very existence exponentially forward.
But this time it does so from our inner landscape . . . the world within.

Science tells us that our material Universe has contained the exact same amount of matter since the moment it all began some 13.8 billion years ago.
The current transforming phenomenon is this: this matter has been expanding and stretching at a rate of fifty million miles per minute since that opening bang.
There have been many moments when the resulting stretch
producing tension, pressure, stress and friction has reached a game change.
We have reached that tipping point once again.

Up until now the old system was always about might, right and survival
. . . bone and muscle were the defining rulers of that time.
Social extensions of bone and muscle have been money and weapons.
Those with the most of these were able to dominate everyone else.
This new tipping point with its massive increase in the tension,
pressure, stress and friction caused by this constant expansion
has made muscle and bone a bit obsolete as the primary dominance.
The new system will be governed by the clarity, power and focus of brain, nerves and will.
This will couple with the intuitive leveraging capacity of the body’s fascia.
There are twenty seven miles of nerves in our bodies
and fascia is the resonating membrane running from our head to our toes.

The game of life has changed from force and survival
to focus and awareness, from might to insight.
Where we were once empowered by dominating,
we will now be empowered by our understanding.
The impulses will emerge from within us
as compared to the old system of receiving orders from the outside world.

Beginning on 10.28.11 and maximizing from 11.11.11 to 12.21.12
marks the core of this shifting period.
And though it is not so much about a single day in which all changes occur; these thirteen months are a significant crescendo in the acceleration of these changing times.
This is about science more than philosophy.
It’s about real physics acting on our physical bodies,
as opposed to meta-physics acting on our subtleties.

This is not so much about believing beyond our experience
as it is about understanding and knowing what we are experiencing.
We are now compelled to fully awaken, to show up, align and tune in,
and to lead the way forward with our sheer examples.
11.11.11 marks and celebrates this moment in time.
