Why You Should Stop Negative Thinking

Are you always assuming the negative?

If someone doesn’t get back to you, do you start assuming the worst?

You start creating this really negative story inside your mind.

“Ooh, they didn’t get back to me because…” and then you list all the reasons why the person didn’t get back to you.

You then engage your friends, and ask, “Why do you think they didn’t get back to me?” And then you all sit down and create a whole story that doesn’t even exist — you just keep assuming.

Or maybe you text somebody, and they don’t get back to you. And then you send them another text saying:

“Hey, obviously you don’t want to hang…”

Obviously? Maybe that somebody was busy.

I hate it when people do that to me. To be honest — it drives me up the wall.

I didn’t get back to you because I had something else going on. I wasn’t living by my phone. I didn’t have it in my hip constantly. I don’t answer my texts 24/7. I’m not some doctor, on-call.

Basically the reason why I wouldn’t text somebody back immediately is because I have a life, and the life that I’m living is more interesting than being glued to my phone.

The next time you go on creating a story in your mind, think to yourself: maybe this person is enjoying their day and having a life.

Get out of your head. Get out of the negativity zone. And if you are in that negative zone, don’t communicate with anyone from that place.

Don’t send the negative follow up text.

Don’t call and leave the annoyed voice mail message.

Be cool. Go out, have fun, and let everything happen as it should.

It pisses me off that witty shows like it get shitty ratings while swarms of idiots can’t get enough of American Idol and Dancing With The Stars…

I digress… any way, in last Thursday’s episode they tackled some interesting pickup artist related topics… such as why women are attracted to guys who are indifferent and hate nice guys…

Yep, I spoiled the episode with this post title… the carnival worker attracted women because he had no shame…

The idea of having “no shame” is not something widely talked about in the seduction community… so I did some research…

When I looked for a definition of “shame”… I found words like:

* guilt
* embarrassment
* regret
* unworthiness
* self-hatred

So having “no shame” simply means you don’t internally beat yourself up over everything…

Now don’t get me wrong… I also found hundreds of quotes about how you SHOULD have
shame… and I agree that you should have morals and abide by them…

But I also think being ashamed of things you can do nothing about is totally unproductive…

This past weekend I had some dude text me a picture of two girls with the caption “what do u think of girl in blue?”…

His text back was “What” “She is only 18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

From there I just laid into the sunuvabitch… what a dumb twat…. he sends me a pic asking me to grade some girl and then tries to chastise me for making a sexual implication regarding her… f**k him!

But really, it was my own fault… I knew this guy was an unhelpable pathetic douche who couldn’t get laid in a morgue… why was I wasting my valuable time responding to his bullshit texts?

But since you’re reading this… YOU are not a douche… so let me give you some advice when it comes to what age girls are “too young”…

In my eyes, there are two groups of girls…

1. Those who meet the local age of consent
2. Those below the age of consent

When it comes to what age of a girl I will allow myself to have consensual sex with… it is quite simple…

Any girl who meets the local age of consent…

I live in Wisconsin, the age of consent here is 18 years old… I’m in my 30’s… that means I WOULD sleep with a girl 10+ years younger than me and not give 2 shits and a f**k…

Does that make me a “dirty ol’ man“?

I DON’T FREAKIN’ CARE IF IT DOES OR NOT!!!

The “age of consent” is the legal age determined by my government of which a girl is mature enough to make her own decision on if she wants to have sex with a guy of my age…

It’s that damn simple…

The law is extremely cut-and-paste…

Don’t make things more complex and cause problems for yourself…

Don’t flush opportunities down the toilet because of the perceived judgement of society…

Judgement makes those who create self-imposed restrictions on themselves feel better about making unnecessary sacrifices…

The problem really resides with those who are accusing rather than those being accused…

The prude who really wants to sleep around calls sexually liberated women “sluts“…

The dude who wants to bang 18 year-olds but can’t calls the guys who can “dirty old men“…

If you take yourself out of the equation for a younger girl who’s open to sleeping with an older man… she’ll just go to the next older man who follows my rules and he’ll end up bangin’ her…

You’re not “changing her”… she’s old enough to make her own decisions… you’re just shooting yourself in the foot…

One day not too long ago the employees of a large company in St. Louis, Missouri returned from their lunch break and were greeted with a sign on the front door. The sign said: “Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym.”

At first everyone was sad to hear that one of their colleagues had died, but after a while they started getting curious about who this person might be.

The excitement grew as the employees arrived at the gym to pay their last respects. Everyone wondered: “Who is this person who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he’s no longer here!”

One by one the employees got closer to the coffin and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless. They stood over the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul.

There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself. There was also a sign next to the mirror that said: “There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is YOU.

Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your parents change, when your partner changes, when your company changes. Dear Speed Seduction® Student,

Let’s talk about younger women.

For a lot of guys who want to succeed with younger women, a lot of stuff goes on in their head…

“She’s too young.” “You’re too old.” “How could you have anything in common?” “May-December romances never work.” “Shouldn’t you be focused on ‘age-appropriate’ women?”

Up until the moment, maybe you thought it couldn’t be done, that it’s impossible to enjoy the attention and company of a younger woman. Social programming played a role too (“you dirty old man”).

Some guys take the opposite and equally debilitating approach – the need to succeed with every one of them.

To successfully approach and seduce younger women requires that you do a few things differently.

First of all, don’t compliment her on her looks. In other words, don’t approach a younger woman with, “Oh my God. You’re really beautiful.”

DO be intriguing. The key is to intrigue and fascinate her. With a younger woman, the first step toward getting her body turned on is to get her curious and intrigued. It’s rare that she’ll get her body turned on and be aware of being aroused in her body the first time you talk to her. It’s faster and easier to intrigue her.

Remember: this is SPEED Seduction®. Once you have her intrigued, leaning forward and really curious about the interaction, then start sexualizing.

Keep it outside of the dating framework. Don’t say, “I’d like to take you out.” Instead try, “Let’s hang out. I don’t have a lot of time, but I have a little bit of a window here. Let’s hang out and I’ll show you some cool things about how things work in your mind.” Or something along those lines.

Create a space for yourself where you’re totally, absolutely, fundamentally and deeply okay with the fact it’s just not going to get anywhere with 4 out of 5 younger women. But that’s fine. No older guy would get anywhere with them. It’s not you.

You must understand: your numbers won’t necessarily be as good. I guesstimate about 20% to 25% of young women are seriously open to an older guy. Here’s the thing, though: when she’s open, she’s REALLY open.

You Have To Know Who Your “Market” Is

Your market (so to speak) is a younger woman who’s really adventurous and already into her body. She knows there’s a lot more she’s missing about what she could experience, and a guy her age isn’t going to give it to her.

She’s unconventional in her thinking. She’s willing to think for herself and likes to be challenged. At the same time, she’s not a flake. She’s honorable and shows up.

It’s sort of like mining for gold or diamonds. When you find her, she’s wonderful.

Is it worth the work? Absolutely.

What I thought was interesting right away were the names - “The Adonis Code“, and the “Adonis Formula“…

In my opinion, these names seem very similar to Brad Howard’s “ The Adonis Effect” program and his “ Adonis Index“…

I first blogged about Brad’s program 5 years ago… that program was, and still is, wildly successful…

That was the first time I heard the term “Adonis” associated with a fitness program… and I thought it would be the last…

I understand that there’s a billion fitness programs out there, but it is my opinion that Brad should have the term “Adonis ___” locked up in reference to any fitness programs geared towards men…
