What about the destination? This is up to you! Fill in our opinion poll and choose the places you would like to visit most!

You can choose between:

A)  Tuscany: Pisa, Firenze, Siena;

B)   Campania: Pompei, Amalfi Coast, Caserta;

In both cases, the participation fee will not exceed 130 euros  (it might be a bit lower for Campania) and it will include:

• Bus transfer;
• Hostel or hotel;
• Breakfast and Dinner;
• Guided tours;
• Our ESN Staff’ sympathy.

Do not miss the chance to visit Tuscany or Campania while having fun with your Erasmus friends. This is going to be an amazing experience!

Please, remember that we need at least forty people for the trip to take place.

The purpose of the Buddy program is not only to assist exchange and international students with practical matters regarding their settlement in the new country; it mainly aims at facilitating integration in the Italian academic life and the Italian student community.

This Friday the 17th there will be an enormous cannon ready to flood the dance floor with a colossal layer of foam. Bring your swimsuit, leave all of your belonging to the wardrobe and get crazy with all your friends for one of the last party of the academic year!

Please read carefully! After the problems with the Italian institution, we can’t drink anymore in front of the metro station so we’ll go straight from Cristoforo Colombo stop to the Oasi Club via our powerful, amazing and free bus service. Also, after 01:30 a.m. the entrance will be closed, so you really should hurry up.

Schedule:

• 22:00 See you at Piramide Stop (B Line) to get the train to Ostia until the last stop (Cristoforo Colombo). Please don’t be late!
• 23:15 Last train to Ostia from Piramide, if you miss this one you can reach us via the N3 Bus.
• 00:00 We’ll move from Cristoforo Colombo stop t0 the Oasi Club with our free bus service (4 min) or by walk (20 min).
• 01:30 No more admission to the club.

The entrance fee is 5 € with a free drink only with the ESN Card. Each Erasmus Student has the chance to invite two people by filling the guestlist application down below. Please note that Italian card holders can’t invite people.

The guestlist is open until 20:00 of the party day. Card holders and guests must be together at the entrance before the 01:30 a.m. The Italian guests who want to join the party will pay the full price even if they are in the guestlist .

We’ll wait for you in a new Club very close to the Train Station: OPEN BAR CLUB (pay attention: “ Open Bar” is the name of the Club). For the occasion it will be decided to provide you the private POOL inside the Club! Then, don’t forget to take your swimsuit!

We will see each other at 22 at Piramide station to take a train (where the toasts will begin!) to Ostia until the last stop (Cristoforo Colombo). The last train is at 23.15! Don’t be late! Alternatively you could take the overnight bus N3 (It’s possibile to check the stops onwww.atac.roma.it).

The club will open at 24.00, but it’s really advisable to arrive earlier in order to avoid the queue at the entrance.
For all the ESN card holders the entrance fee is 5 euros (with a cocktail included) and each extra cocktail will cost 5 euros.

To sum up:

• 22:00 Official appointment at Piramide to get together the train. Just out from the metro Piramide.
• 23:15 Last train to Ostia. It’s recommendable not to miss the last train.

The three coolest Erasmus associations ever, ESN Roma ASE, ESN Roma LUISS and ESN Roma3 are going to join together their desires to celebrate to present a really one of a kind event!

This friday, the 3rd of June, the “Erasmian movida” moves on the beach, more precisely on one of the most famous discos of the Roman shoreline for a memorable event!

For the occasion the theme will be “White party“, meaning a total white dress-code. As in the coolest Ibizian parties, the Roman waterfront will become a big dance floor!

The Oasi beach club is situated directly on the beach and its atmosphere remebers a real saharian oasi, with palms,hooakah,wooden beds… everything surrounded by torchlights.We will see each other at 22 at Piramide station to take a train (where the toasts will begin!) to Ostia until the last stop (Cristoforo Colombo). The semester is coming to an end and the exams are around the corner, but ESN Roma never stops!

For next month, all together with our mates of ESN Roma LUISS, ESN Roma ASE and ESN Roma Tre, we have planned a trip to the small town of Frosinone, that will give hospitality to one of the most important events in this region with the protagonist “wine”: Frosinone Cantine Aperte” (=lit. open cellars)!!!

The wine cellars will open their doors to hundreds of enthusiast tourists who want to enjoy the pleasure of the wine and typical food of Lazio. More, there will be wine experts who will answer all your questions about typical local food and wine(like how to decant a red wine, or which wine to serve with fresh fish) and give you their inside tips and knowledge about many things about wine you may not have heard of.

Details and Program:

- Date: June 18th. We’ll leave at about 5 p.m. from metro “piramide” station, and we’ll be back in Rome at about 4 a.m.

- Participation fee: 15€. It includes the bus trip and a kit made up by: a bag, a map of the city and a glass. The glass is a sort of “pass”, which allows you to get wine and food at all the stands at the fair.

At the end of your erasmus you guys perfectly know that Italian food and wine are among the best pleasures on earth… well, together with the “awesomeness” of your ESN staff they can become an infallible remedy against exam stress…

So, don’t hesitate, come with us to Frosinone Cantine Aperte!

Reservations start on Monday, May 30, as usual in the office of ESN Roma LUISS in Via di Trasone (office hrs: mon, wed, fri, 3.30-6.30 p.m.), or in the offices of ESN Roma ASE and ESN Roma Tre.

ESN Roma LUISS Staff has been thinking about the best way to say goodbye and remember all the wonderful time spent together: from “welcome day” to Veneto trip, from Christmas party to Nutella party, from Carnevale Liberato to Evento Nazionale.
