You may feel that it isn’t necessary since you’ve included similar information in your personal profile. However, the advantage to attaching your resumé is that it gives you the opportunity to provide us with additional information that you may not be asked for when creating your profile. In addition, recruiters can conduct key word searches on resumés when seeking candidates for a particular position.

Once your resumé is in our database you do not need to re-submit it when applying for positions in the future (unless your information has changed). So be sure to attach it before you hit the “Submit” button!
