Marriage after Sex Change: Jo T. Rittenberry

It doesn't count.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee authorities have invalidated the 18-month marriage of a transgender woman and a man, saying the state considers them both men.

Jo T. Rittenberry, 46, was born a man and claims to have had sex reassignment surgery in Canada. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reported that she had officials legally change the gender on her Kentucky birth certificate and Tennessee driver's license. via

The good news is it re-affirms those who have the change and stay married to the same sex. The truth is you can't police it though, so something had to give it away...

Authorities began raising questions of gender after Rittenberry was booked into jail in March, charged with domestic assault against a relative and criminal impersonation stemming from allegations of credit card fraud.

So there you go... keep your head down, and make no enemies. Wait should we really have to do that in our own country. I'd watch this case though... If they (the couple) wish to pursue legal recourse, I'd imagine they'd probably have a good case. The state isn't an active party in the agreement, so I don't believe they can annull it. Furthermore, what criteria is the state using for determining gender? The birth certificate? That (generally) can be changed. Birth Sex? What about Intersexuals, hermaphrodites...

Will someone please take this to bloody court already so we can, once and for all, challenge these hypocrites on their own irrational laws?

Similar Blog Posts:

Re: How many illegal gay marriages out there?
Sex after SRS
Puberty of a Pseudohermaphrodite comes with gender change

Women are looking for best-mates, (usually to replace lost friendships) men don't... they just want to be with their group of boys and the sexual aspect is merely a vice.

Similar Blog Posts:

Women Love it!

How to Buy Transgender Hormones without a prescription.

By Liv
Staff Writer

I thought I'd write this up as I just recently had to order hormones over the Internet. Unfortunately, it's not do to not having a prescription, but due to not having a HMO right now. It's cheaper for me to order, since I have no prescription coverage at the current time, from a Internet pharmacy then going in to my local Wal Greens and getting it filled. It's a testament to how truly screwed up American Health Care is right now.

I remember back in the day driving from Ventura down to Tijuana Mexico to buy prescriptions and hormones without a script. Luckily those days are long gone, though I long for my sugar cane coke, and tasty nibbles from the tiendas south of the border. Today it's all point and click, and yet a vast majority of the private email I get is asking me how to buy hormones over the internet. I didn't really think much about writing anything about it till recently an acquaintance of mine emailed me their success in ordering using Pay Pal's secure one time use credit card feature, which practically eliminates the possibility of fraud. So here it is:

How to order hormones with out a prescription over the Internet:

1) Get a paypal account and get verified.
2) Download and install the paypal plugin here.
3) Restart your browser
4) Choose a vendor to order your prescriptions such as Four Corners Pharmacy or MedsMex
5) Complete checkout as usual, but when asked for a credit card click on the arrow beside the PayPal Logo on the top of your browser.
6) Click "Generate Card" and follow the directions. (It will generate a Master Card number for you to use)
7) Enter the information into the Internet pharmacy's checkout page, and submit.

And that's it. If all goes well it generally takes about 14-21 days to get the drugs and they're usually the exactly the same thing as you'd buy at Wal Greens or CVS except sometimes the packaging is in a foreign language.

Similar Blog Posts:

Re: Kate Craig Wood: "IT it's the transgender Paradise"
Hormones and auto-immunity disorder: what are the symptoms
Baby X - A Child's Story without Gender
Hormones without a Prescription

Im all new to this, and im a 33 year old MTF that havent even started on the first year of therapy yet. im doing it this fall tho. but i have a question about hormones. i know its individual how the body reacts on hormone therapy but can someone tell me what i can really expect? ive searched the net, but i dont find any good results of what can happen to my body just general medical facts. i would want a real life testimony of what happened to anyone going thru these hormonal changes. how feminine will my body get? will muscles be reduced significantly? how about hips and legs? will they look feminine in shape after a while? same with the tummy? i know the face will probably require surgery to change, but im ok with that. its mostly the body im worried about. i dont want to look like a man with a womans face if you know what i mean. I also know that hands and feets arent supposed to change much. luckily im not that big footed or have manly hands. i dont care about breast size at all or such, since im feeling lucky just to have them, but the rest of the body is ofc important too to pass as a woman.

Please help me on this one. I really need some answers.

/Najad

Similar Blog Posts:
NO MATCHES
