&lt;p&gt;We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a conference titled 'Climate Policies, International Regimes &amp;amp; Global Trade: A Transatlantic Perspective' from 10-11 June 2011.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The conference will begin Friday 10 June with a keynote by Matthew Hoffmann of the University of Toronto followed by a roundtable discussion and reception. Saturday will be filled with three sessions and eleven presentations. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The IES is proud to announce that, as part of the Jean Monnet Outreach Series, Associate Professor at the School for International Studies - Simon Fraser University, &lt;a href="http://www.sfu.ca/internationalstudies/pereira.html"&gt;Alvaro Pereira&lt;/a&gt;, will be giving a talk titled &lt;strong&gt;'From economic miracle to bailout: the trouble with the Portuguese economy'&lt;/strong&gt;.
