It’s been really hot over in Germany so I’ve chilled out a bit. But time to continue the search for the Europeskate Pic Of The Day series and today we feature a picture sent in directly showing a nice night action shot of an ollie by Tom Robinson. Finally a woman behind the camera for the series, big thanks to Brigitte Engel for the shot!

Not just another video so that’s why I popped this one into the main news section – anybody taking on the Mega Ramp at Bob Burnquist’s house and actually making the leap over the gap deserves a mention. This time it is Lizard King going for it and it actually makes it – watch the video for the proof!

SLAP Skateboard Magazine was already good as a mag and the website with the forums is always a good place to keep up with what’s going on in the skateboard world.

Ronson Lambert gets himself featured in this weeks Mag Minute. As usual I’ll keep my mouth shut and my typing to a minimum – the video and the skating says it all, enjoy!

Talk about bad news – Danny Gonzalez got back into the pro ranks with Jart Skateboards just last year (correct me if I have my facts wrong!) and now he received the news that his legs can not take the impact of pro street skating any longer. He’s been forced to retire from the pro ranks due to his body.

That is a major bummer – most of us know how bad it is when you are out with an injury but having to drop it completely. Sorry about this development, hope you find something new that’s good for you!

There are several bits and pieces of news coming from adidas Skateboarding so I though I’d bunch them all together to make sure you don’t miss anything.

First thing: “Diagonal” is the great video from the adidas skate team and if you haven’t got a copy then just watch it online or even download it straight from the site, it is a must-see and I’ve already watched it a few times. Doesn’t get boring…
