Chaque jours je vais me promener, méditer, me sentir, je plonge dans la nature, ferme les yeux et sent la vie m’envahir. J’oublie ma tête, mes pensées, je me vide. J’écoute la Mer, les vagues, je me laisse caresser par les embruns, les oiseaux sont devenus mes meilleurs amis, et les plantes aussi. J’envois de l’amour, a la terre, les gens que j’aime, a toi, le sent tu ? Je continuerais chaque jour, encore et encore jusqu'à ce que les racines de la vie poussent dans mon âme… Tous les jours j’enverrais des pensées d’amour vers toi, tous les jours je t’inonderais de tout l’amour qu’il y a en moi.
