THE BIBLE DOES NOT GIVE ANY REASON THAT GOD WHO CREATED THE
UNIVERSE AND HIS SON AND SPIRIT AS A GOOD TRINITARIAN WOULD
SAY, CAN GO BACK IN TIME. AS THERE WILL BE NEW HEAVENS AND
NEW EARTH AND ETERNAL FUTURE JUDGEMENT OF THE "PAST IN TIME" !

But the pure logic analysis of this writ is that this does
not make sense ! In that the power to create the universe
can recreate it and then somehow go back in time. That is
the Universe physical constants believed to rule the Universe
are true or logical in some degree !

Anyway what had a start : the known Universe, how cannot it
not be started again, in Biblical theological terminology, if
the earth can be re-made !

So Nicodemus also teaches or affirms there is no way we can
physically be born again or regress in time ! Which we all now !

VERY INTERESTING I MUST ADD. BUT NO FURTHER PURE LOGIC FOR NOW !

Sorry of course under the teaching and belief of the ETERNAL God with no end and
beginning ! Even if we have had a beginning ! Which means how can spirit life be
really started from something eternal, and not be eternal or restarted ? ? ? And if this
God is supposed to know everything of the person he/she can put it all back in the mind,
on a re-creation or restart !

QUITE COMPLEX, NEVER HEARD ANY TEACHING OF SOMETHING WITH NO

The Earth and Moon proportion sizes and rotation distances was something I did not mention in in my Book 1, or i forget what i did mention at this moment and time, but is on my Book 1 Back-cover !

Wikipedia or other sources explains that the Moon moves away from the Earth at a rate of a few centimeters per year !

World Ocean waters and tides that make "things' be aerated and normal, and to not be a big problem 'pond", depends greatly and mostly on the correct size of the Moon and it's distance from Earth !

Another technicality of life that pure logic has a few correct logic inferences and deductions !

Poor women, demons and stars swept from heaven have always been quite intriguing to me !

One is that the woman swept and found a lost coin !
Another one is that a woman gave to "God" in donation all that she had !
A enormous and portentous event would be the folding over of the Universe on it self, as the 1/3 of stars being thrown down on Earth !!! [[too many stars in such little space...!]]
A worse scenario is demons and evil spirits and swept houses !
Normal Earth occurrences are "normal" !
Worse is what human conduct is compared to !

Only a few of these above makes sense, like to sweep to find a lost coin !
Nobody seems to care or bother about after life responsibility other than the real orthodox !
In Pure logic you can be honest and poor or middle class, or be "bad" and rich ! There are "good" rich !

He argued that this law forced up the price of corn used to feed cattle and chicken, adversely affecting Texas livestock producers. These included powerful campaign donors like the East Texas chicken tycoon Lonnie Pilgrim, who had pressured Mr. Perry to fight the mandate.

A judge in Brazil has ordered that the construction of the Belo Monte mega-dam in the Amazon be suspended, warning that it would disrupt fishing by the local population.

Thousands of Indians and many other communities living in the area around the Xingu river depend on fishing as a key element of their nutrition.

The judge has forbidden the consortium building the dam, Norte Energia S.A., from implementing ‘any works which will interfere with the natural course of the Xingu river’.

The consortium faces a daily fine of over US$100,000 if it does not comply with the ruling.

If built, Belo Monte would be the third largest dam in the world. As well as drastically affecting fish stocks, it would devastate vast areas of forest upon which thousands of indigenous people, including uncontacted Indians, depend for their well-being.

Sheyla Juruna, of the Juruna tribe which will be affected by the dam, stated, ‘We consider the river our home. We do not want the dam, we do not want this destructive project… we want our rights upheld’.

The Indians have not given their consent for the dam to go ahead, and have warned that if it does, the Xingu could become a ‘river of blood’.

They have held numerous protests against Belo Monte. Last month, thousands of people took to the streets worldwide, calling on the Brazilian government to halt the dam. Survival supporters delivered letters to the Brazilian embassies in Berlin, London, Paris and Madrid expressing their concerns for the Indians.

The Brazilian government issued the construction license for the dam earlier this year, disregarding a request from the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights that the licensing be suspended until the Indians’ rights are respected.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry apparently loses no sleep over authorizing 234 executions in more than a decade as Texas governor.

Perry has authorized more executions than any governor in the history of the United States. He said at a Republican presidential debate Wednesday that he has never worried that the state of Texas has executed an innocent man.

“I’ve never struggled with that at all. The state of Texas has a very thoughtful, a very clear process in place,” Perry said. “When someone commits the most heinous of crimes against our citizens, they get a fair hearing, they go through an appellate process, they go up to the Supreme Court of the United States if that’s required.”

Perry said the death penalty should be dealt with on a state-by-state basis but supports the decision of Texas to uphold the death penalty, calling it the “ultimate justice.”

“In the state of Texas, if you come into our state and you kill one of our children, you kill a police officer, you’re involved with another crime and you kill one of our citizens, you will face the ultimate justice in the state of Texas, and that is you will be executed.”

When NBC’s Brian Williams asked Perry the question about the death penalty and pointed to the 234 executions – even before Perry answered – the Republican debate crowd erupted in applause for the governor’s actions. Perry pointed to the applause as indicating a vast majority of Americans supports capital punishment.

The most recent execution authorized by Perry in Texas was in July, when Humberto Leal Garcia, a Mexican national was executed in Texas. The case became controversial because Garcia was denied access to the Mexican consulate when he was arrested, a right guaranteed by the Vienna Convention and upheld by the Supreme Court. The Justice Department, Mexico, and the United Nations urged Perry to stay the execution, but he denied the request.

But Perry’s most controversial death penalty case came in 2004 when Cameron Todd Willingham was executed for the murder of his three daughters in a fire that investigators ruled as arson.

While on the death row, scientists developed a report questioning the legitimacy of the evidence used against Willingham. Following Willingham’s execution, the Texas Forensic Commission ordered a re-examination of the case, and Craig Beyler, a fire scientist, examined the evidence and came to the same conclusion as other scientists: no evidence existed to conclude arson was committed.

Elsewhere in Europe and in the US, the test is often used in infertile couples who have failed in previous attempts to have children while using IVF in hopes that the test will boost their chances of implanting the best embryo. But debates on procedures that involve genetic selection tend to be tinged in Germany by memories of the country's Nazi past, though lawmakers didn't refer to that explicitly. Under the law approved yesterday, an ethics commission will have to decide on a case-by-case basis whether couples can use the procedure. An expert would have to certify that a couple's child faced a high risk of a serious genetic disorder or that a miscarriage or stillbirth was likely.
