Since the lot is fully paid for and now I am thinking of building our own new home. Although I have no money yet, but still dreaming and wanting to have one for my family.

Here are some list of the features that my dream home would have:

walk in tubs
walk in closet
sound proof entertainment room
computer room, or inmy case, the office
reading room

There are some more.. i need to list it here when I remember it.

House Window Shopping

This is like a second post, a duplicate post about “House Window Shopping” post. The first one was in my Everything Daddy Post. It’s in there that I say that I wanted, maybe, to have a walk in bath…

That made me think. I think I should do a post where in I will enumerate all the features and wants that I would like to see in our future dream home. Like what kind of computer room I’ll have (of course there will be a computer room, that’s where the money’s at).. what sound system will be in the entertainment room.. I don’t think I’ll have another TV though. This LG 47″ 1080p hdtv is good. What colors will the house be, furnitures, tile flooring, bath and other fixtures.

We’ll see.

Gym Equipment Business or Fitness Business

My husband used to go to gym twice a week (come on, I’m posting this in behalf of Rhea :) or at least once a week. He used to be slim but everyone notices his body getting larger so they are asking him what is he doing nowadays. So, some of them want to join him going in our nearby gym.

But when he talked to my cousin about it, he was offered by him to buy fitness equipment themselves. In that way, they can save a lot, specifically time and money. Time, that they will enjoy exercising in their home. And money, though they will at first have expenses on buying, but later on they will realize on doing it free. Unlike if paying fees, every time they to the gym. Isn’t it a nice idea?

Vacation Hangover

On our previous tour in out of town, I was very scared, not that I’m scared for myself but for my children. On riding an airplane, riding a speedy tour van and riding a boat with wavering waves. Being a mother is really different when you have children that are depending on you. Though they aren’t aware that happily they are enjoying it, but you always thought of everything best for them.

No one is comfortable at the thought of your own death but it is something that you have to plan for especially if you have loved ones who depend on you. Having term life insurance is critical. You need to study as well the life insurance rate nowadays if it will be worth much more in the future. Because you need to be certain of your family’s financial security if you were to die, priority is for your children to be able to go to college. Better be protected than never.

That’s Emo… Plate number ending in zero ‘0′, must renew its registration before the end of October… I just registered mine. I love my car.

Please bear in mind that before hitting the open road, make sure you’ve got the protection you need. Whether it’s from a simple motorcycle to the big van, be certain that you get a car insurance. Because you never know what will happen next. Even if you’re very safe in driving, while the others are not as responsible as you, it is should we say security wise instead.

Find a car insurance that will fit your way of living. Better have one than not. You can get a cheap one at a very reasonable benefit. You need not to be extravagant that your insurance is more expensive than buying a new car. All we need is just precaution on what we never knew will happen.

My 3rd clickbank check arrived today… That’s probably the last one or the next will take more than a couple of months now because most of my blogs are not ranking right now. As you know, no rank, no traffic, no visitor, no sell.

Anyway, it’s another $200+ in the bank. Will deposit it tomorrow probably.
