[p]
[/p][p]Looks to be a Reservoir to the left and possibly a push pull setup on the right side. I think it will work but every build I've seen with a P5 has the res to the immediate left of rad which should not be an issue with a 980ti. Plus I think a res/pump combo would be better in that location which would be a whole lot less tubing and a much cleaner look. With a multi port rad filling would be easy and put a drain off the pump out or d5 top out for easy maintenance.[/p][p][image]http://imageshack.com/a/img921/9462/VQYQnP.png[/image][/p][p]
[/p][p]Yea I originally wanted the res on the outside like in the picture so I could have some nice long lines with the acrylic tubes. I've changed it to go the immediate left of the rad now. Unfortunately the rubber insert tube was too big. I've ordered the monsoon tube as reviews say it fits perfectly.[/p][p] [/p][p]I've also been playing around with the idea of getting another 270 photon res and putting it on the right side. I think that would look pretty cool. [/p][p] [/p][p]I'm going to put a valve coming off a 180 T from the output on the pump (faces out from the case).[/p][p] [/p][p]Waiting another 2 weeks for the insert tube to get here is going to drive me crazy lol.[/p]

[p]Hi team,[/p][p] [/p][p]I've received my Advanced RMA yesterday, I think it's time for me to return my defective 1080 back to EVGA, but I'm not sure how?[/p][p]Question1: Where should I send the card to?[/p][p]Question2: Is accessories required (included in the package)?[/p][p]Question3: Should I put my RMA numbers down?[/p][p]Question4: Who is going to pay for the shipment? (Since this is not my fault, my RMA shows RMA Type: EAR)[/p][p]Question5: Do I need to contact someone before sending it back?[/p][p]Question6: I'm going to holiday soon in 2 weeks, will be back after 3 weeks, I must sort out this quick, any steps I need to take care of?[/p][p] [/p][p]Thanks for reading, hope someone can answer my questions fast :) [/p][p]Cheers[/p][p] [/p]

[p]
[/p][p] [/p][p]But I must point out again, the true American mid life crisis supercar, the Corvette, which comes with both a performance package and a decent price tag...is an abomination.[/p][p]

[/p][p]Fixed :D[/p][p] [/p][p]I really only like the old sting ray Corvettes or the old school split window. All others are ugly IMHO.[/p]

I have never served. I can really see it clear as day the Military adding "safe spaces". If that ever happens, the united states will surely be the carebears of the world. [/p]

Got mine here in the UK through Royal Mail and it was sent from the UK as far as I can tell - so what country are you in?[/p][p] [/p][p]It looks like they might be shipping on a per-country basis, since the EU warehouse is closed, meaning that UK and DE offices are on the ball, other might not be...[/p]

[p]Hey saw this driver thanks to driver booster warning (can driverbooster install this update without any problem ?)[/p][p]I did not update my GTX 1060 SC gaming with using[/p][p]forums.evga.com/EVGA-GeForce-GTX-1060-BIOS-Update-Single-Fan-Models-Only-m2520978.aspx (looks like i can't post links)[/p][p]So can I use the latest update in this thread now ? or I need to use the one in the link first ?[/p][p]Btw I get 70 80 temp in Ark Survival with %60-70 fanspeed according to MSI Afterburner. What if I just use it to have more fanspeed ? What is the steady fan useage with this update ?[/p]

[p]
[/p][p]The Ultra chipset was normally passively cooled, unlike the FTW and Digital that had a preinstalled fan..The Ultra chipset fan was optional/not preinstalled and should have been included as an accessory, but was known to be forgotten to be included on occasion..The fan is normally not neccessary if case ventilation is decent and you're not overclocking.[/p][p]
[/p][p]I got the mobo as a replacement for a faulty asus mb from the shop i bought it back then, it was supposed to be new but with opened box, so i guess that's why the fan is missing, but no big deal[/p][p]
[/p][p]HWMonitor might not read certain sensors correctly or try to read a nonexistent sensor and make you guess which sensor is which..I always used Everest Ultimate (now AIDA64) which you can set up to log min/max/avg readings by going to File (top left of main screen) -> Preferences -> Logging -> Log to HTML log file..Are you using the Trial Version or did you pay for the Full Version? What I would do is see what the min/max/avg chipset temps are in AIDA64 after about 10 minutes without those two little fans blowing on things.[/p][p]
[/p][p]Started the log, will leave it running during the day to check it out.[/p][p]
[/p][p]The IR thermometer is pretty much useless because it doesn't measure the actual chip temp under the heatsink..But like I said, the chipset TIM may pretty much be dried up garbage by now.[/p][p]
The SB heatsing is pretty thin, i think the only thing that could explain a 25 degree difference between the two sides of the heatsink is is bad TIM. (27 on the thermometer, 54 on AIDA)[/p]

[p]Hello[/p][p] I must first say I am a complete noob to GPUs and installing my own. I decided to take the plunge and buy a new GTX1070 FTW to replace my old 770. My installation was going along well until I got the infamous "please power down and connect the PCI-E cables for this graphics card" message. [/p][p]Again, please humor me because I am new to all of this. From what I can tell my 675W power supply was providing power to my 770 via a PCI-E 6+2 and a 6. The 1070 has 2x8 slots. It came with two Y adaptors, both with two 6s converging on an 8. [/p][p] [/p][p]No matter what configuration I come up with (connecting the 6+2 and the 6 directly, connecting the two 6's via one Y adaptor, connecting the two 6s via two Y adaptors etc), I cant seem to supply power to my 1070 FTW. Please help! And please feel free to talk to me like I'm a child as I definitely feel in over my head at the moment.[/p]

[p]I had enough of the fan noise of the ACX fans at full voltage. I remembered I had 2x Noctua 92mm fans...[/p][p] [/p][p]I zip tied them to the heatsink. Performance with the Noctuas is somewhere inbetween the performance of the ACX fans set at 100% in VBIOS (not full voltage mind you) with and without the thermal pad upgrades.[/p]
