Provided by NVIDIA, the compo PC features a RTX6000 graphics card
We have two compos where we accept remote entries: ANSI/ASCII and 3d Scenes. Join if you sadly can´t make it!
And in case you missed it: the palette for the Pixel Graphics compo is out!

Important Information Regarding Access and Parking

Due to major construction work around the party place, there are changes affecting both access and parking:

Christian-Sünner-Straße: Closed to traffic between the party place and Dillenburger Straße.
Heinrich-Bützler-Straße: Access to the party place is not possible via this street.
Alternative Route 1: Please use Wiersbergstraße, accessible from Kalker Hauptstraße, and follow the street through the now open gate to the party place.
Alternative Route 2: Please use Kantstraße, accessible from Kapellenstraße, it will lead to Wiersbergstraße. Follow the street through the now open gate to the party place.

Please note that some navigation systems may not reflect these changes. Follow the instructions above for accurate directions.

Parking Information

Parking Lot in Front of the Hall: Available for loading and unloading only.
Additional Parking: Please park in the surrounding streets and adhere to the local parking regulations.

Keep an eye on our social media accounts and our website, especially the travel section, for up to date information.

Sorry for the hassle. Plan accordingly and have a safe trip!

It's time for live competitions again!

In the last days we revealed some details of the Evoke 2022 competitions. Everyone in the team is excited for all the nice releases you will produce!

Remix a real classic!

You will know “Kings of Evoke” by Reed/Fairlight, the soundtrack to Evoke 2004 invitro by Equinox. This time it's your chance to remix the original XM for the Evoke 2022 Tracked Music Competition.

Use our palette

For the Evoke 2022 Pixel Graphics Competition we ask you (again) to just use the colours from a given palette. You will find the palette below – but rather take a look at our website for more information!

A new competition

Into 3D modelling? For the first time we will have a 3D scene competition, showing your FBX entries with the Foxotron player by gargaj and cce. More details are available on our website!

Take part remotely

Can't make it to Evoke? Three competitions are even open to remote entries: Pixel Graphics, One Screen ANSI/ASCII and 3D Scene! Follow the links to find out more about each competition and how to hand in remote entries.

The real party is on-site!

The Cologne Summer experience, enjoyed by many for more than 20 years, is finally back for another edition! Join us in Köln-Kalk for our annual celebration of Demos, Intros, Wilds and everything else that excites the Demoscene.

Like the previous years we will again meet up in AbenteuerhallenKALK on the weekend from 5th to 7th of August 2022 to enjoy digital art, music, the barbecue and (last but not least) the company of all you folks that share the same mind.

More information on compos, seminars and live events will be added within the next time. We will keep you posted!

That was Novoque, and to be honest, we're feeling a little bit speechless and incredibly overwhelmed.

Thank you for all the kind words, amazing prods, insane ideas and the joy of seeing our Demoscene family come together to celebrate Novoque.

Novoque is an online demoparty which will be streamed live on Twitch August 15th. Hang out with sceners virtually and take part in a wide variety of creative competitions.

Novoque is for free

We want all of you to be a part of the Novoque experience - after all, distance doesn’t matter this year! To make this possible, we have decided that participating in the compos, as well as voting will be 100% free - all you will need is a SceneID!

Mix and match them with other colors, or let your fantasy play within the bounds of these six fun shades - it's up to you to decide how to make them the stars of your image!
