This is the follow up to "Glass Half Full" ...and this completes the foundations for EVOLVER.
This is the final post for the chapter "Terms Of Engagement" which I set out as the ice-breaker to give you the overall feel of what I'd like to share...and this is the moment of no return!

So far in the first 7 posts, I've only touched on the headlines of the big subjects I intend to discuss in far greater depth...but this one is going to stretch the canvas out on a wide angle frame...and there is a central theme in discussion with rather fortuitous timing for Plastic Free July!
...look out too for the inkling of the practical how-to actions I will develop in the chapters ahead 👀

Before we begin...there's always a reason behind my choice of visuals....they help me to express the vibe and energy for each post. This is one of my own doodles…it's rough I know…but it's here to represent my eternal curiosity with the wonders of life...especially how the physical and spiritual forces interrelate in an electrical universe…and how untamed energy can be sculpted in to solid matter by the power of our thoughts, feelings and intentions...but that's a story for another day 📚

I'm going to assume you're here now because you've already read the first part "Glass Half Full"

…and hopefully, you've had the chance to process some of the questions I raised about our future and our part in creating it. I've hinted at the nature of our participation which grows as we develop an inner self awareness...but in order to germinate the seed of a balanced perspective, I need to do a hand brake turn and marry up some considerations on the external-outer world side of things too.

Please entertain what I'm about to say as a What If scenario...this is a discussion based on my perceptions, opinions and personal experiences. I'm not going to be exhaustive in my descriptions or arguments...I am putting forward a framework which I hope you can relate to in a meaningful way.

...and yes, we're still plunging way down in to the depths here…so please prepare yourself with a boost of mental oxygen...and let's do some mind-bending!

Where We Stand

Let's just say that you're one of the relative few out there who really want to see this world become a better place…and more than just talking about it…you are prepared to do something about it too.

You genuinely care about global issues, climate change, environmental damage, deforestation, animal welfare, poverty, inequality, political corruption and corporate greed. You value integrity and abhor all forms of injustice, deception and manipulation. You sense you are "different" to most people, you may have experienced some kind of shift and you may see things and yourself in a totally new light.

As you witness more of what is going on in the world, you become motivated to discover "The Truth" …with a capital T. Your eyes are wide open, seeking, searching and researching, pouring over social media, websites, blogs, videos and books. You begin to realize that you have an opportunity to be part of a growing movement for evolutionary change…and you sense that this is the time to do something about it…you don't really know how to help make things right….but you keep on trying.

You may get baffled by this new awareness...you may struggle to explain yourself to those around you…and how to reconcile it with the demands of a "normal" life and the everyday duties we are obliged to perform. You may go through periods of isolation, intense anxiety, confusion and depression as a result.

If you have the courage and the nous, you'll reinvent yourself as a kind of conscious activist.

You want to make a positive difference...so you choose a lifestyle and vocation which enables you to be of service to others in some way.

You make committed changes in your daily life, you actively try to reduce your carbon footprint, grow your own garden, plant trees, recycle waste and walk or ride a bike whenever possible.

You take better care of your body with a plant-based diet, taking regular exercise and using toxin free products. You learn to meditate to calm your mind and open up to higher levels of intuition.

You might feel compelled to awaken others too, so you share posts on social media, you may sign petitions, send donations and join protest marches…and privately, you may create wish lists, mood boards and say prayers under a full Moon...or consult divination cards, channelling or astrology.

This behaviour is the evolving human base camp position…these are the early signs of an EVOLVER!

Where To Next
After a while, maybe years even…you start to see a pattern….you observe a cycle of the same posts being regurgitated on your feed, the same old issues flaring up but expressed in slightly different ways and then you see the often repeated, standard formulaic responses….

We Must Stop Inequality! We Must Stop Climate Change! We Must Stop Corruption!

We Must Change The System! We Must DO Something NOW!

Despite all the protesting...and increasing numbers of dissenting voices...it all begins to feel like an eerily familiar carousel ride…round and round…over and over again...you are still waiting for that BIG thing to happen, some stand out event that gets everyone on board...not just a few, here and there.

There are times when you have serious doubts about what you're trying to do...each one of us has a personal limit of how far we are prepared to go on this road "less travelled" ...and sometimes it all gets too much, too painful, too hopeless….so you chuck it in the "too hard" basket and retreat back to the safety zone of your social life, holiday plans, distractions and escapism to have some "me" time.

Is What I'm Doing Ever Going To Be Enough? Is Any Of It Actually Working?

Why I Am Bothering To Care When So Many Others Are Not?

All is not lost though...because you are gifted with the insight to step back from the wifi whirlwind and let it all settle in your own mental juices for a while. It is during these "off" times that you shift gears internally...it is when integration and unfolding is taking place in your subconscious...and the fruits of this bubble up in to your conscious awareness at the "right" moment in time.

You eventually come back full circle…and you admit to yourself that you're back on board with this again. You know your search isn't over yet...you can't give up on this...it's too important....something deep within you won't let it go.

So in spite of the chaos and confusion in the world…and in the face of all the obvious challenges and obstructions…you remain steadfast and determined to uphold your vision of a happy, loving, healthy world around you…and you begin to ask yourself the most pressing questions of our times…

How Do We Make The Bad Stuff Stop? What Can I Do To Help?

There Must Be Something More I Can Do?

It is this earnest and humble sincerity which is the hallmark of an open mind and a caring heart 💗

...this was the lower self boot camp initiation to reach the summit I call "The Starting Point"

This is when you're ready to observe the situation from a higher level

…and what follows is a system reboot for an awareness upgrade to kick in

So let's crank things up a notch…

This is the 3 step framework of early learning in the school of human evolution:

Step 1: Awareness of the problems we face is most definitely gaining traction in the mainstream.

I'm going to cut to the chase here and spell it out the way I see it in broad and general terms...

The world-as-we-know-it operates on a survival of the fittest, dog eat dog, balance of power, control over others regime...this general observation is easy to call, no need to quote sources and research... just look at the media reports you have in front of you and what others focus their attention on.

The "haves" will do whatever it takes to increase their wealth, power and control at any cost…

and the "have nots" are spiraling in to far greater depths of poverty, addiction and mental dis-ease.

Said in black and white, it is most assuredly the dark side of human nature which currently prevails.

For those in the middle of the "have vs have not" see-saw, it requires a concerted effort to find and hold your balance and so many choose a lifestyle which is dedicated to help others do the same. These are the facilitators of healing, the holistic health practitioners, the counsellors, the teachers and the enlightened way-showers….perhaps because you're reading this, this includes YOU 💞

These sensitive, caring and compassionate folk in the middle ground have the ability to swing the balance, to change their inner polarity and make the pivotal difference...one way or the other.

This polarity shifting begins to tremble with the heartfelt acknowledgement of the problem…but only when the behaviour at the root cause of the problems is identified, released and transformed…

...only then can appropriate action be undertaken and the real remedial clean up work can begin.

Step 2: Expanding our perception is to widen our scope of understanding and see things from a higher level...this is how we discover the solution to the problems we've identified.

Say for example, your body is presenting any form of pain, injury, sickness or disease...you have to discover whatever is causing the complaint and stop feeding it to allow your body to heal.
You can treat the symptoms, you can medicate yourself in various ways, you can change your habits or your diet and you can work on unresolved emotional issues….and you will have varying degrees of success, depending on the overall matrix of your personal energy field or the Totality of YOU.

The Totality of YOU includes your visible physical form, but also your unseen mental, emotional and spiritual layers...and all this is held within the infrastructure of your ego-conscious state, your inner subconscious, your latent unconscious and the guiding presence of your higher mind.

At the end of the day...for any type of wound healing...whether it is physically visible or emotional trauma...no wound can ever truly heal unless the original cause factors are acknowledged and we learn to care for ourselves appropriately. Healing requires us to expand our perception to become aware of ALL of what we are and how this works to bring us the circumstances of our health and well-being... 👀 more on this later

Before we get to Step 3...I need to take this up another notch…

Let's apply this discussion about our own bodily health to the Earth's bodily health...and the environmental wounds brought on by poor waste management and pollution.

Awareness of The Problem? Tick ✅

We have mind-boggling enormous landfill sites EVERYWHERE on the planet, floating plastic islands, toxic waste storage, toxic emissions circulating in our atmosphere and not to mention the gazillion unhealthy convenience products sitting on warehouse and supermarket shelves just waiting to join in.

Solution Attempt #1 = Recycling❓

So let's say we recycle everything we can…10 points

…but it never ends does it? Of course, we can do what we can to shop wisely…we may get to reduce our waste contribution to a degree…but generally speaking, we have to repeat the same routine every time we go food shopping or purchase any kind of product…as soon as our bins are emptied, we refill them again...and again…and again…We are pushing the boulder up the hill

…and where exactly do all the recycling collections end up?

We've heard the rumours that it often gets shipped over to another country prepared to dump it in landfill or the ocean…naughty, very naughty ❌

There are great initiatives led by pioneers such as TerraCycle to incentivize consumers to collect certain packaging and for manufacturers to take back and re-use their waste packaging…gold star ⭐️

This is a start….but whilst we, the consumers, are having to mitigate the damage of the packaging choices imposed upon us by product manufacturers…. We are still pushing the boulder up the hill

Solution Attempt #2 = Reduce Single Use❓

Of course, we can choose to refuse single use plastics and go out of our way to buy household staples in loose, bulk, paper, glass, ceramic containers etc.…here are some good suggestions… 17 SWAPS TO HELP YOU REDUCE YOUR SINGLE-USE FOOTPRINT THIS PLASTIC FREE JULY….10 points

This is a start….but until everyone globally chooses to refuse and all products sold in every possible scenario are plastic free…the problem is still out there…We continue pushing the boulder up the hill

Solution Attempt #3 = Reduce Energy Consumption❓

We do our bit by changing our light globes to low voltage LEDs and using 5 star rated appliances…but we're still plugged in and generating profits for the unsustainable sources of grid power....

We keep pushing that same old boulder up the same old hill

…and what about other people? How many of our neighbours still dump their waste carelessly?
We could name and shame entire nations in the Asia-Pacific region for starters!
What about those nations who refuse to change their energy production to sustainable alternatives?

Whilst our everyday needs are met by the system status quo, our attempts to address the problems are quite literally facing a never-ending, ever-burgeoning battle up-hill. As our global population increases, as corporations launch a continuous stream of new products, as the legislators allow plastic as a viable packaging solution and governments license the extraction of fossil fuels...our consumer-led movement to stem the flow and clean up the planet is going nowhere…fast 💥

Boulder? Hill? Sound familiar?

This is a befitting example of the allegory of Sisyphus…the one who is stuck for an eternity, trying to push a heavy boulder up a steep hill, straining with all his might to reach the summit…only to have the boulder roll back down again...and again...every time...the eternally fruitless task.

So how do we break the cycle....and stop pushing this boulder for eternity?

We step back....to view the higher perception...to see the obvious answer staring us right in the face

The solution is never complex or difficult...it is always found within the simplest of truths...

Let's say you want to take a bath…but the bathtub is full of dirty, murky water and all sorts of indescribable filth...and someone is standing there pouring in even more dirty water and gunk...

…how are you ever going to get clean in that?

You have to stop pouring in the dirty stuff AND then pull the plug out….only after all the dirty water is gone and you've cleaned the tub, can you turn on the taps and run your bath with clean water!

A mess can never be cleaned up until we STOP doing the things which create more mess!

The Ultimate Solution is Always Simple

🎁 The solution is found within the simple truth that product packaging requires a total rethink and supply chain dismantling in favour of localised self-sufficiency!

We can't ever win with recycling until packaging itself is changed by the manufacturers...simple, yes?

🎁 The solution is found within the simple truth that we can draw our own power locally from the sun, wind and ambient electromagnetic energy!

We can't ever win with renewable energy until fossil fuels, coal, oil and gas and any high risk toxic sources of energy production and distribution are terminated and 100% replaced...easy to say, yes?

🎁 The solution is found within the simple truth that we can choose to refuse or make or purchase or dispose carelessly of any more plastic products ever again!
We can't ever win with cleaning up our planet until we FULL STOP producing more plastic waste and stem the tide from the source…everywhere, all over the world, without exception…. acting united globally together at the same time...only then can the clean up of what we already have begin.

Then we assemble our best brain power and scientific know-how to safely transform all forms of plastic…under the ultimate goal of safe and permanent disposal, to get rid of it all, 100% cleaned up for every more...a considerable but altogether finite task…once we stop creating more, it has an END.

Whilst it may sound like a good transient solution to build houses from plastic bottles or build pathways from running shoes….what happens when the chemical compounds in these toxic materials eventually break down? What effect will that have in 1'000s of years time? We cannot in all good conscience simply delay the problem for a future era. We have to be brutally efficient with zero tolerance and send ALL plastics back to nature in a harmless form…once and for all.

Everything in our material world is made from patterns of energy particles or waves…as we master how energy behaves and follow its' laws…Anything Becomes Possible 👀more on this later too

None of what I've said here is earth-shattering intellectual deduction...it's basic common sense isn't it? So why can't we put this common sense in to motion…what exactly is getting in our way?

"It's never going to happen"

"You're deluded…you're crazy…you're out of touch with reality"

"It's too big for us to solve here and now, it will take years to change,

so future generations will end up having to deal with it"

Hold on to your eye-rolling and tutting for a sec...I'm not finished yet!

"How are we ever going to get companies to stop making plastics ?"

"When will governments ever agree to stopsupporting fossil fuels ?"

"It's up to the powers that be, it's got nothing to do with me!"

...and yes, I haven't forgotten....there's that big white elephant in the room...isn't there?

"It's always about them making more $$$ isn't it?"

"I am a concerned eco-warrior, but I've got to earn a living somehow

to feed my family and pay my bills"

Yes indeed....this is the line in the sand for most…the point at which they hit the wall and give up the conscious activist dream because they don't believe there is anywhere else further to go.

For the die-hard conscious activist lives under the constant threat of being defeated by the over-bearing might and power of "the system"...with its weapons of force and judicial power to remove our liberties and resources. In the face of it all...many resign themselves to being part of the machine...but not the one at the controls…and they are unable to see any hope beyond raising awareness of this Sisyphean battle…

I am leading to some answers here…

I'm going to discuss the power of choice in this regard in a moment...

...and I'm going to elaborate on the above viewpoints because it serves as a springboard for presenting the key to turn it all around…

the simple higher solution can be implemented with grace, ease and elegance once we clear away the mindset blockages that we have created….yes, this is the time to "man up" and get accountable.

This where things get tough…because this requires us to be super honest with ourselves and have the inner strength to confront and deal with our inner demons.

These are the limiting beliefs, the fear-based programs, the conditioned behaviour from childhood, the unconscious patterns we were born with…all designed to limit, block, protect, defend us and keep us small and disconnected from "The Truth"…this is the face slapping reality check we tend to avoid.

The basic key to releasing whatever is holding us back is to identify the nucleus of a positive contribution...by acknowledging the role that our "dark forces" have served, this opens up the compassion to forgive ourselves for all the suffering we've caused and endured….this leads us to consciously design a new format…a life-affirming, self-sufficient, evolving raison d'être which is capable of unlocking all of our potential to do good and great things. In case you were wondering, this is where the Glass Half Full lives in all this....👀 more on this later...big time

In the intro to Glass Half Full, I mentioned "the hidden potency of our everyday choices"

…what I meant by that is….we are all making choices for things to be exactly the way they are...we're mostly blissfully unaware of what we've often inadvertently signed up for...and therefore, we can't relate to our involvement in the resulting kaleidoscopic range of effects.

One of our greatest barriers to the evolution of human consciousness is the general disregard and undervaluation of the power we have to play our wildcard of freewill choices and decisions…and the immeasurable forces we can unleash when we change our mind.

I've got to give this part of the equation a decent amount of space to do it justice…so I'm going to cover this in a new post....this one will have to be called "Follow The Money"

When push comes to shove….what kind of a future do YOU feel is ahead?

I'm not here to talk about fortune telling or prophecies…or compare approaches for coping with life's uncertainties…I'm here to unlock the power of the rare and precious moments of wild imagination…and reveal the hidden potency of our everyday choices.

If you are one to go deep on things, you might be inclined to join me as I explore some of WTF is really going on. This is not your one liner meme kind of stuff…this is a crash dive situation and I'm going in head first. So if you're up for it, you might want to fasten your seatbelt.

Here is the cue to open up…

Have you ever imagined what kind of a future you would really like to live in?
Do you give any of this much thought or is it something you'd rather not worry about?
Do you believe you have the ability to change or affect things in any way?

For me, these are pressing questions for these times and I cherish every opportunity to have a conversation about them. This is because I only know what feels right for me….

so I find it fascinating to get a different perspective on things. I'll start the ball rolling with some of my ruminations below…and I warmly invite you to share yours if you feel compelled to do so.

I've always been a glass half full kind of person…and I remain ever hopeful that goodness will prevail…but it's not about hope really… I know "goodness" is the force that runs the Universe

...and yet, when I feel in to the future of this world, I can't help questioning...

What it is that humanity is actually asking for? For me, one overriding thing is clear…the way our world operates today cannot, it must not last much longer…our collective way of life is totally unsustainable...and when push comes to shove, we all know it too.

In the worst case scenario, we will kill each other and every living thing if our behaviour is left unchecked for yet another generation. It is stark and obvious to me that we are being challenged to change how we live….and in far deeper ways than I see banded around out there.

I'm calling out all the atrocities of human nature: the incessant bickering and in-fighting, the insatiable greed and deception, the appalling abuse and suffering and every imaginable self-destruct tendency we are prone to…every last complaint, niggle or twitch must be looked at, resolved and never done again. We have to rid ourselves of every last fly in the ointment as it were 💩

Of course, there are groups of compassionate and caring people doing what they can, I am not diminishing their efforts at all when I say this…I'm taking the mountain top vantage point position ...overall, the bad, harmful, abusive and misery-making behaviour most definitely outweighs and negates all of the attempts of the relative few to make good and play nice.

If we stop to really consider the election results, consumer spending patterns, TV and movie preferences and the other "voting" we do with our resources, time and energy…and by stepping back far enough to take in the overriding, combined result of what the masses are doing collectively.…

I can see the destructive dark side winning...call me cynical, negative or pessimistic if you wish

…I'm just saying it how I see it right now...but all this can change.

For too long have I heard the excuse "Nobody's Perfect"…not good enough is what I say to that.

We can be good all the time if we really want to be…goodness is what we are all made of

goodness is where we are from…and living in the absolute truth of goodness is where we belong.

I'm going to have to spell out precisely what I mean by "goodness" in another post….

For now, I will say that it makes itself visible to us in what is known as the golden ratio or PHI

…this is the constant math-magical formula present in all forms and every aspect of physical law from geometry, biology, music and architecture.

Without this standard uniform code, we would not have a stable physical world or functioning physical bodies with cellular structures to sustain us. The very essence of life itself is made possible from a benevolent, organizing, self-sustaining force…and we can see this good stuff making its mark everywhere if we know how to look out for it 👀

The probing question I am raising here is…how much are we aligning ourselves with this innate golden standard in our free will choices and behaviour? …how "good" are we choosing to be?

Hmmm…we'll park that for now, I'm going to say more on this in Part 2.

Don't get me wrong, I know too well how easy it is to be distracted by all the shenanigans in life.

I know most people don't have the time or the willpower to look outside the box and see things from a higher truth perspective. I know a lot of people have no desire to leave the safety of their comfort zone…but underlying the autopilot daily routines, bubbling away in the subconscious, I sense and feel that our general composure is on the edge of going totally FUBAR 😰

I'm talking a mass break out of hysteria and anarchy...a societal meltdown the likes of which we've never seen. It feels to me like it's at bursting point now…but most people would have no idea how close they are to totally losing the plot. The "something is really wrong" meltdown is right under our noses, but the denial barrier keeps it in check...and most of us can put on a good "normal" face.

All it would take is the proverbial final straw on the camel's back to upset the delicate balance

…the "wake up call" or big shake-up everyone notices…a hand from the Universe saying unmistakably "Enough Is Enough!"

So how many out there would hit the skids with no wifi for over 24 hours?

What if there were no distractions or temporary relief to escape from one's reality?

I wonder, how many could cope if the world stopped and every person just had to sit there with themselves and deal with who they really are? You may scoff and ridicule me for saying this...

…but I see this subconscious stress affecting everyone.

I know what this is like…I've been there myself…I am here in this space right now and this blog is a form of self-care…this is my way of getting through my own personal earth-shattering wake up call…which was no fun at all, I can assure you…even though I was open to experience changes for my highest good...they were still painful challenges to get through...this is a long work in progress.

I see no reason why any noticeable shift in the collective reality should be any less so.

Any change which is necessary to restore balance will feel like a tectonic shift on many levels and dramatic upheaval is often uncomfortable. The birthing of any new "baby" or chapter in life can even be painful, especially when we have to confront our limitations in order to see it through…but it doesn't have to be unbearably miserable either...it's a special hidden treasure when you dust yourself off and find out what you're really made of 🌟

The rewards from my process have been uplifting and life-changing...giving me proof that inner peace and a sense of happiness is something I can actually feel, even in the most dire of circumstances. It has made me re-assess my entire value system and I have become a far more wise and stable woman as a result...more patient, more measured and with a far greater capacity to love unconditionally than I have ever known.

But I am still nowhere close to living the kind of life I would really like…because it's not about my personal situation...I want to see a happy world out there…everywhere.

The question I ponder about humanity almost every day starts with "What is it going to take?"

…what will it take for humanity to actually take the steps to change for the better and to evolve, both in our thinking and our behaviour?

We've already seen countless natural disasters, hurricanes, floods, famine and plagues, then oil leaks, terrorist attacks, military conflicts, trade wars, refugee and financial crises …but it seems like we're open for business as usual…are we so de-sensitized to it all not to care enough?
What does humanity need to experience in order to see the limitations, the blockages and the wrong-doing…for everyone, collectively to step up and finally take action to change what is not working?

The collective has not hit "The Starting Point" yet…and for those few who have, they are trying their best to get others to wake up, trying to help others….far more than working on themselves. I've been observing the "awake" spiritual community for over 20 years now, but this is a circular debate situation...the same themes go around in circles because they've only just woken up to the problem in all its forms. There are few who are hunting down and repeatedly asking for the solution…and none are genuinely prepared to look at themselves in the mirror…and take ownership of what they see.

I can't prove to you how I know this...I just do...if anyone reaches this point, we'll find each other.

Q1: What kind of a future do you feel is ahead?

I have this fluctuating feeling, like a swinging pendulum or see-saw with 2 polar opposite scenarios.
One is the bright possibility of an evolved human society, happy and healthy in all possible ways… and the other is its opposite dark twin with the dreadful appearance of a zombie apocalypse

...the power goes out, all hell breaks loose and most of the population gets wiped from the face of the earth...this is some kind of black hole, shrivelling up, life extinguishing, devastation scenario.

In the middle of all this, I often get a sense of the two realities co-existing somehow…paradise for some, devastation for others…a period of blending until the transition to either scenario is complete.
I've always felt it comes down to a choice...and our actions determine where we end up.

Q2: What kind of a future would you really like to live in?

I often daydream about this...this is where I see myself living the kind of life I always knew was possible, but could never realize in this world as we know it. Here's a sneak peek...

I see a beautiful planet untouched and unspoiled, life thriving everywhere and no visible trace of any damage, interference or contamination whatsoever. The air is fresh and fragrant, the climate never too hot or too cold, the soil is rich and healthy, the animals roam free…no fence posts, railway tracks or power lines. There is a resounding musical harmony with no mechanical noises, only bird song and wind rushing through the trees. Nature is running the show and it's a mesmerizing spectacle.

The people are all ageless, healthy and vibrant, enjoying life just like playful children.

Everyone knows they belong together, united as one big family. Everyone you meet, you love them as your brother or sister, mother or father. There are no strangers, foreigners or outsiders there, everyone is your friend. This sense of union is amplified as twin souls meet and reunite, joining forces with mutual benefit, honouring the balance of male and female energies within and without.

There is no need for technology, for we are living quantum biological supercomputers ourselves, capable of manifesting all that we need because we live in accordance with Universal Law. No-one ever harms, wastes or breaks anything, there is no need to experience pain and suffering any more…we've all been there, done that. Life is rich with unbounded curiosity, new ideas and inspiration of what else we can discover with our newly evolved natural abilities.

Imagine what we could do if we could teleport anywhere at will? Imagine what we could accomplish if we could move objects with our minds and communicate with each other telepathically? Imagine how liberating it would be if we no longer had to eat food for nourishment and we never got sick or diseased because our cells were constantly regenerating? What if we didn't have to actually "die" ever again…and we could choose when to move on and where in the Universe to go?

This paradise utopia might sound too far fetched for some, but this is where my heart is invested and it's what I'm here to achieve…if it wasn't possible at all, then how could I even imagine it?

Q3: Do you give this much thought or is it something you'd rather not worry about?

I have been in both camps, at different times in my life…but on the inside, I've been dwelling upon the state of the world as long as I can remember...I could even say my worries about what I see going on have been the root cause of my deep-seated sadness and depression. When I was around 5 years old, I can recall wondering if it would be better to have been born as a deer living in a forest, rather than coping with this life I found myself in. Is that a normal kind of a thought for a small child?

I also have this crystal clear memory of being in a supermarket with my Mum. I can see the shelves in front of us, at my toddler height eye level, filled with all kinds of sweets and chocolates, so I asked her if I could have one. She said "No"…I asked "Why?" "It's bad for you" I then enquired straight away "But if it's bad for us, why do they sell it then?" I couldn't get my head past the logical answer. My poor Mother, I don't remember how she handled that one!

Of course, I know the answer now…this world is filled with things that are "no good" for us, but most people choose to ignore what they instinctively know, so that they can indulge their naughty side and/or be involved in the supply chain and earn a living from it. All through the spectrum of full awareness to total ignorance, the debate about "good or bad" rages on and people continue to consume stuff that clearly harms them all the same...so why do people choose to behave like this?

…to knowingly harm themselves with toxic poisons like alcohol? It made no sense to me then…

but I get it now...and I will be dedicating a lot of blog time to explain it.

The short answer is because most people don't really love themselves…such is the weight of subconscious trauma, guilt, grief, anger, sadness…they don't even like who they see in the mirror…but they will deny this and project this self-loathing on to others, hating or blaming them instead.

I know this is precisely how it works...I've been there myself...believe me 😌

This is why a push becomes a shove….to get us to really face ourselves, one way or the other.

...when I began to take notice of what I didn't like in others and acknowledge it as part of myself...even if it felt so far removed from my sense of who I am...to genuinely accept responsibility for experiencing it and promise I never would do it again, this is how I really let stuff go, once and for all...and with that, I gained this sense of self-support which erased any fear about the future too.

I am able to find peace with my situation in every moment...I do wobble a bit from time to time, but I just have to pull myself back in and remember...it's all good, it's a test of my endurance, my integrity and my courage...I've made the choice to see this through whatever it takes...I'm in the flow.

Q4: Do you believe you have the ability to change or affect things in any way?

For most of my life, I've been a victim of circumstance...totally unconscious, naive, floating through.

..but the first time I can remember "taking charge" of my experience was on the way to work in Paris. I had been given an assignment to liaise with the London HQ on Y2K reporting because they needed someone bilingual. I was in my early 20s, very unsure of myself in many ways...but I remember sitting on the train, mentally saying to myself "You know what? It's going to be okay. All Will Be Well"

...and it was...it was like this energy I gave myself, boosted me to have a positive experience.

My fearful worrying evaporated and I never stressed myself out like that again.

I knew my choice of mindset helped...BUT since then, I have learned that truly changing things goes way deeper than being "mindful"...the level at which change is required is the minutiae of our inner selves, deep inside, cellular, DNA level...the very essence of our character and who we actually are.

We can't continue living in our status quo character mould and also expect to change the world.

The old ways of thinking, approaching life's problems, justifying of decisions, the value systems upon which morality and ethics are based….all of this got turned inside out for me…and looking back, I can see why a deconstruct-reconstruct was the most efficient way to achieve real progression. It took a total life breakdown for me to "get it"...so that as I recover, I can express this evolving energy to you.

I never used to feel "safe" before, I never understood what "love" really was, I didn't have inner calm in my mind...I was never able to see beyond the wall I had built to keep my life in auto pilot...

...I never really knew myself at all. Now I know myself more and more every day...I am my own best friend-parent-mentor...hopefully you can pick up on this frequency of self-reliance for yourself too…this is the missing link.

So that's just a mere glimpse on the work I've been doing on the internal side…there's some things I want to say about the external side of this equation….this post is already a feat of endurance to read, so I'll will conclude this in a Part 2 🔥

I know the points I raise here might warrant a book's worth of discussion, backed up with research and rigorous analysis if I am to make my case clear to a general audience….yep, I've been toying with that for years. I've come to realize that I'm not here to distil this enormous subject down in that way, I don't have time to do that and besides, a huge variety of authors out there are already dissecting this up in to bite size chunks, so it would be futile duplication of effort on my part.

As I said up front in "Me-To-You and You-To-Me" I'm not here to convince or persuade you to see things the way I do at all…I am simply demonstrating what I see and what I've learned…these are the fruits of my experiences. If they help trigger something for you in any way, then that's more than I could wish for….this is about finding our own individual path of discovery...and then realizing we all share the space (yes, another paradox :-))

After all, this is my personal journey laid bare on a public platform, but it doesn't mean that it will be suitable for the public palette…you may not even get a word I'm saying, it may not resonate at all…that's not the issue here. My personal task is to articulate the highest truth I can possibly tap in to and pour it in to the pool of our collective consciousness. What happens next is up to you.

Each To Their Own

I see a world riddled with hypocrisy….where making the choice to stand up for "Me, Myself and I" is considered "selfish" or "self-absorbed" or "self-serving"…and yet by the same token…we allow "self-serving" systems and institutions to govern over us and take control of our natural resources….to feed their own profits at any cost….all with the very obvious and tangible detriment to the health and well-being of all life on this planet...perhaps it's time to reframe the definition of "selfish" and rise up to view the solution from a higher standpoint.

The world I see out there does not promote personal freedoms or self-sufficiency or sovereignty...quite the opposite in fact.

As always, I am speaking from my viewpoint, the big picture as I see it:

⏯ We are not encouraged to take care of ourselves…we are conditioned to be reliant on society to influence our choices and literally tell us what to do. There's a lot of recognition out there about "self care"…I'm all for that…BUT as long as it's not "self care" at the expense of others or "self care" which causes harm or ends up destabilising the balance of nature in the process.

⏯ We are not encouraged to think for ourselves…we are trained to blame others for our misfortunes and we are limited in our scope for solving problems using our own ingenuity.

⏬ We are not supported as unique individuals…we are classified in to collections of like-minded groups or system-approved categories, seemingly similar enough to share a common cause or be commonly identifiable as "belonging" to one group or another.

⤧ This cattle branding degrades our discovery of personal potential and tramples our ability to really get to know ourselves…and woe betide that we should ever take a stand of responsibility for our own contribution to the situation.

The few who tread this path of solitude or personal exploration are considered "eccentric" or "outcasts" or "failures"…apparently this is where I "belong" according to this world system..."Back At'cha!"…this world system is everything I don't want either.

The solution lives in my courage, integrity, humility and strength...

...to stand up and say that "the buck stops with me"…and no-one else

It is only as I change…that the world I see may change

How "selfish" or "self-absorbed" is it really to want to change myself for the greater good of all?

It has taken me years to come to terms with the idea that I don't need to belong to the world or to society in its current form....and that it's okay to dream of a wonderland paradise surrounded by good and beautiful people. I can see it in my mind, I can feel it in my inner senses, I know it can be made real one day.

I know that our imagination is the most powerful tool we have...it is through the visualisations we can conjure up in our minds' eye that our reality gets made...whether you believe this or not..it's how it is.

I know what I daydream about can become my reality...yet I am also happy to trust in the flow of whatever is for my highest good.

I don't need to "control" my reality...I just "allow" it to unfold

From early childhood, I was trained to engage in social interactions and had limited opportunities to spend time alone...I suppose that's normal for most of us living with our families...and yet I craved having my own space...to be independent and free to think for myself.

I have since had many years of self-discovery...even now, I am still pulling off the layers of limiting beliefs and conditioned thought patterns which prevented me from seeing things how they really are.

I have come to realize that I can only ever change myself...I can only ever take charge of myself...and that in order to be myself...I've had to learn to be comfortable with myself and be willing to learn about who I really am…warts and all.

This self-appraisal is the hard part that most of us deny and push away, in favour of hanging out in a group to feel validated. I have taken the narrow path of turning to face my inner demons instead of living in fear of them or denying they even exist.

I have spent time learning how and why these deep hurts and emotional turmoil came in to being and most importantly…what purpose they serve in my personal growth and evolution.

Everything happens for a reason...I know I am never given more than I can handle...and I always look for the value in any situation...no matter how unfair, shocking or painful the experiences may be.

The way you see things is totally and utterly unique to you

...and sure, we may agree on some things too....that's our shared reality paradox I mentioned in my last post "One Voice Among Billions"

We all have our own totally and utterly unique perspectives, opinions, judgements and beliefs…and we all have our own totally and utterly unique life purpose or soul lessons to experience in this lifetime...so if you stop to think about it...how can we, in all good conscience, speak or act on behalf of anyone else?

Whatever may qualify as "success" for one person such as a spouse, children, house, job and career... this may be fulfilling for them at a deep level, it may offer them all the experiences they were looking for. However, for another person "success" may be qualified by their ability to survive without all of these parameters...living a life without family, wealth and a system recognized vocation.
We have no place to judge whether another person's lifestyle is good or appropriate for them…how could we possibly know?

All we can do is figure out what is right, good and appropriate for ourselves…and leave others to take care of their own business

Sometimes, the very experience of "unhappiness" or "failure" itself IS the goal to be achieved...in order to learn how to handle this construct and all the experiences of endurance that go with it...leading to the eventual realization of how we tap in to our personal power to transform our way of seeing things...and yes...to evolve ourselves in the process…to become the very best human beings we can possibly be.

How can we possibly deny another the right to their personal experiences in this life…by stepping in and interfering with what they are going through...based on what we deem to be "right" or "good" for them? It may be to their greatest detriment to stop that perceived "disaster" or "misery"…no matter how sincerely our help is intended.

This is the point I am trying to make here…Each To Their Own
I have my own business to take care of...and I respectfully leave you to take care of yours.

If I find myself in a situation where someone asks for my help….will I ignore them? Of course not!

…but I will check very carefully with what is going on before taking any action. We are here to help each other in many ways…and not always the most obvious, in your face versions either.

Under the very worst predicaments I have found myself in...the very worst examples of betrayal, abuse and injustice I have suffered at the hands of "others"…whilst excruciatingly painful to endure, they have ALL without fail, brought me to higher levels of awareness, understanding and compassion for myself.

I know more about myself, I am stronger, I am wiser, I am…at the end of the day…better off for them...maybe not in immediate material or financial terms, but certainly in evolutionary soul spiritual terms…and that is what really matters for me.

These "bad" experiences have changed me…and for the better…so now, I have come to a place where I am thankful for the lessons…I am grateful for being pushed through the meat-grinder, because the "Me, Myself and I" to emerge on the other side is a better version I could have ever imagined...and there's loads more of the new ME to come.

How do I know what is right, good and appropriate for me?

I follow my intuition or quiet inner guidance in pursuit of one goal…
all I need, want or desire is to "BE HAPPY"

This quest to "BE HAPPY" has been the guiding force of my life as long as I can remember. However, there is a careful distinction to be made for there are 3 very different levels at play here:

There is "happiness" according to the head or rational thought..."happiness" according to emotional excitement...and "happiness" according to the heart or the quiet inner voice.
The "happiness" described at each level is not of the same substance or frequency…your resulting experience depends on which level you choose to listen to. This is a topic I will address in another post..."Discernment" deserves to be discussed in its own light.

I find myself behaving in different modes at different times, responding to different circumstances…sometimes with the earnest naivete of the newbie novice...sometimes with the rationale of the seasoned professional and every now and again...I might speak with the wisdom of a Master. It just depends what I am going through as to which aspect of "Me, Myself and I" will prevail.

Oh and by the way…this goes for YOU too.
We all have our moments of sheer brilliance and utter blind foolery.
We all swing in our consciousness between two polar extremes, rarely stopping for a breath of clarity at the mid-point. It's only when I became aware of this polarity pendulum that I became able to intervene with my conscious mind…and this is when the point of permanent change or the transformation and evolution of my self began.

This time the game is different…we are able to evolve ourselves by using our minds…it is with the power of our conscious awareness that we unlock the hitherto blocked pathway to higher learning.

Absolutely yes, there's practical work involved too, making changes in our behaviour to never harm, waste or break anything...all in accordance with Universal Law...the prime directive we are all subject to whether we realize it or not...again, this is a topic deserving further discussion later on 🔯

The ancestors never made it this far, they don't hold the answers we really need for NOW…they provided the foundations to get us here....BUT today in our time, human consciousness is in New, Unchartered Territory. The steps I am taking to discover HOW we become "the change we want to see" is being revealed on this blog, bit by bit, as I become able to formulate the messages and hopefully articulate it well enough...I'm on it 😊

One Voice Among Billions

Who am I kidding? Why would anyone else give two hoots about what I think or how I'm feeling?

There are billions of people alive on this planet today and everyone is busy doing their own thing.

I'm just a needle in the haystack, one grain of sand on the beach, one star in an infinite universe.

If I thought along these lines too much, I'd find it hard to justify getting out of bed in the morning.

So I must swiftly add…One Voice Among Billions is not a measure of insignificance in the grand scheme of things…I say this in honour of Individual Uniqueness. There is no-one else quite like me…and equally so, there is no-one else quite like you either.

What We All Have In Common

The paradoxical idea I'm about to throw in here is that....we are indeed individuals…and yet at the same time…we are also a group, a species, a collective entity to which we are totally indivisible.

In ways which cannot be seen...although they can be measured and proven...we are all connected to each other to form a unified singular organism or a hive mind of collective intelligence. So whatever the individual may do, think, say or feel...this creates a ripple effect and a discernible impact on the collective and vice versa. We Are One...yes, indeed...but we are also One with ourselves.
Here's the drop...there can never be Unity with "others" until one achieves Unity with "self" first.

How we function and behave as human beings is therefore a double-sided equation...it is subject to the micro level choices we make as individuals with separate identities...then equally and simultaneously...we are unavoidably affected by the overriding conditions of the macro level.
The macro level is our shared collective reality which is created by the strongest influence of compatible or resonating choices from the separate individuals all joined up together.
Our individual perceptions are influenced and our collective reality is shaped according to the convergence of the most popular choices, thoughts, fears and desires. The most common thoughts or beliefs achieve critical mass and therefore create the prevailing conditions for everyone.

This is why we are so easily controlled and manipulated and brainwashed in the world today.

Those in the know are responsible for ensuring that we are all glued to the "Tell-Lie-Vision" to influence how we think about everything…which prevents us from cultivating our own personal and individual sense of reasoning. Spending time alone and distancing yourself from the world collective on a regular basis...just being still and quiet in your own mind and reconnecting with yourself as an individual...this is essential if you wish to take charge of your life...and your own evolution.

Here are some far-reaching truths about our human race which I have come to be aware of.

You may already know something about them yourself...or you may not even understand where I'm coming from. No matter the reaction you may have to this, I know that these same truths apply for every single individual person without fail...the only difference is in the degree to which they apply...therefore please bear in mind that I say these statements in very general terms.

😴💤 Everyone Is Unaware Of Their Mind Power 😴💤

We have no idea of what our minds are actually capable of. We survive using a fraction of our mind potential and any discussion about consciousness is deemed crazy, superstitious or woo-woo.

As the saying goes..."You Don't Know What You Don't Know"

👽 Everyone Is Disconnected From Our Spiritual Heritage and Universal Origins 👽

Many believe that we are alone in the Universe and they refuse to accept the existence of non-physical and off-world intelligence...those who do are labelled "crazies" and exiled or discredited.

For those who do believe in a Creator or GOD, none of them can agree on what GOD even is.

👹 Everyone Exists In Low Energy Vibration 👹

Despite all our technology which we may consider to be advances, we are still living in basic survival mode....we need food, shelter and water...and we still fight each other for the control of resources.

Modern society is dedicated to promoting and satisfying sensory (5 senses) pleasures...if you can't eat it, drink it, get high from it, have sex with it or play with it..then it's useless. People are obsessed with accumulating material wealth in all its forms...house, car, money, objets d'art, toys, clothes, you name it. Wherever people may live on the scale of poverty and wealth, everyone is controlled by their fears, needs and greeds. We are all plagued by worry, doubt, confusion, loneliness, anger, self-loathing and grief. Everyone knows about lust and desire, but no-one knows what LOVE really is.

😱 Everyone Is Traumatized 😱

The deep seated accumulated effects of pain, grief, suffering and emotional torment have never been properly dealt with and released. Nothing has ever been truly forgiven and let go.

No matter where you stand on the subject of reincarnation and the eternal nature of the soul, even the trauma experienced in this lifetime has not been effectively brought in to balance and discharged. How can I say such a thing? The next time you have an emotional response to something..there's your proof right there.

👻 Everyone Is Acting Out Unconsciously as a result of all the above 👻

Every consciously made decision or impulse knee jerk reaction is subject to the backdrop of underlying and unresolved trauma...even though you may have no idea it's even there. This trauma is weighing down the mind, compromising your state of wellbeing, dictating your choice of food and lifestyle and sabotaging your desire to be happy. Often life decisions are subconsciously made on the basis of fear avoidance, control dramas and self-loathing…giving rise to addictions, compulsions, disease, anxiety, insomnia, the ageing process and even so-called accidents.

The emotional baggage that is weighing us down keeps rearing up it's head in some form or another, a bad relationship, a difficult boss, a troublesome neighbour, a corrupt politician...whatever it has to be to get your attention that something is really wrong...to see whether YOU will take up your personal power and do something about it?

😳 😫 Obviously I'm not going to drop such clangers and leave you there hanging.

I'm going to be explaining all these statements as my blog develops and support them with references as I see fit. This shared baseline is the subject from which many of my posts will spring from…I'm not just going to regurgitate the problem, I'm going to be sharing my experiences arriving at SOLUTIONS and tangible, practical ADVICE….if it works for me, then maybe it will work for you too.

What Is Personal To Me

I'll take this one-time opportunity to spell out some of my personal characteristics which may help you understand where I am coming from and why…or it may help you make the choice to say farewell. After all, I'm advocating that empowerment is the freedom to make your own choices.

I've been called a deep thinker… this is the part of me searching for the divine perfection which I know exists in all things. Past employers used to chide me for having "standards which were too high" or "going too much in to the details"…but every time, I would quash their doubts and demonstrate that my bravery in setting the bar high and going deeper than others would dare always paid off. My approach was where the gems of wisdom were found, the hidden answers unlocking the success…so I would always "go the extra mile" for my clients and manage my team with wide-ranging reasoning, sensitive relationship building and thorough organization. I have found a balance of diving deep, doing the trawling and then re-surfacing to dry land and presenting everything in easy to digest form. It takes time, patience and determination to be like this….but that's how I roll.

I've been seen as a new age hippy weirdo…this is the part of me knowing that a great shift is underway and the spiritual community was my only solace for a while because I had nowhere else to fit in. Ever since the 90s, I knew that "normal" life of 9-5 marriage, kids, mortgage is the "old way" and everything we know is changing dramatically, so it was pointless for me to pretend otherwise.

I can't help but describe what I know using metaphysical terms…I know that all is ENERGY and that we are all part of the infinite, benevolent intelligence of a Great Universal Mind or the one supreme GOD of All-That-Is...but I don't practice any form of religion or subscribe to a faith or ritual behaviour. I don't offer my services as a healer or a mentor or a channel. I don't wear purple clothes and crystals or do yoga religiously and say "love and light" to sound convincing to other spiritually minded people. My awareness is my reality, plain and simple.

I've been a selflessly kind and generous martyr…always putting the needs of others before my own…but I have fallen victim to certain exploitative men in my life who appeared to be "in need" of my help. When someone needed me, I would move heaven and earth to help them but in doing so without boundaries, my self-sacrificing cost me dearly and hurt me greatly indeed.
All of my career achievements were frittered away as I financially supported my unemployed former partners…the last one came to me with just a suitcase and a box of 12" records and after 10 years…I left him with the entire contents of a house, a studio of music equipment, a car and the foundations for a new life…I walked away with nothing believing it was the right thing to do. He has never paid me back, he has never even said thank you for what I did.

The realization of what I had allowed to happen hit me like a ton of bricks which I am still recovering from today…it shattered my sense of self entirely. By coming to terms with this painful experience, I have gained a powerful learning. My generosity, my kindness and my compassion are not my faults, they are my strengths…and I am proud of myself for behaving so selflessly...but I shall never allow myself to be dishonoured or unappreciated ever again…for I now honour myself enough to respect my boundaries of what I need to take care of myself. I still help others as and when it feels right to do so...but now I take care of my own business first and leave others to take care of theirs…this is not selfish, this is self-sufficiency.

I've been referred to as a wild woman with a bolshy temperament at times…in my life prior to 2012, my inner Kali would tend to erupt when my buttons got pressed and I didn't have the emotional reasoning to deal with it. Now my rather more tamed Kali has taught me that this wild side is derived from my deep sense of passion, my drive and my unrelenting pursuit for justice and happiness.
This fiery passion is the fire of my strength, my warrior power to stand firm on the side of integrity and for what I know to be right, fair, just and good.

I choose not to consume any alcohol, drugs or animal products ever again…I suppose you could call me a vegan…I've been living this way for 7 years now and I choose this lifestyle because I know it's right. It's right for the health and well being of my body and my mind and I know it's right for the health and well being of this planet too. I'm not here to argue the point…if you don't see this for yourself, maybe you never will.

At the time of my birth, I was born under a Sun in Aries - a Moon in Aquarius - and with Leo Ascending…this is my character blueprint for this life and my studies of astrology have helped me no end to read between the lines. Once you know how you tick, you can do something about it.

So here I am…a single individual…in the largest population ever to live on Earth…I am here as a totally unique example of a human being….100% female too….and I have a purpose, a totally unique and specific reason for being alive at this time, in my circumstances, in my body and with my mind.
My personal gift to the world is to explain how I have learned to EVOLVE…this is my "job"

It's a "job" I've taken over 40 years to find out about
It's a "job" I don't get paid for
It's a "job" no-one else recognizes or appreciates yet
…but it's the only "job" that is worth the effort of getting out of bed for in the morning!

Now I've found my "job"…I have purpose, I have focus, I have motivation…and increasingly, I have support because my "job" is not just about me and my personal gain in isolation, it equally serves a wider purpose of serving the good of all at the same time…one benefits the all, without the one giving everything of herself away.

Nowadays I'm the bunny…and I'm way down the rabbit hole…but I am discovering my destiny of imagining a whole new reality for YOU and for me. I Am Becoming Who I Am Becoming.

The Starting Point

For most of my life, I have only ever looked for the good in everything and in everyone...I thought that this was the best way to be...and yet, I have come to realize that I've been denying myself the truth of what is really going on around me. By only looking for the good...I've been avoiding my confrontation with all that is bad...and there is ALOT of bad.

In recent years, I have become aware that this world and the people who come in to my view are showing me precisely and excruciatingly...What I Don't Like and What I Don't Want To See.

I have a long list of complaints, but here's just a few to start with... Insanity…Contradiction…Hypocrisy…Corruption…Greed...Injustice…and this behaviour appears to be getting worse!

The big question which has spurned my inner development has been...

What on earth has the world come to?

...and how can we make it stop?

For decades now, there's been a lot of talk about a shift in human consciousness…this became more prominent for me as I found myself living during times of momentous game changing events:

I undoubtedly matured in to my adult head space during the tribal gatherings of the late 80s-90s rave/dance party scene 😊 ...I am so grateful to have experienced this incredible uplifted group energy. This hedonist phase in my life was like a hazy dream for more than one reason but I remember having the palpable sense that our generation would come together and change the world...it seemed like "we" were all united and connected in such a loving way that we could accomplish anything.

I witnessed firsthand the corporate and regulatory furore when I worked at a large investment bank on their IT systems remediation reporting leading up to theY2K millennium milestone...it seems ridiculous now, but we were led to believe that many IT systems and even household electrical items would fail when the clock struck midnight on 1st Jan 2000...it was a case of the dud millennium bug 👾

Alongside this was the rise of the mobile phone and the dot.com e-commerce boom when the domination of ICT technology platforms began to instrumentally change the way we live, behave and communicate with each other.

I worked for a B2B e-commerce start-up as a data modelling analyst, I mapped out one of the banking processes that would seem like child's play today, back then it was revolutionary....the overriding challenge for any form of communication interchange boils down to "standard terms and definitions"...we have to agree on what we mean when we are talking "apples and pears." I can recall having a deep and meaningful conversation with a friend...predicting that the future we were heading towards would mean that we would never have to leave home to get anything. ..at the time, I was appalled by this! 💥

My first ever mobile phone was a Motorola banana style slide phone which I bought in 1998...it was like a novelty fashion accessory because I only had a handful of phone numbers at the time. I was a relative late starter, I resisted the movement as long as I could because I could never see the mass appeal. I actually don't like phones very much at all..I always found them to be a rude interruption and invasion of my privacy....but that's because I know what it was like to be able to take the phone off the hook or leave your answering machine to take messages when you go out. We survived perfectly well before, if you were out, you were out...call back later! 👍

I will never forget the moment in time in the (northern hemisphere) summer of 1997 when someone told me that Princess Diana had been killed 💔…I was dancing away in a nightclub at the time and yet I heard what this guy said to me with crystal clear understanding…this news literally drowned out the thumping sounds of house music…and for a moment I was in a place where time stood still. I remember how everyone I saw around me was totally grief stricken and devastated by the suspicious untimely death of our beloved Diana…she felt like family to so many of us...and this shared experience seemed to connect us all for a while….the enormity of it overwhelmed all of the petty differences we tend to use as barriers to separate us from connecting with each other.

Another unforgettable time warp moment was on September 11th 2001…I was at my workplace, having a smoke break outside (yes, I used to)…when someone announced that a commercial plane had crashed in to the World Trade Centre...a deep chill and shiver went up my spine and I knew instinctively that something was really wrong with this situation. I watched the TV news all that evening, entranced by the repeated images of those towers inexplicably crumbling down, the shock, the mayhem….and yes "what on earth has the world come to?"

I lit my own candle vigil in my back garden for days afterwards 👼 I felt the pain of so many people…again united in grief and mourning….and this deafening buzz in the background from my mind wondering what really happened that day and why. (That's a whole other story best left for the expert researchers in the field)

Then of course…the big one as I saw it…the December 21-22nd 2012 marker…the much-publicised and misdirected slogan for the "End of the World" heralding the shift of the ages from the 5'000 year old Mayan calendar. We are now mid-way through a transition window of a period of years where the old ways of living are still over-lapping and co-mingling with an emerging new and never-before-seen evolution of human behaviour 👀

So Where Did All This Get Me?

To put it mildly, I just can't shake off the effects that these events have had on my way of seeing and understanding things… my eyes have been prized open, a veil has been lifted and there's no going back to the cocoon of childhood fantasy and ignorance. I simply cannot ignore what I am seeing in the world around me....and I have to absolutely listen and respond to my feelings about it too.

It has seemed to me that on several occasions there has been a collective swelling and uprising…almost like labour contractions in preparation for the birthing of a new paradigm, a new reality bringing in deep and wide reaching change…and then poof!....we're back to business as usual….the head goes back in the sand, ignoring each other's feelings and keeping up the routine of what the French so aptly call "Metro-Boulot-Dodo"…. the daily grind of the commute (on the Paris metro or equivalent), work and then sleep…that's all that life really amounts to for most people…oh, and then there's going on holiday once in a while and buying things to try and make our lifestyle seem rewarding. Empty, slave, drones existing as nothing more than a battery to feed "the system"...there has to be a higher purpose for life than this, right?

So What Is Life All About Then?

This questioning has been circulating around in my mind ever since I can remember…through the progressive moral examples shown to me by the series "Star Trek" and many other sci-fi and imaginative books and TV series from the 1950s onwards. If it had not been for the original series AND the later Next Generation and Voyager iterations, I would simply not be here today...Star Trek has quite literally held my mind and soul together and saved my life!

Some other stand out examples are "The Twilight Zone"by Rod Serling, "Star Wars"the original trilogy by George Lucas, "The Matrix"trilogy by the Wachowski Brothers and "Avatar"by David Cameron. These are just the ones front of mind as I write but, there are many, many more examples I could list….basically the entire contents of my book shelves and DVD collection.

All one has to do is read comics, books, watch TV shows and movies and the proof is right there…it is undeniable that we as a human collective are challenging the realms of possibility and through the constantly regurgitating battle between "The Force-good" and "the Dark Side-evil"…we are reminding ourselves about the innate laws of the universe and how they are inevitably rooted in good, moral and ethical behaviour….not to mention the question of who or what exactly is "GOD" in all this ...more on that later ↺

So this time we find ourselves in is one of a changing paradigm...it is commonly referred to as The Great Awakening...which is about an expansion of mind with the ability to see/perceive/understand more....it's when a door opens to new territory of thought which was previously unknown and/or off limits.

In basic terms, when you have "awakened"...this means you are aware that something is wrong...really wrong with the way this world is being managed and the way in which we humans are living upon this planet....that there has to be something more to life....and that there is a deeper sense of purpose and reasoning behind everything.

It's only when you hit the skids and find yourself in a rock bottom pit of despair and confusion in the light of this new awareness that you have "arrived"...and you are ready to make a pivotal choice.

Do you want to be part of the solution?.....or stay as you are...effectively as part of the problem?

You have to choose to become the solution before you can learn how to move forward.

I know there are large numbers of concerned people out there...blasting out on social media, doing meditations, saying prayers, flag-waving and protest marching. Of course these are well-intended... but with brutal honesty, these actions do not seem to yield the immediate, dramatic, in-your-face, hard-evidence, positive effects all those concerned would hope for.

So "Waking Up and Being Aware" and shouting to everyone else about it is the start of things...yes indeed...but there's much more to come from that budding awareness. This awareness must shift from pointing out the faults and pinning blame on others...to pointing the finger back to one's self and asking "What can I do about this?"

When we are prepared to take individual responsibility for what we are experiencing...this is when we are ready to learn HOW to be the change we want to see....and this wisdom is the Master Universal Law of the Perfection Mirror...you may know the age old idioms "What You Put Out, You Get Back" and "What Goes Around, Comes Around" ...that's just the playground level to get you started.

In order to make the profound philosophical insights of spirituality mean something to truth seekers, scientists and rational thinkers…a bridge of communication needs to get built…a convergence of applied terms...so that the "Love and Light" crew and the "Truth Warriors" and "Destroyers of Illusion" can finally settle on common ground and realize that they are both seeking the same endgame...they all want the same result and outcome. Both sides of the same coin present their missions using different frames of reference...it's time to get those apples and pears lined up.

This is about what we all want...TRUTH JUSTICE PEACE HAPPINESS...by discarding all that is detrimonious to our health and well-being AND our planet's health and well-being...it is up to each one of us to individually take responsibility to safeguard our future...the buck stops here and NOW!

I am here as a bridge builder…an interface…a go-between…foot in both camps kind of person.

I've been developing these skills all throughout my life. Now I understand the higher purpose for being such a misfit...this allows me to read between the lines and translate the big questions about our evolution and the very future of this planet. I am here to provide a channel or conduit for effective communication.

It's time for spiritual philosophy to gain some credibility....it's time to evidence some tangible, practical, in-your-hands type material which demonstrates the previously misunderstood and hidden truths underlying all religious and spiritual endeavour. This is not pseudo-religion or pseudo-science...this is common-sense...and it's about to become very real and unmistakeable.

This Is Show Time! ...it's time to see things for how they really are...are YOU ready for it?

Me-to-You and You-to-Me

You'd be forgiven for assuming I'm doing this blog to get your attention...I'm really not.

I have no interest in influencing, persuading, convincing or pushing my ideas on to you at all...and I sincerely mean that. You simply happen to be an observer of my process made public...and your participation is a voluntary and unexpected gift.

This blog is my soapbox…with a sincere and serious purpose….this is me stepping up to the plate within my new found inner centre…to build up the confidence to share what I need to say about my view of the external world. This is my personal training on a public platform…for learning to be myself and express who I really am…and to no longer be afraid…and stand lionhearted in my truth.

I'm an eternally curious explorer of what makes us tick and I am sharing what make sense and what works for me. If you and I manage to find ourselves on common or sympathetic ground…that's okay…but if we don't…that's equally okay…it's just how it is.

All I do is in the interests of striving for the highest possible reality…not just for my own personal gain but for all of us…and especially for the safekeeping of this awesome paradise planet we call our home. There is nothing to fear in standing up for that…all I have lost by choosing this path is my attachment to everything and everyone with destructive and limiting behaviour. I have never felt so alone…but I know I'm not the only one (kudos to John Lennon)….the goodness in people will prevail.

So for the record, I am not here to broadcast an ethos to gather up a following...nor am I here to interfere with anyone else's right to make their own freewill decisions. I have no idea what anyone else needs to know....we all have our own uniqueness to explore...and I know from my own experience that the highest level of satisfaction is found when we figure things out for ourselves.

I see our human collective like this arrow image I created...it's inspired by a postcard I found years ago which gave me one of those "Aha!" moments I will never forget. We are all part of this great big picture…but we are each going about our business in our own way within that…sometimes we group together with like-minded others...hence the different sizes of arrows. We are all moving about in our lives…sometimes facing in different and seemingly opposing directions…but ultimately and collectively…we are all doing our own bit to make up the whole and complete picture...this is Oneness.

This is me sharing my frequency of awareness with you…I'm doing this freely and unconditionally for the highest good of us all. You are here too….and you are obviously free to make up your own mind…take it or leave it.

Freewill and Freedom…to me this means respecting each other's space to learn and grow as individuals. We are always free to follow the impulse to connect and communicate with each other…but freedom is about not having to make promises to do so within any given timeframe…being in the flow is not about making appointments. Togetherness is all the more delightful when we allow it to fall in to place and connect at the "right" time.

If you think something I say is "incorrect" or I've got my facts "wrong" or "false"…even if you find my posts "irritating" or "off the mark" or "rambling"…that is your prerogative.

Whatever you think is none of my business…I'm just doing my own thing here.

As the posts in this blog will demonstrate, I am a student and adherent of "The Law"...the Master of Universal Law….we refer to it as "The Perfection Mirror"

This eternal wisdom is fascinating to me

because it explains why life works the way it does

and most of all...what we can do about it

This enriched awareness means I know that any "feedback" or "reactions" or behaviour I observe in those around me are a mirror to me...they offer special opportunities and potent messages to reveal information about where I am at...and specifically what I need to deal with to move forward.

For this is the path I have chosen to tread…I am clearing away all the debris of my shadow side, purging the weight of unconscious memories and dealing with whatever issues remain unresolved within my character.

It is my choice to become the best person I can possibly be…and that means whatever is out of synch with that goal has to be brought to my attention…so that I can do something about it….by releasing it and changing how I behave, how I think and how I respond.

So this is me transmitting a pulse beacon out in to the Universe…ever curious to see if there's anyone else out there on a compatible wavelength….ever ready to receive a reflected ping message back in response. I know that whatever the response…if any at all…it will be a precise and perfect reflection of whatever I need to experience at this time.

If you should happen to pick up this signal and send me a message back….whatever that may be….

Scope Of Intentions

If I had to give this blog a genre or category…I would say it's about Human Consciousness Evolution…but what does that even mean?

I'm going to do my best to steer clear of all the buzz words I see banded around out there because they leave me feeling empty inside. Instead, I will do my best to explain precisely what I'm referring to in straight terms. I might have to get a little verbose from time to time…writing is a creative process for me and sometimes I need to choose precisely the "right" words...or verbal colours…to convey the illustration of the concepts I have in my mind.

So what do I mean by Human Consciousness Evolution?

I'm talking about a positive progression in the way we see things, the way we think and the way we behave.

I've always had a deep concern and curiosity about all the factors relating to our well-being, sense of purpose and however it is that we find the will to survive what life can throw at us. I've been essentially miserable all throughout my life for many reasons, but this inner misery has served a great purpose…it has fuelled my drive and inspiration to search for answers…to the big questions on life, the universe and everything.…surely there has to be a good reason for all of this…and surely we can do better?

Throughout my life, the focus of my awareness has always ended up centring on the conditions which both inhibit and promote the forward progression of humanity on this Earth. All I've ever wanted is to be happy and live in a carefree, peaceful, healthy world in harmonious cooperation with the beauty and bounty of nature....but what exactly is "happy" in a world of being forced to make money to live, paying taxes, concrete jungles, disease, traffic jams, artificial food, electrostatic interference and pollution and then somewhere in amongst all that, we have to find a meaningful purpose before we die?

Something is not right here…none of this ever made any real sense to me.

I tried for nearly 40 years to fit in to the mould of society's expectations…I never could.

There has to be a new way, a better way…

The vision I have for this blog is not concrete in my mind…other than it's going to give me the perfect platform to really express myself…and by that I mean, the freedom to express what I really think and feel about certain aspects of life…and the nuggets of truth I have found for me.

The fact that I can unfold/unravel/detangle all the concepts I have been chewing over and square them away for myself in a clear, concise and organized fashion ….this feeling of gaining a neutral zone of mental clarity is what has really inspired me to get this blog happening.

I thought I'd be writing a book, but a book is too permanent, too solid for what I am trying to convey…I'm changing all the time and this technology platform is the best way to support this transient and fluid process.

Some of my initial ideas for discussion:

✅ The Reset Button…on many of the spiritual community-new age-truth seeker misconceptions I've seen out there

✅ Human Evolution…what it is and what it is not

✅ Coping with Paradoxes…the various polar opposite situations we have to contend with and synthesize together

✅ Genesis Reloaded…the story of creation explained in my own way to demonstrate a whole new level of understanding

✅ Who or What is GOD…these are the fruits of a lot of pondering, deliberation and reading between the lines

✅ Movie-TV Show Analysis…do the writers consciously intend to embed profound hidden messages?

✅ What Works For Me…I'm going to give credit where credit is due because I don't see enough compliments being given out

My mind is literally bursting with ideas…but I will have to "give birth" to the posts as and when it's flowing freely and it feels like the right moment in time to do so.

As a result of this cleansing, there will be some benefit available to anyone else who happens to stumble upon the page….how could I possibly know this?

It's because I am doing this under the auspices of the highest noble intention I can imagine…

My intention is to disclose my truth for the highest good of all…I am fully aware that my truth may not align with anyone else's truth…that's not the point…Truth it still is.

I am prepared to stand in my truth…this is the energy of integrity…one of the creative and constructive cornerstones of the divine human archetype...Heavenly Universal Man....(Man means male and female btw)

Integrity is one of the major powers we have in our hands to build a newly evolving grid of enlightened human minds…by discovering and sharing my truth in this tangible way, this blog is the evidence of my contribution… and I hope I can inspire others to build the confidence to find theirs.

This blog is about the journey rather than the destination…although it is all leading somewhere…this is in support of far greater mission which is beyond my scope…this is the mission of making the evolutionary jump to become the Evolved Human…which means using the tools of our consciousness to become immortal whilst still alive and breathing and accessing the advanced abilities of the High Mind. This is where I am heading...I'm building the bridges to get there.

I have made the choice to heal myself from all of the trauma I've accumulated, to move past my blockages and to reach my highest potential. I AM EVOLVER !

The Preamble

Oh my indeed, it's been a long dark night lasting seven years...and I'm only just feeling ready to do this...it's time for me to have a serious conversation with myself about life, the universe and everything...this is my way of consolidating a lifetime of soul searching...you are welcome to join me!

This blog is the permission I'm giving myself to unleash all the experiences, observations, intuitions and rationalisations of my awakening, my healing and my evolutionary process so far. My mind is about ready to burst, I've simply got to let it all out...downloading these words in to a stream of blog posts is a vital part of my completion. It helps me to crystallise and come to terms with what on earth has been happening to me!

I name this blog <<EVOLVER>> because that is what I am...I could say I'm a healer, a lightworker, a light warrior, a truth seeker, an intuitive, a guide, a counsellor, a teacher....but it's more than all that.

I am not here just to "show up" with a title....I am here to take myself up to the next level.

I am here to bring myself the empowerment of a free and clear mind...I know I am here to evolve.

My awareness is constantly morphing, being challenged, blown apart and then re-wired all over again...and multiple times over...but I seem to have reached a plateau in the last few days where the intense upheaval and meltdown of these last seven years is finally starting to settle on new foundations. I know what Human Evolution means for me...and it's time for me to stand in my truth.

The fruits I have discovered, digested and integrated are all about the mysteries of human consciousness...what it really means to be a human being...why we behave the way we do...and ultimately what we need to do to find the higher meaning behind the challenges of suffering and trauma. I am offering more than awakening to the problems of life, I am demonstrating my example of living according to "the solution"....which is held in the practical wisdom of Universal Law.

Since I became "consciously awake" in the late nineties, I've been watching the world closely for all these years, but I've been somewhat detached from it all...unable to settle on a clear purpose for my life. In recent years, I have been a silent observer in a remote part of the world, disconnected from everything I had ever known before...existing in almost total isolation...which has given me the space to allow for a necessary old self "death" and then nurture a "rebirthing" for who I am becoming.

My eyes have been opened progressively more and more...often with the devastatingly crushing realisations of all that I don't like, don't agree with and can't stand to see... the weight of this truth has been like a big bang internal implosion...steadily destroying my sense of self and well-being on an overwhelmingly supersize scale..so much so that I've been trampled by severe depression and anxiety for years...I was unable to reconcile the pieces of my shattered self and found it impossible to relate to the world around me.

Everything started to unfold when I met Dean in 2012...it was "the end of the world" as I knew it and the unmistakable beginning of a brand new one. He taught me his message about "The Perfection Mirror" and introduced me to the conversations he had with "The Blue Ones"...this unlocked The Answer I'd been searching for all this time...the structure...the common sense reasoning...a down-to-earth practical explanation of what spirituality really is all about...and finally...what we need to actually do to evolve as human beings...and this is only the beginning.

I'm slowly building up my scope and intentions for this blog...there's much more to come.
