So I have been doing some re-search lately, the reason is that I suffer from hair gain, large muscles and excessive sweat, am still in the process of re-search, have yet not to see a doctor, but was wondering if I might suffer from higher testosterone levels, then oestrogen.

And thought maybe taking some form of oestrogen would help me.

I was recommended to start on the pill, as it will not only work as birth control, but it also contains oestrogen and I will notice a difference in less hair and thinner muscles.

I found this to be interesting as most of my friends started on the pill from a very early age, I noticed their skin improving, their muscles being allot slimmer, softer bodies, bigger boobs overall more feminine.

So is there some kind of female secret here, have you noticed such a change, would starting on the pill like Diane or Yasmin make me more feminine?

Info on me, All of these are small changes I have noticed, its not allot but a bit more then the average woman
Am 20 years
I don’t need it for birth control
Am not slim, but large build and normal weight
I have Large calf muscles, thighs and also on my arms.
Thinning of hair on my head (like men get)
Some facial hair
Allot of body hair
Fat seems to go to my stomach legs and thighs, more so then last year
My boobs are ok.

I just want to look overall more feminine, slimmer muscles’ softer body, less hair, softer features, and better skin, longer fuller hair on my head, I do eat healthy and I exercise.

PLEASE HELP

Get comfortable. Nothing ruins the sense of the occasion more than sitting or standing awkwardly. Go somewhere that you won’t be bothered or stared at. Make sure the place, time and occasion are all right.[2].
Take time. Make sure both of you want to be intimate by kissing. Don’t assume that just because you’re dating that you have to make out. Both of you must feel that this is right.
Hold each other. It is much nicer if you are considerate toward one another and embrace. A hug is always a special start to making out and then you can hold one another in different ways – around the shoulders, across the back or simply a hand pulling his or her face forward. Stroke one another’s hair or face lightly – this adds to the tenderness of the occasion.
Lean in for the kiss. Your partner should respond and lean toward you as well. Avoid bumping one another’s noses – make sure to angle your faces to avoid this.[3]
Begin kissing. Gentle kisses on closed lips to begin with is just fine.[4] It might help to keep your eyes closed, allowing you to dive into the ocean of desire and swim together in your minds.
Test the waters. Making out isn’t normally about discussing what is coming next, so you need to take your cues from how your partner reacts. This means noticing any body language that encourages or discourages further kissing and passion. For instance, a body that draws back indicates enough. A face that leans in for more is letting you know that your partner wants to keep making out too.
Open your lips. Let your tongue gently slide across your partner’s lips.[5] If he or she doesn’t draw back at this point, you can explore a little further with your tongue, sliding your tongue into your partner’s mouth while continuing to kiss or "peck" him or her. Quickly, if the passion is mutual, your partner will catch on and do the same back to you.
Make it last. Passion deserves a little time and respect and one should never waste the first time! Add some special touches:

For girls only: Hold onto his head and slowly and lightly move your hands to the back of his head. Rub your hands through his hair and down his shirt. Grab his biceps if you feel confident and give it a squeeze while kissing him. Run fingers through his hair
For guys only: Wrap your arms firmly around her and rub up and down her back (or lower back if she responds happily).
Compliment your partner on how good he or she is at kissing. Not only a confidence booster but probably also a great encouragement for more!
Be assured that you can now make out without fear. Once the first time is over, there’s no need to sweat it anymore.

[edit] TipsIt’s important to have good dental hygiene, so brush those teeth well beforehand. A little deodorant helps with making sure you smell nice.
It’s a good idea to make a quick bathroom run (if you’re at home) before you make a move for several reasons. You don’t want to have to go to the bathroom in the middle of a good make out session. Another tip is to hide a toothbrush and toothpaste/mouthwash in the nearest bathroom before your date if you’re at your own residence. This allows you to ensure good breath before you swap spit. Going to the bathroom also gives you an excuse to change your position when you get back, allowing you to get closer to your partner to make the first move.
Do not go into the kiss too fast and fierce: he or she will not like this unless you have been with each other for a long time and know what the other is like.
If you truly care about one another, you will naturally put your partner’s needs first, and will truly act in a caring manner. Also, loving partners will understand any "mistakes" and will try to ease the situation in a loving fashion. Making out should be done in a loving, caring relationship, if at all possible.

[edit] WarningsDon’t forget to swallow to avoid excessive saliva or you might end up accidentally depositing it in your partner’s mouth.
If the other person is a bad kisser, try to slow things down and don’t say anything. Come back and read How to Deal With a Bad Kisser or read it in advance just in case! If they tell you that you’re a bad kisser, say "Well, everybody has room for improvement. How about this: You say something I can do to be a better kisser, and I’ll say something you can do to get better at this, too, and then we’ll practice."
Make sure you’re comfortable with it first. It’s not something that everyone knows how to do the first time, and if the other person is a little shy or embarrassed, reassure them that there’s no hurry or pressure.
If you have a beard, you might like to shave it. Prickly faces can be off-putting to females.
Make sure that you don’t have anything stuck in your teeth (especially if you have braces)!
Be aware that sometimes, making out can lead to other things. If you don’t feel that you’re ready, don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself and say no to anything that making out might evolve.

OK, a little back story:
I’m 28, and I’ve been under excessive pressure lately. I work 2 full-time high stress jobs. I’m being evicted (because my room mates threw a huge party while I was out of town) and I have seen my GF for 1 day in the last several months due to her working out of town.

Now the actual problem:
I’ve been having weird paranoid thoughts (mostly about job stability and how much I hate sitting at my desk) and "daymares" lately. I was working at my desk on Thursday and had a very real full hallucination that I was floating in a vat of blood and body parts, it only lasted a few minutes, but when I "snapped out of it" I was sweating, and felt sick the rest of the day. On Friday, I was sitting in the backyard alone, and had another one where I was being impaled by a piece of metal-ish substance.
I know how crazy this sounds, and I was scared so I decided to confide it in my best friend. She hasn’t talked to me since, aside from asking me to go get help and telling me to leave her alone until am on some medication. I think she’s scared of me.

One more detail, and probably the only logical expanation that doesn’t include some kind of psychosis is that I was dosed with mushrooms at a party 3 weeks before this happened, resulting in a terrible, and very scary experience because I didn’t know that I had been dosed until the following morning, and I was really freaked out by the effects.

So anyone with a degree in mental health… what the eff is going on? If I seek professional help, I’m scared that they might lock me up, or force medicate me if there’s something seriously wrong in my head? I don’t want to have either of these options happen obviously.

Oh, final detail. I’m canadian.
For the record, I don’t do drugs, I was drinking with friends and someone thought it would be funny to put shrooms in the munchie mix. I was drunk and ate it, thinking it tasted crappy because of the tequila and didn’t think anything of it until I was freaking out during the hallucinations that were caused by it.

Generalized anxiety disorder (or GAD) is characterized by excessive, exaggerated anxiety and worry about everyday life events with no obvious reasons for worry. People with symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder tend to always expect disaster and can’t stop worrying about health, money, family, work, or school. In people with GAD, the worry often is unrealistic or out of proportion for the situation. Daily life becomes a constant state of worry, fear, and dread. Eventually, the anxiety so dominates the person’s thinking that it interferes with daily functioning, including work, school, social activities, and relationships.GAD affects the way a person thinks, but the anxiety can lead to physical symptoms, as well. Symptoms of GAD can include:

Excessive, ongoing worry and tension
An unrealistic view of problems
Restlessness or a feeling of being "edgy"
Irritability
Muscle tension
Headaches
Sweating
Difficulty concentrating
Nausea
The need to go to the bathroom frequently
Tiredness
Trouble falling or staying asleep
Trembling
Being easily startled
In addition, people with GAD often have other anxiety disorders (such as panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and phobias), suffer from depression, and/or abuse drugs or alcohol.

About 6 months ago maybe more, through a combination of excessive cardio at the gym and some new work pants that were made from some nasty material conducive to sweating and ill sized to the extent of some nasty chafing, i developed jock itch, I didn’t recognize it quick enough and it soon spread to the head of my penis…

Now throughout this period i have been using a cream for jock itch (clotrimazole 1%) and a cream for Thrush (2%) but to no end…

I keep clean, shower instead of bathe, dry the penis after urinating, and nothing seems to work.

I have tried giving it a break from the creams, it gets worse. Tried just applying the cream thickly at night and leaving it dry during the day…

went to the doctor a few months ago he says just keep doing what i’m doing. But it aint working.

The jock itch or thrush or whatever is now seemingly localized around my penis head. any advice in shaking it?

Some symptoms.
Excessive, ongoing worry and tension
An unrealistic view of problems
Restlessness or a feeling of being "edgy"
Irritability
Muscle tension
Headaches
Sweating
Difficulty concentrating
Nausea
The need to go to the bathroom frequently
Tiredness
Trouble falling or staying asleep
Trembling
Being easily startled

Does it matter what age? I’m 14.

So this past 2 weeks,
Sometimes my hands and feet start to tremble and I cant stand up straight. My head & arms twitch sometimes too.

I worry so much about stuff, its constantly on my mind. I also think of unrealistic things, mostly scary things.

I have to use the bathroom like every five minutes now.

Sometimes I just start sweating out of no where and I hardly ever sweat.

Its really hard for me to concentrate in class, and I’m always tired. Its hard for me to fall asleep too.

Sometimes I start crying out of know where, like right now, i’m crying as i type this.

I feel need to vomit but I don’t.

this past 2 whole weeks, I don’t feel like myself and I feel like theres something wrong with me.

Do you think I’m suffering from this disorder?
My mom scheduled another appointment with my doctor tomorrow, should I talk to him about it?

Temperatures are rising. Please provide your dog, or any pet that you have, with plenty of water and shade. If you don’t the following will happen. If you care about your dog at all, read the following:

What Climbing Temperatures Mean for Dogs
The “dog days” of summer pose a particularly dangerous threat to “backyard” dogs: heatstroke. Many people know about the danger of leaving dogs inside cars during the warm summer months, when temperatures can climb to well above 100°F in just a matter of minutes.

But for backyard dogs chained outside and deprived of water, shade, and ventilation, the threat of death has nothing to do with cars—even though they might be tethered to an old jalopy. Baking in the summer sun in a barren yard—day after day, week after week—takes its toll and kills many of these animals.
Beating the Heat
Beating the summer’s oppressive heat is extra tough for dogs, because they can only cool themselves by panting and by sweating through their paw pads. Heatstroke can occur quickly and can result in brain damage or a gruesome death that’s often preceded by panic and seizures.

If you know of a backyard dog in your community, why not do what you can to make his or her life a little better? The following are some simple tips for helping backyard dogs in warm weather:

Let the owners of these forgotten animals know that a dog’s needs for water and shade are especially urgent during the summer months.
Ask them to give their dogs fresh water twice a day, or offer to do so for them.
Urge them to let their dogs inside during heat waves, much like some owners do during spells of bitter-cold weather during the winter.
If your dog isn’t allowed to be a part of your family, why not change that, starting today, by keeping him or her inside with the rest of your loved ones, at least while the weather is dangerous?
Signs of Overheating and How to Respond
Watch all dogs for symptoms of heatstroke, such as restlessness, excessive thirst, heavy panting, lethargy, lack of appetite, dark tongue, rapid heartbeat, fever, vomiting, and lack of coordination. If a dog shows any of these symptoms, get him or her into the shade immediately and call animal control or the police (if the dog is not your companion) or your veterinarian (if the dog is your companion). Lower the animal’s body temperature gradually by providing water to drink; applying a cold towel or ice pack to the dog’s head, neck, and chest; or immersing the dog in lukewarm (not cold) water.

There are countless other ways that you can improve the life of an “outside” dog—these dogs truly need every friend that they can get.
