Spokane Hoopfest

What is Spokane Hoopfest? Basically, it’s an outdoor 3-on-3 basketball tournament. It’s also a dynamic downtown festival that celebrates athleticism, fair play and community involvement. Lilac Bloomsday Run

Lilac Festival
