What is define as Good?
What is labeled as Evil?
The difference between God,
And Adding for the Devil?

If doing good, is define by the majority,
Why does it feel like I’m a minority?
Is evil then all around me?
Blessed by the kindness I see.

The world contains a million plus charity.
Reaching out to the those who cry,
And several sites like GoFundMe,
Letting people learn how to fly.

Beneath all what it seems,
The glitter and the press,
Always carrying a devious scheme,
Leaving the beauty into a mess.

No one on Earth is flawless.
Everyone makes mistakes.
No one is always at their best.
Everyone needs a break.

So am I good or am I bad?
I’ve done more than my share of wrong.
All of those have left me sad.
Wondering where do I belong?

So what good have I done?
Did they count or was it in vain?
Are my battles been won?
And what mark remains?

All I know is that God is good.
And sin leads to death.
Trust in Him as I should

Feels really unusual
Because it makes that one

More important than the normal

Focused on a singular object
That prevails your line of thought
Seemingly, the cons it rejects
And nothing seems to be at fault.

Blinded by the bliss
Numbed by the joy
All the moments are “can’t miss”
Passion is growing more and more.

Your Earth revolves around the sun
Lights up your world everyday
The best feeling ever bar none
Come what may, Come what may

The sense of extreme euphoria
Blurring reality with imaginary
Seeing vision of the aurora
Rainbows so colorful and dreamy

That’s really something
They are second to none

What is Christianity?

A saw a stranger walk by
Is that person, a wolf in disguise?
Or a saint and a martyr for the light?
How can one tell so easily by sight?

So hard to tell from the outside
Do you look at the floor or upside?
Balance the flaws with the assets
Perhaps the criteria needs a reset

Strip Christianity down to the heart
What separate Christian apart?
Where do you start?
In whole or in parts?

If the root word of Christianity is Christ,
Should Christian therefore have Christ?
But no mortal can achieve perfection
Because sin is a part of our imperfection

Therefore the Christ is on one far end
And Devil remain here to contend.
Where do we stand?
Where will we land?

If we believe in Jesus
Shouldn’t we try to be like Jesus?
What does believing look like?
More importantly, what does it feel like?

If one believes but has not yet to see
Is either he or she within God’s glory?
What is difference between God and good?
I guess that’s something far less understood.

This decision is making me uneasy,
Makes my stomach queasy.
Many different paths to take.
Many decision to make.

I can’t see past the horizon?
What am I supposed to decide on?
The view of tranquility on the outside?
But the grass is greener on the other side?

Which side is then, the greenest?
Which path is the meanest?
It pretty much looks all similar,
Similarly, eerie peculiar.

I haven’t moved yet.
Can’t make any bet.
Nothing guarantee beyond the view.
To make a decision is cruel.

Paralyzed in my own doubts.
Nothing more can I learn about.
Helpless against the uncertainty.
What if, what could or should be?

Flood the depths of me.
Overtaken by false reality.
Made up by my imagination.
Creating false apparition

It will imploded
Regardless of what I know
Time waits for no one
What is done is done

Whether I moved or stay
Decision I make everyday
Regardless of that I do
It will come and end soon

Clock is always ticking
That feeling is always sinking
In me, in you, growing
In your sleep, haunting

One single step forward
Feeling very awkward
Strong urges to go back
With the faith that lacks

A leap of faith indeed
Is all that I need
Harder than what I would expect
Turning me into a wreck

I think I will just roll
Into the questionable road

Stand here on a mountain
Looking back where I’ve been
The bumpy, windy road,
O, the stories it has told.

In the rear-view mirror
Held nights of terror,
Anxiety ruling the night
In the struggles and plight

Yet has held periodic joy
Wishing and wanting more
Flying through the sky
As the time flies by.

Throughout it all
Teaching me to stand tall
Making me into what I am today
More than any picture can say

Teaching me who are my true friends
That the truth shouldn’t be bend
All the little things that matter
Short cuts causes plans to splatter

Work hard with diligence
One shall guide your intelligence
Life will always rise and fall down
Know who will catch your frown.

All of what was,
Just because,
It had to be,
So that you can see.

It took years to make someone
Always improving, never done.
Although all can end in a moment
The memories are etched in granite.

What the future hold
No one really knows
What God has plan for me?
Not for bad, but for prosperity.

Not necessarily in money
Perhaps in spirituality
What was old is now dead
New life is there instead

It is quite an odd feeling
Still hard to trust and believing
I cannot go back to my past
In order for this new life to last

But where to go
I yet not know
Following this road
Doing what I am told

And I hope to listen to His voice
Making the best possible choice
Forgetting what I left behind
Being the new man that’s refine.

But I know I am not perfect
I do know that I am worth it
Trying not to regret my mistake
But to learn what does it take

To be a servant to others
Loving one another

As we greet each other,

Love one another.

Exchanging presents

Holding testaments.

Of what’s in our heart,

Our true inner thoughts.

What about the greatest gift?

God sought to mend the rift,

Between him and his creation

A chasm formed our separation.

The season of giving,

Of remembering,

That the man upstairs,

Came down here.

Because love care

Love drives out fear.

The solution to problem

Was God giving up His Son,

Came down on Christmas day

To sleep on a bed of hay.

Live a life to die,

As his destiny.

A road of tears,

To calm our fears,

To die on a cross,

For our sinful dross.

Yet live everyday sinless,

All while being homeless.

Through trials and pain,

He still had to maintain,

A flawless, pure way,

Beyond what man can say.

Mary’s bundle of joy,

A little baby boy

Will save humanity.

From sin of Adam and Eve.

From obscurity,

Held Sovereignty.

Within the night,

Held our light.

Born in manger,

The appointed heir.

All born on Christmas day.

A drop of water, fall into a puddle.
Out from a drop, come a ripple.
Several more, will form and follow.
A simple wave, having highs and lows.
Ever expanding, from the source.
Until something, halts its course.
But until that, only energy is limiting,
Was pronounce, but soon slowly fading.

How much, can a single wave affect?
How far reaching, are the wave’s effect?
Although the path is well known,
Hard to tell the seed it has sown.
Each of those seed can produce another,
Some with whispers, others with thunders.
The quantum possibilities are endless.
But God’s perfect plan is flawless.

Yet the main imperfection in his reflection.
Causing great condemnation in his creation.
Was not to us appearing a great wrong,
Trivial it seems to think about it for long.
It wasn't murder, lying, or sexual immorality.
And yet it cause great shame, for eternity .
All it took was a single fruit of a tree,
The single act that change our destiny.

Who would of thought that a tree,
Would cause all acts of treachery?
From it came, all act of sin and evil,
With assisted help, from the devil.
Trapping our world, into a dark spiral.
Spinning with a whirl, sin going viral.
For although trapped, in earth’s demise,
God’s redemption is coming, we surmise.

Watching and waiting for Your kingdom come.
For everyone, whether in riches or in slums.
Who wants to receive it, who will partake?
All who can see it, all who know the stakes.
And yet the blind will the lead the blind,
Into darkness and perils of the mind.
Many of those will lay claim to the prize,
Wandering lost in their own demise.

Where are the ones that will follow?
Go find the paths of many sorrows.
Life as a Christian isn't full of roses,
No blending in, no Photoshop poses.
Just be what you were meant to be.
What God intended for your destiny.
Just like the colors of the rainbows,
The path varies past what we know.

Each day carries multiple decisions,
Decisions wanting revisions,
Revisions wanting perfection,
Our ideal definition of perfection.
What we believe it should be?
How we perceive what we see?
Our endless fight to do what’s right,
Will we delight in God’s light?

What makes a decision good or bad?
What makes God happy or mad?
How can we know the full scope,
If our actions bring fear or hope?
Where is the heart and the soul?
The thought in your actions hold?
If those are align with his calling,
Then do not worry about failing.

I was born somewhere.
There was I created.
My heart lies here.
Sealed in my soul, predated.
Figuring who am I?
And who I am supposed to be?
Alters what my eyes,
My heart, and soul see.
Noise, noise, everywhere,
Coming from all directions.
All a blur forming a tear,
Walking without discretion,
Until the noises fade black.
What is left is a heartbeat,
Beating with the strength it lacks.
Driven to the point of defeat.
Years went by fighting.
Harden and weaken me,
Spend it all by dying,
For no gain to see.
Rules that were changed,
Just to spite my dreams.
Problems were prearranged,
Souls breaking at the seams.
For what I was supposed to be,
Instead, I became what I am.
Defining all that is in me,
By my reaction to exams.
I am a no one.
Because no one is me.
No one is done,
Because that is the irony,
Amongst my failures,
Built up my strength.
Made my skin tougher.
Going to great length.
To make me a man.
To make me a child.
So that I can stand.
So that I can run wild.

Built up a secret mess
Made my soul depressed
Failure from my test
Shown me who is best
I stand here below the rest
My never-ending quest
Proved to me no success
Everything's just a guess
Knowing less and less
None which I can assess
None which I can redress
All I want to hear is yes
All I know is what I detest
All I feel is the unending stress
Abundant nightmares in excess
What I've done is regress
My focus only to digress
What I am is pressed
Pressed for eternal rest

Just to see if I am actually reading fine.
If everything that I thought I perceived,
What I perceive becomes what I believe.
Will my blind beliefs lead me or deceive?
Which dreams will my heart weave?
Could you tell me if I am seeing straight?
Or if I am walking with a skewed gait?
Sitting and sulking, thinking who am I?
Will it be too late for me to know why?
Will I learned in time or will it fly by?
Am I able to stand or will I cry?
What surprises shall the future hold for me?
Will it preclude me or shall set me free?
My questions, my questions haunts me daily.

Friend

But one that will lend.
One who sacrificially gives.
Makes life easier to live.
There when you are down.
Stuck with a long frown.
One who cheers you up.
Gladly pour you a cup.
Of your favorite coffee or tea.
One who helps you believe.
Encourages you to fly
Above the stormy sky.
Always willing to meet
Until you land on your feet.
Willing to anchor you
When the sea rushes through.
Making sure you don't float away
With something helpful to say.
Teaches you something fun
Be there until you're done.
And when you've finally learn
They'll hang until the midnight oil burn.
It's fun having friends around
One of the best thing I've found.

Heart

A human soul isn't fed by

The mere riches of the eye.
For all that is superficial
To the soul, it feels artificial

Substance without penetration

Masquerade the perception
Of our convoluted appearance
Our weakness at a distance.

But the true truth is fire

Our truest heart desire
Warms the hope we've lost
Burns off our painful dross

The truth sets us free

From the burdens we carry
But unrighteous judgment
Bring fears to our torment

But true friends gently restore
Always willing to hear more
Comfort in the time of need
Our pains, our joys, they heed.

All of life's little treasure

For our hearts to measure
For it's caring acts that counts
Those are the things that amounts.

To freely give and receive
Regardless if they believe
Loving those as hope spreads
Because our God is not dead!

I dream of a dream,

Of free flowing streams.

Pure liquid, like glass beads,

Tranquility, as nothing impedes.

Glistening in the abundance of rays,

As stone directs the water ways.

The sky with a vibrant blue,

Stands out amongst the many hues.

Not a cloud in the sky,

The wind softly whispering by.

Colors in strategic formation,

Like majestic nature's coronation.

Declaring itself to be most beautiful,

As perfumes smells most wonderful.

Aerates the area with alluring highs,

Submersed in beyond what man can buy.

I dream of a vision,

Of a destructive decision.

Not out of necessity,

But of envy and jealousy.

Of pushing oneself above,

Without an ounce of love.

Fueled by selfish ambition,

Loaded with ammunition.

Crimson rivers run deep,

Into every nook and cranny, it seeps.

Until the once beautiful, color array,

Turns into a dark, dreary, sullen gray.

Shadows at every corner,

Stalks every wanderer,

Eerie silence fills the air,

Foul stenches lies everywhere.

I dream of a nightmare,

A world consumed by fear,

Filled with streams of tears,

As the parched earth lays bare.

Fierce is the cold wind which roars,

Too pressing to be ignored.

Piercing through defenses,

Death like sentences.

Memories everywhere,

Of those who didn't care.

Lies that wreck the soul,

Shame that hides what it knows.

Pain, too deep to share,

Sins, too much to bear.

Where did the tranquility go?

Love lost, feeling so low.

I dream of a prophecy,

Coming down in glory.

Radiance brings restoration,

Rebirth renews creation.

Green pops out from the brown,

Pushing roots down into the ground.

Anchoring into the foundation,

Beginning the beautification,

Flowers brighten the green screen.

As chaos dissolves into the serene,

Warmth glows from the cold,

Winds slows from the poles,

Wounds recover to fully restored.

Weary burdens fall from the sore,

Darkness feels like a distant memory,

Fading away from the resurrected scenery.

I dream of a fantasy,

Becoming reality.

Utopian in every which way,

Brighter than the brightest day,

All will see perfect love.

Tranquil as the white dove.

Joy forms a symphony,

Of those who are free.

New hope brings fresh beginnings,

New life that's never-ending.

Now that the past has faded,

Here is the future we have waited.

All we have hope for,

We have received plus more.

The faith that carried us,

Has rewarded those who trust.

Two strangers met at a crossroad.

"Come follow me," one told.

The other fired back, "Who shall you be?"

I WILL BE WHAT I WILL BE.

I am your Creator, your Father.

I already have an earthly father.

I've never seen you before.

A man, clothes torn.

Everything is under my control.

You are in control?

You can't control me,

I'm free to do as I please.

My name is above all names.

You must be playing a game.

I never got any benefits

Only threats and hatred

Straws made your bed.

Where can you rest your head?

Nothing is impossible with me.

Then why aren't you on TV?

Where are your awards?

Medal, money, or fame as rewards?

I am the great provider.

Make me a high money roller.

Give me a gorgeous wife.

See now, that is the life.

I am Omnipotent,

Omnipresent, and Omniscient.

Can you cure a disease?

You can't even climb down a tree.

Never there in my pain,

I'm crying beyond constraint.

You don't understand my shame,

Guilt raging like oceans untamed.

A great messiah in history.

Then save yourself from misery.

None can escape death

Vying for our last breath.

I am the resurrection and the life.

Gone you were, on Friday Night.

Crucified at the Skull.

All for null.

Anchored by nails.

Scarred from the flail.

Wrapped in sin.

Stone sealed you in.

I am coming soon.

When will you return?

Why do I feel burned?

No longer can I anticipate

This wait crumbles the strongest faith.

Standing here in the middle,

In the midst of my battles,

Two paths separated, left and right,

Darkness and light.

Always a fight to choose,

Which one to lose?

Both paths carry death,

But death will have something left.

What's left is small indeed,

A yeast or a mustard seed?

Both have a different set of needs

Both make a different life to lead.

Which way is better?

Which purpose is greater?

Yeast needs the sweets

Simple sugars to eat.

A lukewarm dough

Stores its soul.

Primed for the fire

Given in by its desires

Until it can push no further,

There, the vultures will gather.

A seed is built with nutrition

Love and care are needed for fruition.

Sow in, sit, and wait,

Until the seed germinates.

Time and patience testing wills.

With thorns seeking to choke and kill.

Little by little, slowly it grows.

More and more, it knows.

Stalks grow thicker,

Roots bury deeper.

The seed is transforming

Into something worth adorning.

Vibrant colors on monotonic earth.

From darkness gives rise to new birth.

A hope for the future,

A light for the new adventure.

Informed and hopeful,

Wishing life was wonderful,

Enter into the world of shame

Which is out pointing blame.

My yoke is easy.

But the noise makes me dizzy.

My burden is light.

Such a hard fight.

Defeat is near.

Give into fear.

But there must be more

Much more to live for.

This can't just be it!

My fire needs to be lit!

Don't let it grow cold

On this windy, broken road.

My mind is flooded by clout

In my heart lies too much doubt.

Tears are falling.

Trials are tolling.

Hope lost

In the cross.

Fallen, beaten,

weaken, broken,

Lying in the ditch

With barely a twitch.

Beating.

Am I still alive?

or have I died?

Beating.

Breathing.

Sighing.

Where are you?!

Why can't I hear you?!

Can you hear me?!

Don't you see?!

Stars fade to black

My strength, now I lack.

Surrounding me is nothing but white

What's now in my plight?

Groggy and confused in my mind

No answer I can find.

Beep goes the line

A crest relays that I'll be fine

Who stands there?

My hand held dear.

Third one stopped by

Precluded me to die.

Do I deserve this?

Was there something I missed?

Who is he?

The one who shows mercy?

A second chance

Undeserving at a glance.

Picked me up again

So my strength regens.

Training up to fight.

To take on the night.

A new reason to praise.

My soul has been raised.

The things I thought I knew,

Learned that I didn't have a clue.

Mercy and grace freely flow

From those feet who go.

For what must increase

Love, joy, peace

Kindness, goodness,

Faithfulness, gentleness

And lastly, self control.

These values I must hold.

Back to reality.

Hold on to my sanity.

Reminds me of what I was.

That's what the dark one does.

You will never be somebody.

The past pulls on everybody.

No one can escape.

Sin doesn't depreciate.

But I have been saved.

By the one who gave

Bread and wine to reminisce.

For there is no greater love than this,

That one would lay down his life.

That I may have a new life.

Even though my past give me fits

So now it is no longer I who do it,

but sin that dwells within me.

For I know that nothing good dwells in me,

that is, in my flesh.

I pray to be at my best.

A constant struggle between highs and lows.

Do I rise above or sink below?

Waiting to walk on the road lined with gold.

Who knows what treasures it will hold?

Running with my heart on the prize.

A marathon with Him soley in my eyes.

Standing in Your throne,

For You are God alone.

Hoping the life I live is holy and fervent.

Wanting to hear, "Well done, good and faithful servant!"

There, will I finally be at peace.

There, my soul will be at ease.
