It is now almost eight months after the government blocked the video sharing website due to the presence of anti-Islam film mocking Prophet (PBUH). The website was restored three months back but was blocked within hours after it was learnt that the blasphemous content was still present on the website.

Speaking to media, the minister said that he had directed the concerned authorities to reopen the website as soon as possible.

“We are working to filter the blasphemous material but the ministry officials had told us that the filter required to sort out the blasphemous material was quite expensive,” he said.

Responding to a question regarding impartiality of the state media, Nizami said that he had directed the state-run media to remain unbiased and provide equal chances to all political parties to run their manifestos on the state television.

Today the most common source of sharing our thoughts, feelings, ideas etc. is social media and now we are addicted to it. Once we get engage with someone, we would love to share each and everything with him. Can we ask our self why we are so much addicted to it? Because we think in that world which is outside of computer we are unable to share everything with someone or some people might get angry. Sharing a good thing like a quote, a photo of potato would be okay. But when it comes to make fun of other one we get nasty and tries to make the fun on that picture or post which is harming someone’s life. We cannot do this outside because we can easily be caught. What are we doing? Don’t we have any kind of civic sense? Don’t we have any respect for other people? This is not called freedom of expression. This is called harm.

Hey my man did u like my post? Do you follow me on twitter? What about pinterest? Hey do you use my space or stumble upon? These are the common sources of sharing but what is right that’s up to you. Connection with people is helpful. We meet new people and make new contacts. In this world of internet we are totally relied on this electric connection. But where is the real connection? We are so much busy on these websites that sometime we don’t listen to people which are around us. We are so much selfish that we lost some of our old friends because of these new electric friends. It is so shame on us.

We love to make friends just because we know they listen to us and they make us laugh and we know them. But a part of this internet life there is a real friend which is sitting beside you and waiting for a hi-five or hand shake. If you think that SOCIAL MEDIA is very much important to you, make sure you are bold enough to leave your real friends. BE SOCIAL.

Some 3,500 identically-dressed couples from 70 countries have tied the knot in a so-called “Moonie” mass wedding in South Korea.
The couples were members of the Unification Church and many were of mixed nationality who had met just days earlier and did not speak the same language.

The wedding was the first since their “messiah” and controversial church founder Sun Myung Moon died five months ago aged 92, of complications from pneumonia.

The latest ceremony carried a special resonance, with Mr Moon’s 70-year-old widow Hak Ja Han presiding for the first time without her husband.

It took place in a stadium at the church’s global headquarters in Gapyeong, east of the capital Seoul, where Mr Moon’s elaborate funeral was held on September 15.

Such mass weddings, including some held in giant sports stadiums, have long been a feature of the church and one that “Moonie” critics have suggested is evidence of cult leanings.

In recent years, matchmaking responsibilities have shifted towards parents.

But 400 of the latest church members to be married had chosen to be paired off a few days before at an “engagement ceremony” presided over by Mr Moon’s widow.

“Yeah, I was pretty nervous,” admitted Jin Davidson, a 21-year-old student from the United States, whose Australian father and Japanese mother were matched by Mr Moon.

“Then all of a sudden she popped up in front of me, and I said okay,” Mr Davidson said of his Japanese bride-to-be, Kotona Shimizu, also 21.

“We struggle a little to communicate right now, as I speak no Japanese at all, and she only speaks a little English, but we see it as an exciting challenge and proof of our faith,” he said.

Nineteen-year-old Swedish-Italian Anna Misook, who married to Congolese-Brazilian bridegroom, said: “It feels very great. We get along very well.

“We met four days ago by True Mother’s matching. And we are happy to be here and, yeah, looking forward to life together and yeah It’s a good life, good, we’re happy. We’re really happy.”

Lisa, from Trinidad and Tobago, first met her bridegroom, Hubert from Poland, on Skype after being put in contact by family and church friends.

Hubert visited her family in December and the couple decided to attend the event in South Korea to receive the blessing of “mother Moon”.

“I’ve been waiting for him all my life,” Lisa said. “Language isn’t such an issue. We’re connected by the church.”

The main reason behind this that internet made a important part of our life and we can’t live any single day without internet. Along with lots of benefit internet has also disadvantages as well. Internet solves many problems in no time but extra usage of internet causes many reactions on the personality of a person.

The main disadvantage to use internet is that physical activities just become to an end. People don’t use their mind to solve any query because internet can solve it in few seconds.

Internet is just like a small world in which all the things are available which relates to our life. In today era, internet becomes a part of our life and we don’t ignore it at any cost.

Swansea: Mamuna Farooq, 27 year-old has won the youngest award winner at the ceremony in which over 10,000 nominations were received across the UK. The British Muslim Awards was held recently at Swansea.

Mamuna Farooq was awarded for her efforts to maintain her Muslim and British values throughout her educational and professorial career. Mamuna Farooq is a solicitor at the Swansea-based law firm Douglas-Jones Mercer in Wales.

Mamuna after receiving the award said: “I felt honored and surprised to have been shortlisted as a finalist and honestly did not expect to receive the Award,” She added: “I would like to congratulate the fellow finalists, especially in the Young Achiever category.”

The young Muslim’s achievement award was also praised by non-Muslim colleagues. In Britain more than 2.5 million people are Muslims and according to a recent report by the Institute for Social and Economic Research at the University of Essex Muslims in Britain consider themselves British more than their white counterparts.

Mobile Phones and Internet played vital role to help these unblushing girls. Report also said that uncensored Programs on Cable TV also created negative thoughts in Girls. Around four thousand women among them were married. These married women were either not happy with husbands or someone Tempted them.

The stats also disclose that more than one thousand girls who left home were Students of School, Colleges and Universities. The shocking facts further elaborate that most girls caught by malefic boys through mobile. Most men started friendship with women through Cell Phones which lead to Love. And at the end, they run away from home.

It’s also important to clarify here that many educated and civilized girls committed this sin. Numbers of these girls were betrayed by boys after few days of relationship. In such a condition, most girls don’t return home and decided to live remaining life in Asylum.

Talking to Organization, some girls in Asylum said that boys shown them sweet dreams and therefore they decided to left family. And after few days, boys cheated them and they have no choice other than Asylum.

Microsoft’s next iteration of its motion-sensing camera, Kinect 2.0, will be able to recognize more natural queries like Siri, according to source at The Verge. When paired with the next Xbox, users can power on the console by simply saying, ‘Xbox on’, or view their friends list by asking ‘what are my friends playing?’.

Kinect 2.0 will also be able to produce specific results, and even suggest user-specific data when a user comes into view.

The current Kinect does offer voice recognition but it is implemented at its most basic form. Kinect with the Xbox 360 can be used to launch apps shown on the screen, or flick through menus, but is incapable of doing more advance task like Apple’s voice assistant.

Microsoft is still mum on the next Xbox and Kinect, with rumors hinting towards a Holiday 2013 release. While Sony might be preparing to announce the PlayStation 4 on February 20th, it is unclear when Microsoft will make the move. Perhaps at E3 in June?

ISLAMABAD: The dreams of earning a decent living for their families back home have been shattered for 700 Pakistani workers. Trapped in Saudi Arabia, deprived of their passports and not allowed to work, these honest and hard working Pakistani citizens have been swindled of their life savings in a fraud case involving a Turkish construction company and its Saudi employees.

workers revealed that they arrived in Saudi Arabia towards the end of 2011 and since then have not been allowed to work or travel outside the Kingdom.

A Turkish company, MAAPA Construction and Trade had hired these Pakistani workers through different travel and recruiting agencies during 2011 after payment of a hefty sum against visa issuance. The stranded workers revealed that these agencies included Al Jawad recruiting agency and Iqra recruiting agency, among others.

However, once the labourers reached the kingdom, they were informed that the company did not have enough work. “We gave our passports to our respective agents and were issued Iqama (residence permit), but before we could begin work we were informed by a Saudi agent that the company did not have enough work, advising us to wait. He added that the company will call us when they need us,” they revealed.

As it turned out, the visas issued to the Pakistani’s were in fact illegal. As the fraud came to light, a case was registered at Emara (Governor House), Riyadh and the passports of the 700 workers were confiscated by Governor House Police. The case is currently under process.

The Turkish company, instead of helping the stranded Pakistani citizens, blamed their manager for issuing fake visas for work that never existed. The manager and his Saudi counterparts are now under arrest.

“When we met the manager of the company, he confided to us that the visas we are holding are illegal. He said the company would help us in the deportation process,” according to Zeeshan Ahmad, one of the stranded workers.

Ahmad said this was unacceptable. He added that the Pakistani workers are demanding that they be reimbursed for their expenses and be allowed to exit properly from the Kingdom, since they did not commit any fraud.

However, the Pakistani workers are stuck. It has been almost a year since the case was first registered but no respite in sight for these workers, who are not allowed to transfer their work permits to another company.

“We are not sure how much time it will take. We are innocent; we paid a handsome amount and came to, the kingdom for a better future. Instead we are suffering for someone else’s crime,” said Shahzad Kashmiri, another Pakistani worker.

“We went to the embassy of Pakistan, hoping to receive help. Despite our frequent visits and our meeting with ambassador Muhammad Naeem Khan, no progress has been made on our behalf as yet,” said Kashmiri. No Pakistani official at the Foreign Office was available for comment on the issue.

Desperate for salvation and faced with a lack of response from the Pakistani embassy in Riyadh, these labourers are now appealing to President Asif Ali Zardari, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis to take notice of the case and give them the opportunity to travel back to their homeland.
