Hello,

Well it's been a full month between audiocasts here on Exquisite Performance(tm), and it's been a busy one at that. We hope to be able to deliver these audiocast much more consistently as we go forward. We're now settled in and our equipment is up and running ... and you'll notice we've even had some intro and exit music composed for these audiocasts.

As with Joseph's other Exquisite Performance(tm) audiocasts he spends a bit more time discussing these ideas than he does in his audiocasts at mythoself.blogspot.com. This is because he's presenting here a full description of the concept he's covering, including the "how-to" aspect so that you can take these ideas and apply them immediately for yourself.

This presentation finds Joseph presenting the distinctions between "historical" and "teleological" orientation in regard to behavioral performance. He also gives some insight into the effect and application of these two different approaches to performance.

Welcome back to week two of the Exquisite Performance(tm) AudioCast here on:

We hope you enjoyed last week's audio/podcast with Joseph overviewing the EPC2 model. Based on the feedback we've gotten the general reception to the post was highly positive and folks especially enjoyed Joseph taking a bit more time to explain the ideas he presented.

This week Joseph has begun to expand the model being with the distinctions of "behavior" and "performance." He walks you through the process of delineating between "reactive," "responsive" and "intentional" behaviors, as well as the distinctions present in the primary sorting model of "People, Places, Things, Activites and Information." This leads up to Joseph concluding with some thoughts on "Performance Improvement" and where to go from here with regard to improving your own performances.

We know you'll find this information interesting and useful as Joseph lead's you up to and through the process of asking yourself "What's Next?"
