Fellow Belarusian EYPers,

you know that one of the main tools of democracy is rotation (or changing) of managing people.

Thus, as it is stated in the Statute of the European Youth Parliament-Belarus, we have the NC election every 6 months. This time I would like to renew your thoughts about the role of the National Committee.

MIND: The deadline is October, 2

The NC consists of up to 7 members elected by all the Belarusian EYPers’ votes. The main responsibility of the NC is to provide sustainable development of our organisation. In practise this means the following business:

in-country sessions organisation in cooperation with local organisers

for cross-border sessions – delegations selection, preparing and visit mamagement

international cooperation and official “paper” stuff

regional development in close cooperation with city representatives and most active EYPers

establishing criteria of selection and other rules

and a lot of other business

So if you feel interested in all this – do not wait and apply! The on-line application form is situated at our web-site http://eypby.org/?election_id=6&app_type=nc

We are waiting for your applications to make the process really competitive.

MIND: The deadline is October, 2.

Sincerely yours,

The Temporary Organising Committee of EYP Belarus

you know that one of the main tools of democracy is rotation (or changing) of managing people.

Thus, as it is stated in the Statute of the European Youth Parliament-Belarus, we have the NC election every 6 months. This time I would like to renew your thoughts about the role of the National Committee.

MIND: The deadline is April, 19.

The on-line application form is situated at our web-site http://eypby.org/?election_id=5&app_type=nc

We are waiting for your applications to make the process really competitive.

MIND: The deadline is April, 19.

Sincerely yours,

The Temporary Organising Committee of EYP Belarus

1st International Forum of EYP Sweden (IFES) will take place in Stockholm, April 5-11th, 2011. The theme is Human Rights and Democracy and the official session slogan is “Different Fights for Equal Rights”. With delegations from almost 20 European countries and 200 participants the session will be a perfect opportunity to raise awareness of human rights issues in Europe, youth influence in dictatorships, democracy related topics overall and a special focus on the situation of EYP Belarus and youth influence in Belarus.

EYP-Belarus announces competition for 6 places in the delegation which will be awarded with 100% sponsorship! Apply now and get your chance to influence future!

application form

The deadline is February 16th, 2011, 23.59 EET.

Our goal is that discussions, debates and exchanges of opinion, culture, experience and background will lead to active engagement and develop a will among the young participants to take initiative in these matters. We also wish to make it possible for a Belarusian delegation to participate at the session and have particularly high hopes for creating a co-operation between EYP Sweden and EYP Belarus and making exchanges, in the form of travel and study, between the two countries. The session will hopefully provide a long-term, decisive impact on the situation of EYP Belarus.
