		<description><![CDATA[Interesting article but what's the takeaway? One single word, Evolve! Simple mantra, isn't it? However this seemingly obvious mantra has not been 'the sweet fruit' for many companies, especially ones which are/were already behemoths in their respective industries.

I have had talks where some very intelligent people believe that its not possible for a company of any reasonable size to move away from its core business model and hence fester innovation (especially more difficult when that innovation can potentially cannibalize your money spinner), because of inherent dynamics. I have had talks where examples of Apple and Microsoft (pre-windows era) have been quoted.
