The 18th Annual Britannia awards brought out a gaggle of classy ladies. From fitted to voluminous, the following ladies radiated in their red carpet looks. Amy Adams (in Azzaro) and Minnie Driver went down the noir path, Freida Pinto showed sheer Valentino love, Emily Blunt dazzled in burgundy Basil Soda, and Claire Danes worked a classy black-and-white Oscar de la Renta number. All of them are spotlight-worthy, but who's most Fab?

Anna Sui for FitFlop: Love It or Hate It?

I admit, I was never a fan of FitFlops, but now that the brand has enlisted Anna Sui to design a line of cozy boots, I might reconsider. FitFlop - known for designing footwear that's biomechanically engineered to help tone and tighten your leg muscles while you walk in them - has collaborated with the bohemian designer to create these Shakoha Shearling Boots ($290). The line will be exclusively available at Net-A-Porter.com on Nov.11 and ShopIntuition.com starting Nov. 20. Are you loving them?

Wow. It's not every week my faves elicit that response. The holiday party circuit seems to be revving up and it shows in star's styles. Celebrities are letting their guard down and experimenting with silhouettes, textures, frills, and fun - that's what I'm talking about. Camilla Belle exhibited all these with her futurama Alexander McQueen frock; it nearly took my breath away. Pale Casadei heels and Cartier jewels topped her off. Olsenboye Available Today, Already on Clearance!

Fashion That Makes Us Sad: $2,000 Jeans!

Just last week we read that the price of designer denim was dropping. Granted, many big name jeans still sell for $200, and some people rationalize that price for a basic wardrobe staple they wear several times a week. I myself have fallen victim to fashion stupidity and shelled out over $200 on Sass & Bide jeans. They're gray stretch denim, and are my favorite pair I've ever owned. Maybe after wearing them for four years non-stop, I might get my money's worth. Though I'm not the type of person who has 40 pairs of jeans, I have about six and wear them to death, so I don't mind spending a little more. That said, the most recent pair I bought cost $70. It is a recession after all! So imagine how annoyed I was to see this new pair of jeans by Acne, adorned with some type of modern body armor, selling for $2,000. Those ridiculous things had better protect you - they cost more than several months rent!
