2014 update on the lighted boats. I'm posting as a private boater to let you know that the decorated boats will rendezvous off shore of Winslow Wharf at 730 on december 13th 2014, then proceed around the harbor, rafting up at Eagle Harbor Waterfront Park at 830 for s'mores with the squad and Argosy ships at 930.

Please join the design studio and workshops for the Waterfront Park and City Dock this Sunday, January 12 - Wednesday, January 15. This "open door" style, four day session is being offered for you to be able to offer comments, ideas and ask questions. The workshop will be hosted at the park at the Community Center on Sunday and at City Hall on Monday - Wednesday. The design consultant, Studio Cascade will provide design alternatives with the assistance of the City and Sustainable Bainbridge. Hope to see you there!!

The BIYC Parade of lights, ARGOSY Ship visit and Waterfront Park Holiday Festival is ON! Decorate your boat and join us on the water around 9 PM (in the vicinity of Waterfront Park in Eagle Harbor). If you can't be on the water, no problem -the Bainbridge High School Band will perform at Waterfront Park until the Argosy ship arrives around 9:30 PM. Come join in all of the festivities! I'm wondering how many boater will don lights this year for 2013 ARGOSY ship visit-- meet at city dock at 8 pm. The highschool band will kick off at 2030 hrs and the Dickens Carolers aboard Argosy perform at 2135 hrs.
