It is November...Time to start thinking about the holidays! Do you have your supply of apples for apple pie, applesauce etc. for your baking? We have nuts too! Did you know that you can freeze cider? It freezes great!! Pour a small amount out to allow for expansion and pop it in the freezer. If you are looking for a special gift for someone, why not give them a basket of goodies from the orchard...popcorn, preserves, spreads, honey...need ideas, we can help!
