While all the Billboard Music Awards excitement occurred in Vegas, Rihanna had a relatively quiet night at one of her favorite restaurants, Giorgio Baldi. For her night out she wore $200 J Brand Mid Rise Skinny Stretch Jeans, Prada Spring 2012 Crystal and Resin Necklace, Christian Louboutin Duvette Pumps, and a Céline Nude Folded Clutch.

Her jeans features a waistband that sits 2″ or more below the navel.

Her necklace was a part of Prada’s Spring 2012 collection. Peep a similar one below.

She wore her favorite Christian Louboutin gold cap toe pumps.

And finally, her Céline folded clutch boasts a leather lining with a zip pocket.

Happy Monday, Bombers and Bombshells. I had quite a full weekend running to and fro to quite a few events. I’m exhausted! I imagine the celebrity lot must feel my pain, with the Billboard Music Awards going down, as well as a number of Cannes Film Festival fêtes.

Let’s see what these folks wore, shall we?

Kelly Rowland was the picture of elegance and grace in a silver Rami Ali dress. Hot!

Madonna was the exact opposite in a Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci creation.

Miley Cyrus kept to her trendy aesthetic in a Balmain jumpsuit replete with checkered panels in all the most unflattering places to put them.

Surprise, surprise, Jennifer Lopez slays in another Zuhair Murad gown. I’m embarrassed to be half her age and not looking nearly as good as this. HOT!

Selena Gomez was white hot in an Atelier Versace look.

A fresh-faced Hayden Panittere werqs the red carpet in a ruffled black Halston Heritage gown and green eyeshadow to boot. I wish her eyeliner was a little more defined on the bottom, but she looks beautiful nonetheless.

Just when you thought Ke$ha might have pulled off a grown-up and tasteful Givenchy look…

…she turns to the side and almost shows you her whole arse. You stay classy, miss Ke$ha.

Shaun Robinson kept it safe in a $1,295 bronze beaded fringe cocktail dress by Theia.

Shophia Grace and Rosie brought a much needed dose of fairy princess realness to the affair.

A sexy LBD was on the menu for Rocsi Diaz, whose short, texturized ‘do is going to take a little getting used to on this end. Do you prefer her with a cropped bob, or her trademark flowy locks?

Motherhood certainly becomes Amber Rose, who chose a loose-fitting black poncho frock for the evening. Points to her for going the comfy route!

It was all good until this happened on the red carpet. Thanks, Wiz Khalifa, for this image now burned into my poor brain.

Andy Allo has a lot going on.

This event needed a poor man’s version of Lady Gaga! Thanks Z-Lala for filling the void.

Good to see Nicki Minaj sticking to a more toned-down aesthetic, but I’m a little underwhelmed by this look.

Hate to say it, but it looks as if Chloe Moretz is wearing her big sister’s Fendi outfit. Somehow, she’s not selling me this look, it’s as if she’s playing dress-up. Love the frock, but I’m not sure if I love it on her. Hmm…

Good thing Tracy Morgan‘s still-forming infant was not around to see him make this face…

Chris Brown was his usual smug self on the red carpet, though I’m kinda digging his Versace sweater. Hot!

A generously botoxed Jenny McCarthy is clearly taking the ’90s revival and running with it.

Miguel‘s girlfriend has got to be the reason the man makes such beautiful music! The couple kept it cute in matching all black ‘fits.

Meanwhile at Cannes…

I am living for Carey Mulligan‘s monochrome Vionnet moment! The actress remained unimpressed with Justin Timberlake‘s slickback as she took the red carpet for the Inside Llewyn Davis premiere.

I really wish someone would try to shade Aishwarya Rai in this Elie Saab number. TRY IT. I DARE YOU.

Jessica Biel chose a lovely Marchesa frock for the evening. Predictably beautiful, but I would have liked to see her in an edgier look.

Eva Longoria usually looks flawless on the red carpet, but this Versace number is a little… frumpy on her? I can’t believe I’m saying this?

What’s not to love about Jennifer Lawrence in Dior?

Zoe Saldana was divine in Lanvin. I’m really loving her hair these days!

The starving girls got a week’s worth of sustenance thanks to Doutzen Kroes‘s Calvin Klein look. Hot!

And for the obligatory Kim Kardashian maternity look, repelete with swollen feet and uncomfortable footwear. Poor Kimmy, she looks great here, but I know those shoes are killing her. It’ll be over soon, girl, hang in there!

Happy Monday, everyone!  Vuitton here with yet another rundown of celebs who took to Instagram for a little self-gratification this weekend.  But who posted their flyest looks and who…didn’t?  

Let’s take a look!

First up is a double dose of “are you ready for this?” with Cassie and Draya, who showed Fabolous some love at his concert in Los Angeles this weekend.  Cassie went for a concert ready look in this ensemble by sporting a $2,000 Pierre Balmain leather vest and a $680 Givenchy Madonna print tee worn over a white crop top and mini skirt.  Draya wore a $128 Dollhouse Factory fuschia bodycon dress and a $295 Tanaya Henry belt buckle necklace.  Both hot looks for the ladies, but I think Cassie is more concert apropos while Draya looks like she’s ready for club hopping.

 Music producer Rico Love took a selfie as he gave us a gangsta pose.  Rocking a $3,210 Givenchy Madonna print bomber jacket and a pair of camoflage cargos, he gives new meaning to “laid back luxury.”  Fly!

 Not to be outdone on the Givenchy front, football finey phenom Victor Cruz showed us you can still stunt, even at the movies.  He wore the brand’s $2,065 Gangster Madonna print sweater, black fitted cap, jeans, and a pair of Timberland boots.  I live for a mashup of hood and high fashion.  Dope!

Angela Simmons took to Vegas with a few friends and posted a pic of herself wearing a red multi-patterned dress, silver sandals and a red Hermès Constance purse.  Such a vacation worthy ensemble.  Hot!

Chanel Iman took her fabulosity with her across the waters and posted a pic of her on the way to a premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.  She looked absolutely flawless in this Gabriela Cadena fall 2013 gown.  Hot!

Bravo’s Shah’s of the Sunset star, Lilly Ghalichi never leaves us hanging as she’s such a frequent poster, not that we’re complaining.  Lilly said goodbye to her big Texas hair and sported a bob with sultry bangs this weekend and completed the look with a Mason by Michelle Mason top, black paneled skirt, $650 Gucci Victoire sandals, Chanel purse, and a Mike Nekta diamond watch.  Hmm…I love the look, from the hairline down.  Fingers crossed this is a wig.

Karrueche Tran also sidled up to the popular Victoire sandals in pink, and punched up her look with a studded jacket from Sorella boutique. Hmm…what do you think?
 And last, but not least, is Fantasia, who’s definitely redeemed herself from last week’s get-up.  This weekend she donned a summer worthy white and navy striped column dress, gold cuff, and aviators, proving that chic needn’t be sacrificed with a casual look.  Hot!

Well, I’m off to practice choreography for every Beyoncé video in preparation for Memorial Day weekend in Miami.

Ball players are upping their fashion game, and some are translating their love of fine threads into their own stylish ventures. Such is the case for Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Plaxico Burress, who launched his luxury sock line this past Friday in NYC.

We were on hand to get the scoop, and ask Plaxico about his sartorial penchants and the inspiration behind his line.

Why socks? He said, “It’s something I wanted to do. Something different. Something I’m very passionate about. My socks express my personality and how I’m feeling everyday. My socks, 99% of the time, have absolutely nothing to do with my outfit. They’re always colorful and mismatched, but I think that expresses how I feel for the day.”

He continued, “I got into the sock game [because I wore] my Paul Smith’s every day. I said to myself, I have four drawers of this man’s socks–why don’t I start my own? It started 2 and half years ago and here I am tonight.”

Does he consider himself a fashionisto? He said, “I’m really just getting into the fashion industry. I’m learning fast and I have a great team, a lot of people who are teaching me the ropes about fashion. I’m a stylish guy, I like to think, but as far as getting into the industry and owning your own company, and producing your own socks–this is something totally different. I’m looking to take it to the next level. It’s called a collection because it’s not just gonna be 5 or 6 pairs of socks. I’m already working on my Fall edition. I just hope to keep it going and going.”
