Hot! Not only is the girl gorgeous, but she wears clothes extremely well. Honorable mention goes to Big Sean!

The promotions for Zoe Saldana’s new movie, Blood Ties, continued in Cannes last night. For the star studded premiere, Ms. Saldana opted for a Valentino gown from the brand’s Fall 2013 collection:

She opted for a lightly pinned hairstyle, and finished her look with David Yurman jewels and a red lip.

The look was modeled with nude makeup and a long side braid.

Zoe definitely added some pizzazz with her makeup, but hmm…this look isn’t doing it for me. She’s so young and fresh–this dress is anything but.

Not sure who Lady Victoria Hervey is, but I kinda like her golden barely there creation (the Cannes red carpet police (?) weren’t fans of her look–apparently she was ejected from the proceedings for not wearing proper undergarments.)

And Milla Jovovich wore a sequined Chanel Spring 2013 Couture floral dress. Hmm…I’m not a fan.

Memorial Day Weekend is just a few days away! And I can personally say that I’m excited for a much needed three-day weekend. As I’m sure the majority of you fashionistas are gearing up to spend the holiday weekend in style, one hot spot that’s sure to attract the masses this upcoming weekend is Las Vegas.

So today I’m answering a “What to Wear” request for a Fashion Bomb reader who is heading West to spend some time by the pool, try her hand with Lady Luck, and enjoy the debauchery that is Sin City.

Reader Liz writes, “Need your help. I’m going to Vegas for the first time next weekend for Memorial Day weekend and have no idea what to bring. I have tons of shoes and outfits, but what’s the right look? I know I need pool party and club wear. Please help girl, I trust you.”

As you will see just about every kind of look in Vegas, I’ve taken the golden, glitz, and glammed up approach to your Las Vegas visit.

To start you off, I’m going straight to the day party with a black asymmetric cutout one-piece swimsuit, covered up by a black sleeveless romper, and accented with a pair of flat gold-jeweled sandals.

Highlight this sizzling pool-side ensemble with a pair of BCBGMaxAzria pave pyramid snake-chain earrings, Prism Rio sunglasses, and a Henri Bendel Debutante asymmetric shrunken clutch.

Once you have recovered from the pool party festivities, hit the casinos or do a little sight-seeing on the strip in a grey embellished jumpsuit (this particular jumpsuit is no longer available, find a similar style here) with a pair of Valentino studded metallic leather sandals or if your feet can stand it, a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Holiday sandals, and a color-block envelope clutch.

Make this look pop with a J.Crew Station agent gold-plated crystal necklace, a pinkish-coral lip, and a pair of trendy clear sunglasses for the final touch.

…And from the casino to the club, dazzle in gold with a Hervé Léger gold-nude shimmer bandage dress uplifted by a pair of Gucci buckled patent-leather sandals.

Accentuate this bodycon silhouette with a pair of chandelier earrings, an embellished bracelet, and a stylish satin box clutch. Last but not least, vamp up your makeup palette with a shimmery silver lid, an exaggerated black cat eye, and a soft pink lip to cap off this smoldering club look.

For your final option, bet on black with a long-sleeved French Connection sequin dress, a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti sandals, and an Alexander McQueen knuckle ring clutch.

Keep your accessories to a minimum with just a simple pair of diamond studs, but doll up your face with a smoky-shimmery lid, full lashes, and a pop of pink for your lip as the finishing touch.

Janelle Monae took to the 2013 Billboard Music Awards stage in the same $1,950 Givenchy Check Embossed Lace Up Ankle Boots both Khloe and Kim Kardashian have been spotted in previously.

Janelle went bold in a red, white, and black getup fit for the stage! Both Khloe and Kim let the boots do the talking, in a $350 T by Alexander Wang Pleated Neoprene Mini Dress and Yves Saint Laurent suit, respectively.

The smooth calfskin leather boots boast an allover check pattern, lace-up silhouette, leather toe rings, studded platforms, silver and gold-tone pyramid stud detailing, and 4.5″ heels.

To be honest, I’m not a fan of any of these looks. Kim would’ve been the best, had she opted for a skinny pant.
