6 Shades of Summer from Caronia Philippines

You all know how I love my nail polishes. I filmed a video some time last year about my nail polish collection and I need to update it as I have bought and received a lot of new ones since then. One of my latest nail polish gifts are from Caronia Philippines.

Caronia Philippines has been so generous to me and to this blog. They always send me good stuff! This season, here are the cool shades of nail polishes that I got from them.

One of my favorite colors is On The Go. If you’re one of my regular readers (even from way back 2009), you will remember that I already featured this nail polish in one of my blog posts about, probably, my very first nail art. I love this color because it’s not your usual nail color. Will you agree with me if I say that most of us prefer reds and pinks, and sometimes nudes, for our nails? This one’s really a must try! Even morenas can rock this color. Don’t be afraid to try it and get out of your comfort zone. Believe me! You’ll love it!

The first two that you’d probably want to buy from this collection are probably Summer Fling and Rainbow Tan. They really look good on one’s nails. Wear Summer Fling for days where you want to look hot and sexy. Rainbow Tan is a perfect every day nail polish and it suits every Filipina because of its earthy tone.

Feeling so creative? Try First Crush. You can even add dots of Sweet Surprise or Sun Kissed on top of it on your ring finger’s nails as your accent nail.

Alexander Wang x H&M Denim Collection

Have you seen a black and white poster all over the new section of SM Megamall? I'm pretty sure you do and it says it all. Alexander Wang is partnering with H&M for a new collection of awesome fashion. Today's the day we're going to see it.

Despite the controversy of another attempt to use a female body to sell something, Alexander Wang has definitely made noise because of his first-ever denim line. Wang's denim collection, I must say, is pretty minimalistic as it is composed of denim jeans with 3 cuts and 3 different washes each.

I personally like the jeans though it's really not my style (yet). I've been wanting to explore the "boyfriend jeans" trend but I just couldn't find the right pair to do the job. I guess I should visit H&M soon and fit a jeans or two.

It's been a while since I blogged about my son's OOTD. I even lost track how many I've posted in this blog as I usually dress him up, take some photos and just leave the photos to rot in my hard drive. LOL! Nah! Just kidding. I do this to document how my son is growing. You know? The kind where you'll remember great memories when you're a bit older.

So, while I was looking for some inspirations and ideas for my next blog post, I saw this old photo of Ethan last June. This is his outfit when we went to SM Megamall (Toy Kingdom in this photo, in particular) to celebrate Father's Day.

We bought him 2 new Hot Wheels so he can play in the race track that afternoon. He was so happy with his new cars and he really had fun watching his cars fly inside the track. Of course, his daddy was the happiest that day. :)

I also bought my very own Monopoly Card Game. I have to admit that I recently learned how to play this game through my friends at Carbon. It's so addicting and I have to get 2 sets for myself. :P I won the first 2 rounds, by the way. Haha!

Ethan's a bit bigger now but he's still so obsessed with cars. Although he found out that Spiderman, Thor, robots and Superman are cool too. Sigh! Time flies so fast!

Beyonce Knowles- Already known as one of the most beautiful women on the planet, Beyonce is still as stunning even make-up free with her naturally curly hair left to do its 'thing'.

Selena Gomez -- Sure, Selena Gomez is only 22 years old, but you can already tell she will still be lovely when she's 60. Glowing skin, gorgeous eyes and a mouth with a delicious pout -- Gomez does not need make up to show off all that beauty.

Miley Cyrus -- While Miley Cyrus often reveals more than you might want to see, when it comes to taking selfies with her make up free self, Miley is the Queen. With her short pixie-style haircut, gorgeous skin and beautiful mouth, as well as her 'Don't Care' attitude, Miley is one of the prettiest celebrities when it comes to being 'natural'. Here's my favorite no makeup look from Miley from way back.

Kendall Jenner -- Another member of the famous Kardashian clan, Kendall Jenner looks just as stunning as any of her older sisters and with her fresh-faced beauty, going make up free is a cinch.

Alessandra Ambrosio -- Other than that she looks about 12 years old without any make up on, she also looks even more beautiful when completely fresh-faced. Proving once and for all, if you already have big eyes, you do not need a lot of mascara to enhance them.

Hilary Duff -- Singer Hilary Duff's gorgeous blonde looks and perfect skin make her a natural for the make up free look. Add in that she always seems to have a smile on her face even when she is just shoe shopping, and she may as well never wear make up again.

Lady Gaga -- Even though we are all used to seeing Lady Gaga with more make up on than many of us have in our drawers at home, she does not really need it. Her Instagram account alone proves she is just as stunning without all that extra 'help'.

Jennifer Lopez -- It is not just J.Lo's fabulous rear end everyone is obsessed with. It's also the fact that she still looks as if she is 20-years-old when she is not wearing makeup. Reality is, this superstar singer is in her 40s! Yet, her skin is amazing, and her eyes are just about the prettiest things you have ever seen.

Lee Cooper opens its first store at Taguig City

Yes! Lee Cooper has finally taken up its 1st store at Market! Market! Taguig City.

Lee Cooper invaded Manila last August 2012 and this is another milestone from the brand. From denims hanging on department store racks, you can now enjoy shopping for your favorite Lee Cooper ensembles at their own store.

The interior is pretty interesting as it is full of iconic British items like red telephone boxes, mini Cooper toys, electric musical instruments and more! Different British music icons also keeps you company while you shop.

I will be visiting Lee Cooper this week and I'll definitely give you all some updates on my LC experience. I also found out that they currently have their "British Indigo" Collection, which is pretty interesting. Here are some photos from this collection.

Being with Inglot Philippines is so fun because I get to put on makeup every day using Inglot products and they're for free. Haha! Who wouldn't want that, right? But aside from makeup, you all know that I'm such a sucker for nail polishes and I don't settle for just a plain nail color. I do nail art.

I hope you guys are following me on Instagram (@fashionbysai) because I post a lot there. Sometimes, I don't have time to blog (actually) and with my little spare time, I do quick photos and post them on IG.

Here's my last week's nail art. This one's really simple but if you want me to do a tutorial in my YouTube channel then comment below.

This one's really easy and you can try it at home. I used Inglot O2M Breathable Nail Enamels in 611 and 688. I just love this candy-inspired design on my nails. Even my husband noticed it and said it was beautiful (because he has to or the wife in me will get mad. LOL)

This will be my second job in the cosmetics industry as I was part of Estee Lauder Philippines before and I'm so excited! I'll be working with my girl, Sara Garces of Read my Red Lips again and nothing thrills me more than that. We're really good friends! :)

Getting Ready with Me and my Work Makeup Routine

When I first saw this hashtag online, I was so clueless what's happening. I wasn't even laughing because, honestly, the first Pinoy execution I saw of this funny idea wasn't that funny at all. I was actually thinking of Promise Phan transformations. I guess that's how I know #makeuptransformation.

Then, it got into me especially upon seeing this.

Everything was so clear to me by then. It was supposed to be funny and I'm sorry if I didn't get it at first. I can't stop laughing looking at photos on Instagram with this hashtag. OOTD: Funky Town

been a while! I missed you all! I have been dwelling too much on my new career. It's still digital though but from a social media expert I'm now part of the sales team. The work is pretty tiring and stressful at times (actually most of the time) but it's fun. I'm surrounded with smart and happy people. Our team's called B.A.G. by the way. And that's so me! I love bags (literally), haha!

Sharing with you one of the outfits I wore to work months ago. I actually came to work wearing my leather skirt from Dress Etc but I went shopping after work, which explains the high-waist denim shorts. Do you like it? This was the first time I wore a funky look like this. It's so street and I can't believe I can pull off a look like this. Wish I wore something like this to school when I was in college :P

OOTD: MIA

I've been missing in action for the past three weeks (I guess) and it's all because of work. I can't find time to blog or even check my blog email. I plan to do this whole blogging/vlogging thing after work but I always find myself knocked out of bed. I'm not really a morning person so when my work requires me to be at the office at 9am, I feel like all my energy are being drained out of me. It's weird but I recently figured that out. I guess my body's not used to the morning rush.

I really apologize for the lack of updates. I still owe you a lot of video tutorials but I promise (really really promise) to work on it this week. Lord, help me!

\The K-Pop culture has truly spread like wildfire. Everybody's dancing to a U-Kiss song or maybe doing the Psy dance moves. Last June 12, Korea's #1 accessory shop, CNA, opened their 6th branch in the metro at Fairview Terraces.

I was lucky to be one of the chosen fashion bloggers to cover the event but since it was so far from my place (you have no idea what I have to go through just to get there), I wasn't able to catch Dasuri Choi, the brand's current endorser, conquer the dance moves. But I'd like to share with you the amazing and cute products that welcomed me as I enter the store full of KPop fans.

I saw some fellow bloggers in the event like Aya and Mommy Lariza.

I adore the wide selection of accessories from your earrings to hair clips. Just checking out the items made me feel like I'm a teenager again. Seriously!
