2 Year Anniversary Dinner

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 2 years as of May 13,2013. I still can't believe how fast time has went by. We have learned so much about each other and there is always so much more to learn and grow. For those of you thinking 2 years is such a long time and don't know if you can do it, my advise is to stay honest with yourself and one another and if fit still don't feel right to you move on.
We decided to spend our 2 years doing something simple ( it's the little thinks that makes everything so much better), So dinner was the best thing. We did have to celebrate this on Saturday May 11, since Monday May 13 I work. I hope you all enjoy the pictures of us at Chevys (the food was AMAZING).

{Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo by Organix} {Repairing Awapuhi Ginger Conditioner by Organix} Even though these are sold at the drug store they feel/look higher in to me. They even work like i should have paid more. But the think that i love the most in the Sulfate free Part, my hair never feels dry after using this.

{Crest Pro-Health Toothpaste in Sensitive + Enamel Shield} {Colgate Toothbrush} {Target up&up Toothbrush Holder} This has became my new favorite toothpaste and i don't see myself changing anytime soon. When i go to the store to pick out a toothbrush (no mater how many different brands they are) my eyes always go to Colgate. I don't know why but I'm obsessed with Colgate toothbrushes.

{The Bathery Luxury Pumice Stone} Who ever invented this was a freakin genius. This stone get all of my dead skin off. It works so well i think i might do a pedicure video/blog post in the future :) .

{The Bathery 2 - in -1 Bady Sponge Cleans & exfoliates} This sponge is literally Solving two problems with one friend! LOL I get to clean myself and exfoliate my skin at once. Since i work full time and my hours are not normal, doing to things at once is great. I also highly recommend this...Target is were its at!

{Goldfish Beach Towel from Target} This towel and I were love at first (computer) sight. When i saw this beach towel online last year i had to have it. The fish look sooo real its amazing. I cant wait to see what target has in store for this summer. P.S: this towel is light weight

This weekend has been nothing but shoe shopping. Saturday we went out to Westfield Mall in San Francisco and footlocker/lady footlocker was our top spot. Angled brush - Great for filling in brows and applying gel eyeliner
Eye Shadow brush - exactly what the names says
Comb brush - used to brush eye brows into place, comb out eye brows and even comb through lashes
Finger Tips - any easy tool people forget they have. You can use your fingers to apply eye shadow, cream eye shadow, blend in concealer, and even smugging... A really great tool.

Ichiban Kan & Target Buy (Haul)

Hello Everyone, Happy Weekend! So today I am bringing you an Ichiban Kan & Target Buy (Haul). If you have never heard of Ichiban Kan Its a Gift and Specialty Retailer that sells imported items from Japan. YES, JAPAN... So exciting! I will be going though everything in the above picture. But if you want a full on review, let me know in the comment section "BELOW" and i will make a video for you.

Ichiban Kan

I don't know what this is "LMAO"! It looks like its a blackhead/pimple picker. I'm going to give it a try and see what it does. But all means, if you can read Japanese please tell me what this is...thank you!

{Eye Lash Curler}

This really got my attention (only because its gold). I really didn't need this because my e.l.f. cosmetics one works great. I only wanted it for the color :). The back of the Packaging is all in another language. Therefor the only thing i can read is the Materials. The body is steel - nickel plating.

{Green Tea Cleaning Tissues}

This cost me $2 at Ichiban Kan. It comes with 30 sheets and they are super moist. I have used some green tea makeup wipes before (seen here) and they were great. I will let you know how i like these though.

{Coffee or Tea Tray}

I didn't buy this for myself, i actually got this for my boyfriend (because he wanted one). Its very strong and made with great quality to have been so very inexpensive. I also think this would look good on a coffee table.

Target

The two things i bought at target are very self explanatorie. I really suggest you read Glamour Magazine if you don't already (its one of my favorites!)

Review: Revlon Just Bitten Kissable

Hello Everyone! So this is a Review for the "Revlon Just Bitten Kissable". I received this Balm Stain for Christmas, witch you can see here. I wish I could show you all the colors the collection has, but I only have one... Sorry! The one that i will be talking about is in 020 Lovesick. Iv seen this color in a couple of magazines because it was the ad color Emma Stone was wearing. I of course talked about it and wanted it, but never got a chance to get it... in tell Christmas.

The Review

Packaging: The packaging is by far amazing. My favorite part is the twistable bottom. Thank you Revlon! (because you know sharpeners is the thing of the past)...I ain't got time for that! (LMAO) It is also nice how they have the color name on the tube and also a sticker name on the bottom.

Product review: The product goes on smoothly, very smoothly. Its true to color, so the color you see on the tube is the color you will get. When you take the top off you will see a crayon tip with a point. To me this makes it easy to put on and a less of a chance of your lip product breaking. It does have a smell and to me it smells like "mint"...kinda like peppermint candy. But the smell does go away after you apply it and it dries (so you wont be smelling that mint all day). The product is a balm stain and they really mean that. Balm meaning moister and stain meaning the color will stain looking very natural. It will last a very long time, so no need to reapply more than once.

Pros- True to color, Moisturizing, Long lasting, Convenient packaging

Cons- Mint or peppermint candy Smell

My Final Thoughts: I recommend that everyone should try this product. I know i will be purchasing more. I wish Revlon could change the smell, but its not that big of a deal.

Valentine's Day Guide

1. Dinner

The easiest thing you can do for Valentines day is taking your love one out for a meal. I put this first on the guide because people fail at this one all the time. If your planing on going out to a fancy place that needs reservation, RESERVE THEM NOW! Don't ruin everything because you got to busy at work or with life. There is also an alternative that I think is more romantic... DINNER AT HOME! a nice meal at home for your love one and don't have to deal with the Valentines day rush.

2. Gift

Don't spend a lot of money... (please don't). If the person really loves you, its the though that counts. The other thing, this is not just a girls holiday i think... GIRLS GET YOUR MAN SOMETHING! Don't you think your boy friend/husband wont some candy or even a new video game? I know mine does! Get creative (the picture is really helpful..hint, hint)

3. Movie

This is a great beginners idea, meaning if your young (teen) or just started dating. Going to the movies is a great date. Your spending a great amount of money on the person, so why not. You can always have movie time at your place. Get all of your favorites and watch them together... Valentines Day is a great one!

4. Memories

I think this is a really great idea. You can VLOG your date or even take pictures of the fun time. Memories are everything! Think about it, even if your just started dating. What if in 5 years you both get married and have kids, you can always look back at this day.

5. Outfit

A new OutFit, Say what!? Yep, get your self something nice. There is a lot of websites that sell intimate attire. But since your cutting it close i suggest you go to the store. So Frederick's of Hollywood has a lot of nice stuff and even ranges in styles. They also have great prices. If your plus size don't fill like you cant look sexy Torrid.com will have your size.

6. Party

This is for all my single people (see i didn't leave you out). You should through a part invite all the single people you know (tell then to invite some people) then you can still have fun. Make it Valentines day them and have games. (if you are under age ask your parents for permission)

Hello everyone! So if you are a dedicated subscriber or reader of my blog fashionshychild.com you might have noticed the "Shop" tab at the top of my page. I decided to make a mini store, so you the fans can have a place to shop for gear. Right now I only have accessories up like iPhone 4/4s and 5 cases, iPad 2/3 case, a tote bag and cute buttons. I will be putting more stuff up eventually, if all goes well.

The Theme: The them for this first collection (I guess that's what I will call it) is "LOVE". So everything you see up for purchase was inspired with love on mind. Also Valentines day is coming up on the 14th, so if you haven't got your special person something this would work out great.
