The trip will take place June 20-27. At least 10 are talking of joining the team at this time. Registration is due by March 15th.

Ladies in the church are working hard to prepare Mission Dolls. They are cute as can be. Each is created to be a comfort to the kids and a tool to share the gospel in Haiti. I’m just hoping our own folks don’t swipe them all before we leave! Hands off!!

We are in the process of collecting medical supplies to use on the trip also.

Men and women across the church are praying for the work that will happen this summer.

Hope you too can find a way to be involved with the trip.

Last year we renamed that offering “Because We Care.” September is the time of year we make that collection. The monies collected this month will be used to help meet benevolence needs in our community, to provide ministry dollars to local ministry efforts, and in many other ways. Pray about how you might support this offering. The 2011 goal is $1000. Wouldn’t it be great to see more raised so that we might provide even more help.
