This is my eight year old daughter. She has a genetic brain disorder called Partial Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum, which for her means about a third of her brain is missing, so her behaviour is like that of a two year old. I'm always looking to capture those moments where there is a spark of her true personality, like right here.

It was her birthday, and I'd been snapping shots for hours. The camera flashed for the umpteenth time, she stopped playing, looked up, and Glared.

*I'm not sure if I prefer this or the blue/gold version, that's why I'm just uploading both!

This piece is finally finished. I wanted to convert this to vector from the beginning, but only got around to it now. Yes, the colors are harsh, they're supposed to be. Also, after a moment of clarity while vectorizing, I realized that my original intent to depict apathy actually resulted in a self-portrait so I changed the title to reflect this.

*I'm not sure how vectors are normally uploaded here, I just converted the .eps to .psd, then to .png. If there's a better way, feel free to tell me.

Alright, this is my first experiment with ~antiheroe Cutnejo, so if it sucks I'm sorry, but I have literally about 20 ideas for Cutnejo that I think will be very amusing... I've been cracking up hysterically for days every time I think of a new scenario to photograph Nejo in.... I can't even sleep for how many ideas I've been getting, so I hope everyone enjoys this initial work...

I haven't made a collage since grade school, so this proved to be an interesting project. I started it the same night I started/finished "Upward", but it's been busy so I'm just finishing this up today. Please FULL-VIEW.

Okay, for the piece itself...

The background is a texture I made in Photoshop CS2 and printed out.
The figure, grass and flower bloom are stock photos from MorgueFile and StockXchange that I edited it Photoshop CS2 & printed.
Other things used are Winsor and Newton inks and a black gel pen.

Photoshop CS2 postwork includes some line & color cleanup, and the frame.

First, if I had realized what I was getting into when I started this, I would have made it bigger. You see, all I wanted was a few stars and maybe a tiny nebulae for another piece I was working on, and 4-5 hours later, it "evolved" into it's own entity.

This is my very first geninue space scene, no glitterato filters, no mojoworld or terragen this time, all Photoshop CS2, so I'm feeling pretty good about it. At least, it's a good start I think. I have to say this: The thing I like best about terraspace art is that there are basic guidlines like any other genre, but that's it's mostly intuitive (playing around), which for me is good, because I get impatient and always skip ahead with tutorials and such anyway...

I know this isn't that big to start out with, but to see all the details, Please FULL-VIEW, thanks, and enjoy!!

Okay some people don't have money for CD Jewel Case Creator programs, or are too lazy to acquire them, or their printer is being wonky, etc, etc...

So I thought I'd post these templates I made that I currently use for my Jewel Cases. Hope they help.

The files are zipped and include an example and a text file telling how to use it. It's not hard.
