The Solution Beyond Government, Politics, and Law

The government is not interested in behavioral actions of a system or organisms in the physical environment or the response of the system or organism to various stimuli or inputs, they are not interested in agriculture, or Earth science, they know nothing about the factors that operate the world system. If they were interested in this, they would see the benefit of restoring the environment to ensure the survival of their children's future and generations of their families to come.

The government is only interested in keeping things the same, this is their only focus, concern, and ability. When government is only focused on keeping themselves in power, they ignore everything else that does not fit that agenda. The monetary system keeps them in power and control. This is all they know how to do, they see it as the only means for their comfortable and secure survival

It is not enough to criticize, point out the shortcomings of society, or advocate that people of high moral character be elected into office; this would do little to advance civilization. What is needed is the intelligent management of the world's resources, and a comprehensive and workable arrangement of environmental and social affairs that are in strict accord with existing resources and the carrying capacity of our planet. Even with the election of men and women of impeccable character into government, without available resources and advanced technology, war, poverty, and corruption will prevail no matter how many new laws are passed or treaties signed. It is not democracy that elevated our standard of living, it is our resources, water, arable land, and new technology. Rhetoric and paper proclamations are irrelevant in the management of human and social affairs.

Most laws are enacted for the benefit of corporations, which have enough money to lobby, bribe, or persuade government officials to make laws that serve their interests. They remain in power and everything stays the same, this is their only interest.

No government in history has ever planned ahead and directed society into the next phase of social evolution. Established orders want to perpetuate themselves. Unfortunately, it may take an economic breakdown and people becoming disillusioned with their leaders before they will seek an alternative social direction Social change was always brought about by economic collapse, corruption in government, abuse of the population, etc. Governments are generally comprised of businessmen, lawyers, and other self-appointed individuals with personal and corporate interest rather than upgrading society as a whole.

Many people believe that government leaders bring about change with a deep concern for the well-being of their citizenry. Nothing could be further from the truth, nor did past shifts in society come about as the results of changes in the schools or the home. All established government systems tend to preserve and uphold their own interests and power-base.

There are many who point out the corrupt government, yet don't have solutions. We as a people are not conditioned to be problem-solvers, so we point but don't have the required tools and education to offer something else in its place. The Venus Project is such a solution.

Very Briefly, The Venus Project is an nonprofit organization that proposes a feasible plan of action for social change; one that works toward a peaceful and sustainable global civilization. It outlines an alternative to strive toward where human rights are not only paper proclamations but also a way of life.

The Venus Project presents a vision not of what the future will be, but what it can be if we apply what we already know in order to achieve a sustainable new world civilization. It calls for a straightforward redesign of our culture in which the age-old problems of war, poverty, hunger, debt, and unnecessary human suffering are viewed not only as avoidable, but as totally unacceptable. Anything less will result in a continuation of the same catalog of problems found in today's world.

The Venus Project presents an alternative vision for a sustainable world civilization unlike any political, economic or social system that has gone before. It envisions a time in the near future when money, politics, self and national-interest have been phased out. Although this vision may seem idealistic, it is based upon years of study and experimental research. It spans the gamut from education, transportation, clean sources of energy to total city systems.

Many people believe what is needed is a higher sense of ethical standards and the enactment of international laws and treaties to assure a sustainable global society. Even if the most ethical people in the world were elected to political office, without sufficient resources we would still have many of the same problems we have today. As long as a few nations control most of the world's resources and profit is the bottom line, the same cycle of events will prevail.

As global challenges and scientific information proliferate, nations and people face common threats that transcend national boundaries. Overpopulation, energy shortages, global warming, environmental pollution, water scarcity, economic catastrophe, the spread of uncontrollable disease, and the technological displacement of people by machines threaten each of us. Although many people are dedicated to alleviating those conditions, our social and environmental problems will remain insurmountable as long as a few powerful nations and financial interests maintain control of and consume most of the world's resources and the monetary system prevails.

If we really wish to put an end to our ongoing international and social problems, we must declare Earth and all of its resources the common heritage of all of the world's people.

Earth is abundant and has plentiful resources. Our practice of rationing resources through monetary control is no longer relevant and is counter-productive to our survival. Today we have highly advanced technologies, but our social and economic system has not kept up with our technological capabilities. We could easily create a world of abundance for all, free of servitude and debt based on the carrying capacity of Earth resources. With the intelligent and humane application of science and technology, the people of the earth can guide and shape the future together while protecting the environment. We don't have enough money to accomplish these ends but we do have more than enough resources. This is why we advocate a Resource Based Economy, in which the planetary resources are held as the common heritage of all the earth's inhabitants. The current practice of rationing resources through monetary methods is irrelevant, counter-productive, and falls far short of meeting humanity's needs.

Simply stated, a resource-based economy utilizes existing resources - rather than money - to provide an equitable method of distribution in the most humane and efficient manner. It is a system in which all goods and services are available to everyone without the use of money, credits, barter, or any other form of debt or servitude.

To better understand a resource-based economy, consider this. If all the money in the world disappeared overnight, as long as topsoil, factories, personnel and other resources were left intact, we could build anything we needed to fulfill most human needs. It is not money that people require, but rather free access to most of their needs without worrying about financial security or having to appeal to a government bureaucracy. In a resource-based economy of abundance, money will become irrelevant.

We have arrived at a time when new innovations in science and technology can easily provide abundance to all of the world's people. It is no longer necessary to perpetuate the conscious withdrawal of efficiency by planned obsolescence, perpetuated by our old and outworn profit system. If we are genuinely concerned about the environment and our fellow human beings, if we really want to end territorial disputes, war, crime, poverty and hunger, we must consciously reconsider the social processes that led us to a world where these factors are common. Like it or not, it is our social processes - political practices, belief systems, profit-based economy, our culture-driven behavioral norms - that lead to and support hunger, war, disease and environmental damage.

The aim of this new social design is to encourage an incentive system no longer directed toward the shallow and self-centered goals of wealth, property, and power. These new incentives would encourage people toward self-fulfillment and creativity, both materially and spiritually.

Yet, we must emphasize that the approach to global governance The Venus Project advocates has nothing whatever in common with the aims of an elite to form a world government with themselves and large corporations in control, with the vast majority of the population subservient to them. The Venus Project vision of globalization empowers each person to be the best they can be, and to not live in subjugation to a corporate governing body.

We seek to create a society where people are free to choose their life's work, develop hidden potential, and pursue dreams without government intervention or financial constraint.

As to the need for government, only during the transition from a monetary based society to a cybernated high-technological resource based economy of common heritage would it be necessary to utilize the services of systems analysts, engineers, computer programmers, etc. They will not dictate the policies or have any more advantage than other people. Their job will be to carry out the restoration of the environment to near natural conditions as possible on land and in the sea. They will also economically layout the most efficient way to manage transportation, agriculture, city planning, and production. This too is always in the process of modification and updating to fit the needs of an ever-changing civilization. There are no final frontiers.

The Venus Project's aim is to surpass the need for the use of money. Police, prisons, banking, advertising, stockbrokers, military, and government would no longer be necessary when goods, services, healthcare, and education are available to all people. The Venus Project would replace politicians with a cybernated society in which all of the physical entities would as quickly as possible be managed and operated by computerized systems. The only region that the computers do not operate or manage is the surveillance of human beings. This would be completely unnecessary and considered socially offensive. A society that uses technology without human concern has no basis of survival. Communism has no blueprint or methodology to carry out their ideals and along with capitalism, fascism, and socialism will ultimately go down in history as failed social experiments. One of Communism's concerns is the condition of labor and the working class. The Venus Project's major concerns are producing products with limited labor and eventually eliminating labor and at the same time giving people all the amenities of a prosperous, high energy society. It is not our aim to produce a society that does nothing but enjoy leisure time. Instead people will be introduced to limitless opportunities to explore, create, participate, and learn.

While communism is a much more humane social system than what we have today, we feel it does differ considerably from the direction we advocate. While Marx offered a bold new direction in his time, it falls far short of what can be accomplished with today's technology applied with human and environmental concern.

The Venus Project offers science and technology in the service of humankind on a global scale and eventually helps to eliminate all the artificial boundaries that separate people. The system uses no money and makes goods and services available without a price tag, debt, barter, or servitude of any kind. If we use our technology intelligently, we can create an abundance of goods and services for the entire planet. We use machines and automation to produce and distribute all manufactured products, which will be available at distribution centers to everyone. The purpose of this high technology is to free people so they can pursue their own interests and fulfillments.

We would surpass the need for human participation in the production of goods and services. There is no taxation or obligation of any kind. We advocate no government by human systems. They have always proved inadequate. Computerized systems and cybernetics would be applied to the social system and must comply with the carrying capacity of our global resources. The machines' main purpose is for the manufacturing and distribution of goods and services while maintaining a clean environment with service to all and profits to none. When people have access to resources, most crimes will disappear. The need for police, military, and prisons will eventually vanish with it. Of course this will coincide with the necessary changes in education.

Again, we must emphasize that this approach to global governance has nothing in common with the present aims of an elite few to form a world government with themselves at the helm, and with the vast majority subservient to them. This newer vision of globalization empowers every person on the planet to be all they can be, without living in abject subjugation to a corporate governing body.

A society with human concern "designs out" laws and proclamations by making all things available to all people, regardless of race, color, or creed. When governments make laws, we are led to believe that these laws are made to enhance people's lives. In truth, laws are byproducts of insufficiency.

The question is, "can we grow beyond thinking that "someone" has to make decisions for us?"

A better understanding of natural law involves human's relationship to the environment, which supports all life. All of nature is subservient to natural law. Natural law cannot be violated without serious consequences to individuals or societies. Natural laws dominate all living systems. For example, without water, sun, or nutrients, plants and animals die.

In a resource-based economy, we surpass the need for money which is the basis for most corruption. The society we envision makes all goods and services available for everyone without a price tag. This is what the function of government could be, by surpassing the need for politics in the management of human affairs. At present, governmental decisions have always been subject to the influence of the power elite. The cybernated complex would only manage and improve the distribution of resources, to provide clean air, clean water, and all of the amenities that enhance human life. Again, it does not control people or manage the lives of individuals -- on the contrary, it could encourage the development of individual initiative and creativity far beyond that of our present-day money- oriented culture.

There are many who fear the installations of cybernated systems. This fear is unfounded. It is not technology that is to be feared. Our concern should be with the abuse of this technology, rather than with the inanimate technology itself.

An environment of scarcity, hunger, and poverty is a threat to everyone.

This society we have now is called established, The Venus Project is called emergent (coming into view, existence, or notice) never established. Always undergoing change. The Venus Project is NOT perfect, it's only the start of a better way of life. Therefore it is not a Utopia, Utopia is the concept of a perfection or set system in which nothing grows or unfolds new ways of being since it is reached the ultimate goal. The Venus Project is not the ultimate, it is only a start to a better way of living. If you know of a better solution, we invite your ideas, suggestions, please point out the faults and we can arrive at better decisions. This is the best I can think of given the current knowledge I have, which is always changing and growing.

CNN aired a two-hour production, "We Were Warned: Cyber Shockwave", based upon exclusive television access to a national security cyber “war game” scenario. The 'simulated' event was developed by The Bipartisan Policy Center.

They say the reason for the program was to determine if the government could handle a massive attack on the cyber security. The result was determined to be a failure.

They even discussed how to "legally" bypass the constitution!

This presentation brings about many questions, but the mine one here is: If we couldn't handle a hack of this sort, do you really think they would air it? Of course not, there is an agenda.

Have you noticed the different colors (yellow, blue, red) on the mailboxes?
"Recently I have noticed BOTH a red and blue disc, about the size of a nickel, and placed on the outside of my mailbox. They are relatively newly placed. They can be removed but are stuck really well. They are reasonably thick and would weather well. They are not just paper. They are reflective. I live off the main road, and I drove to town tonight carefully eyeing all the mailboxes along the way. The vast majority had yellow discs, which are reflective, and show up well in the car headlights. As I got into town, I noticed some larger colored discs on the curb at several houses. I would imagine they could be placed on door posts as well, or most any hard surface such as a wall. Go outside at dark with a flashlight and check it out, and see if they are in your area also. We are all on a Red or Blue list somewhere, those on the red list will be woken at 4am and taken to the camps and probably killed.

Red List - These people are the enemies of the NWO. They are the leaders of patriot groups, outspoken ministers, outspoken talk show hosts, community leaders, and even probably NET leaders. These people will be dragged out of their homes at 4:00 am and will be taken to FEMA detention centers and killed. This will take place approximately 2 weeks before martial law is enforced.

Blue List - these are also enemies of the NWO, but are followers of the Red List folks. These people will be rounded up after martial law is in place, and will be taken to the detention centers and 're-educated'. Various mind-control techniques will used on them. Most will not survive this. Mr. Springmeier was not specific on exactly who was on the Blue List, but I would guess that people such as you and I are on that list.

Yellow List - these are citizens who know nothing about the NWO and don't want to know. They are considered to be no threat at all and will be instructed as to how to behave and will most likely do whatever they are told. Unfortunately there are too many of these to be effectively controlled, so many will be killed or starved.

The Government Doesnt Want 9/11 Public Trial

The US government does not want to have public 9/11 trials in a civilian court. Officials are doing their best to bring Khalid Sheik Mohammed to military tribunal. Manny Badillo had an uncle who was murdered by the 9/11 terrorist attack and now works for we are change. Badillo believes that the trial should be public because he says it is the only way to get the evidence out there for the public to see.

The USDA is getting closer to approving Monsanto's genetically engineered alfalfa. One of the biggest impacts of allowing the use of GE alfalfa is contamination of other crops, including organic alfalfa, which is used by most organic dairies. The USDA actually acknowledges the problem of contamination, but claims consumers and others in the organic movement may not care about the contamination. This is absurd, considering one of the main reasons many people seek out organic food is to avoid genetically engineered crops.

We need to let the USDA know that consumers don't want genetically engineered foods, and don't want organic foods to be contaminated. Tell the USDA to reject the approval for Monsanto's GE alfalfa.

New 9/11 photos 'prove WTC exploded from inside'

The images were taken from a police helicopter — the only photographers allowed in the airspace near the skyscrapers on Sept. 11, 2001. They were obtained by ABC after it filed a Freedom of Information Act request last year with the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the federal agency that investigated the collapse. ABC said the NIST gave the network 2,779 pictures on nine CDs.

The network posted 12 photos this week on its Web site, all taken by ex-NYPD Aviation Unit Detective Greg Semendinger, who was first in the air in a search for survivors on the rooftop. He said he and his pilot watched the second plane hit the south tower from the helicopter.

"We didn't find one single person. It was surreal," he told The Associated Press on Wednesday. "There was no sound. No sound whatsoever, but the noise of the radio and the helicopter. I just kept taking pictures."

He took three rolls of film with his Minolta camera, plus 245 digital shots. Semendinger said he gave the digital images to the 9/11 Commission and believes those images were released by the NSIT. In the days after the attack.

The House overwhelmingly passed a bill aimed at building up the United States cyber security army and expertise, amid growing alarm over the countrys vulnerability online. The new law will create a mega-agency to represent the government in negotiations over international standards and orders the White House office of technology to convene a cyber security university-industry task force to guide the direction of future research.

"Rockefeller: Internet is "Number One National Hazard"

According to the great-grandson John D. Rockefeller, nephew of banker David Rockefeller, and former Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Jay Rockefeller the internet represents a serious threat to national security. Rockefeller is not alone in this assessment. His belief that the internet is the "number one national hazard" to national security is shared by the former Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell and Obama's current director Admiral Dennis C. Blair.

"It really almost makes you ask the question would it have been better if we had never invented the internet," Rockefeller mused during the confirmation hearing of Gary Locke (see video), Obama's choice for Commerce Secretary. He then cites a dubious figure of three million cyber "attacks" launched against the Department of Defense every day. "Everybody is attacked, anybody can do it. People say, well it's China and Russia, but there could be some kid in Latvia doing the same thing."
Jay Rockefeller's comments reveal an astounding degree of ignorance - or if not ignorance, outright propaganda. Since the September 11, 2001, attacks the government has cranked up the fear quotient in regard to cyber attacks and so-called cyber terrorism, a virtually non-existent threat except in the minds security experts and politicians. In the years since the attacks, not one real instance of real cyberterrorism has been recorded.
"Cyberattacks on critical components of the national infrastructure are not uncommon, but they have not been conducted by terrorists and have not sought to inflict the kind of damage that would qualify as cyberterrorism," writes Gabriel Weimann, author of Terror on the Internet. "Nuclear weapons and other sensitive military systems, as well as the computer systems of the CIA and FBI, are 'air-gapped,' making them inaccessible to outside hackers. Systems in the private sector tend to be less well protected, but they are far from defenseless, and nightmarish tales of their vulnerability tend to be largely apocryphal."

"Psychological, political, and economic forces have combined to promote the fear of cyberterrorism," Weimann continues. "From a psychological perspective, two of the greatest fears of modern time are combined in the term 'cyberterrorism.' The fear of random, violent victimization blends well with the distrust and outright fear of computer technology."
"The sky is not falling, and cyber-weapons seem to be of limited value in attacking national power or intimidating citizens," notes James Lewis of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Such a threat is overblown, Lewis explains. He notes that "a brief review suggests that while many computer networks remain very vulnerable to attack, few critical infrastructures are equally vulnerable." In other words, Rockefeller's example of a kid in Latvia with a laptop posing a serious "hazard" to national security is little more than sensationalistic propaganda.
So-called cyber terrorists are far less of a threat than government. China and Australia have recently imposed draconian censorship on internet freedom. Brazil, Denmark, Canada, Finland, Ireland , Italy, Israel, the United Kingdom, the United States, and many other countries also impose nominal censorship on internet freedom. Urgent calls to restrict the medium in various ways through legislation and government action have increased over the last few years (for more detail, see Internet Censorship: A Comparative Study).
However, the real threat to internet freedom is currently posed by IT and ISP corporations, not the government.

As Alex Jones explained last June, large corporate ISPs are now in the process of imposing bandwidth caps and routing traffic over their networks and blocking certain targeted websites. For instance, in 2005 AOL Time-Warner was caught blocking access to all of Jones' flagship websites across the entire United States. Other instances of outright censorship include the UK ISP Tiscali blocking subscribers from reaching material on the 7/7 London bombings and Google's continued and habitual censorship of 9/11 material and Alex Jones' films on the ever-popular YouTube. There are many other instances as well."

"TV news reports have been deliberately misleading viewers by blurring out faces and genitals of people in images produced by the scanners. Step up to the microphone and say: "I claim common law jurisdiction." (you will be ignored)
After stating the charges, the judge will ask: "How do you plead?" and you reply "I don't consent and I waive the benefits."
When you enter a plea, you enter into a contract. By entering into a plead, you are confirming that you understand how the jurisdiction works and you are giving them authority over you.
Not consent, you are not giving them the right to make any legal determinations against you. You don't consent to the claims against you, and you don't consent to a contract.
The case will have to be dismissed.

How to use your Sovereign Rights in Court and Win! Part One of Two

Part Two

This will work with any ticket whenever it is State VS Person (the state being the complaintive).
Never waive your rights and pay a ticket. You are only contracting with them and allowing them to write up a ticket on paper in trade for your money.
Never get an attorney/lawyer, you will be waiving your rights and contracting into an agreement that you are incompetent to handle your own affairs.
You always have four options when entering into a plea: guilty, not guilty, public defender/attorney/lawyer, or an continuance. Every plea is entering into a contract, every contract is giving up your rights.
When your name is called, step up to the microphone and say "I do not plead to courts of contracts." (You may have to repeat the statement again if they say you can only enter one of the four pleas mentioned)
You NEVER HAVE TO PLEAD IN ANY COURT (district court or otherwise), no matter what the ticket is and no matter what they tell you. You always have a right to enter a contract with them or not.
The judge might put your file the very last, so that all the others with tickets there don't learn about how to claim their rights. Sometimes you can expect to be in court for at least 3 hours, but you will only be talking with the judge for 5-15 minutes at most.
Never answer the judges questions with a straight yes or no answer. As soon as you answer their questions, you enter into a contract. Ask them questions back or make statement that do not contract.
If "Are you Mr/Mrs John Doe?' Then "Are you addressing me, the flesh and blood speaking to you now?" If "Do you have an attorney?" Then "I am my own attorney and am capable of handling my own affairs." If "Are you willing and prepared to pay any fines or penalties if found guilty? Then "No, I am not willing and I am not prepared to pay anything." (They need your permission to fine you.)
They might have the police officer who gave the ticket enter the witness stand and give his side of the story. After the testimony, they might ask you to respond. Say "I don't plea to courts of contracts".
They might have the deputy of the court stand behind you (just a fear tactic). If he goes to arrest you for any reason, say "You don't have my consent to touch me."

If he hears "MR JOHN DOE" then he replies: "I am not a MR. My name is John Doe and out of respect/politeness to me (and by honoring me) please call me by John from now on, thank you."
You will likely be continuously addressed as MR DOE or MR JOHN DOE. Always clarify: "You keep addressing me as MR DOE. Is it not true that the TITLE of MR is only attributed to fictions?" If "It's out of manners that I call you as such." Then "As I previously stated that I don't like to being called MR. You are dishonoring me and disrespecting me by calling me by such. Please during these proceedings, call me by John."
If "Please state your name for the record." Then "I am the authorized representative for that PERSON with full power of attorney. (if you submitted paper work of affidavits signed by a notary stating that you know the difference between a legal fiction of a PERSON VS flesh/blood human before the court date, which is not necessary but it covers all your bases, then ask if the paper work is clear or if the judge needs more time to look over it)"
If "MR DOE, _________ (fill in the blank)" then "By asserting that I am that legal name on that piece of paper, are you suggesting that I am public property?"
If "Are you ready to proceed MR JOHN DOE?" Then "By calling me a MR, it would appear that you are operating under the assumption that I am a legal PERSON. Are you assuming that I am consenting to these proceedings? Are you assuming that I elected to submit to the jurisdiction?"
If "Are you ready to proceed or not MR DOE?" Then "Do you have a contract where I have confessed to being the subject? Is that what you are trying to do, deceive me into a contract? It is my understanding that you cannot lawfully proceed if I don't consent. And that you cannot lawfully make me consent. For and on the record, is that not correct? Yes or no, for the record."
If "Are you or are you not MR DOE?" Then "I am here as a trustee of a private trust in which MR DOE and the public are beneficiaries. Do anyone have any objections to me appearing as such?"
If "Who are you?" Then "I am who I say I am, sir. Who are you?" If "I am Judge Jane Smith" Then "Is that your given name or is that some legal fiction title?"
If "Are you the person on this piece of paper?" Then "Let me see the paper and I could tell you" *See paper* "No, I am not that person. However, I am the agent for the name of the corporation on that piece of paper. How can I assist the court in that capacity?"
Just keep clarifying in different ways and always ending with a question. If you are unsure as to what to say, ask a question.
One way to solve the problem of the judge always referring to you as MY DEFENDANT, is to take your birth-certificate into court and if the judge is really difficult on you with the MR DEFENDANT business: take your birth-certificate out of your folder and hold it up saying "Just to avoid any confusion, do you mind if I take the DEFENDANT here and place it on the table in front of you so that I know who you are addressing at any point in this conversation?" Be warned you might be thrown out of court for doing that.

Other Suggestions by Antiterrorist:

If "You don't have that right in MY court." Then "Do you have a private court? Then you have no authority to hear this. I have guaranteed rights, I am guaranteed to be heard in this court. Are you telling me I don't have the right to be heard?
In the first part of Part Two he will tell you how to put the judge on his oath and naturalize him/her from practicing law from behind the bench. Basically the judge will only be able to be a referee. However THIS IS NOT NECESSARY unless your feeling frisky and the judge is not being easy on you.
If you are ever held in contempt of court (which means you are being accused of disobeying or disrespectful the contract that gives authority to the court). Example "One more word out of you and I am holding you in contempt of court." Then ask "What type of contempt civil or criminal?" If "Civil" Then say "Civil contempt is depends on a contract. Without a contract, no agreement exists. Where is the contract between you and I, judge? Where is the claim? How am I in contempt of a contract? Produce the contract and I will resolve this matter, immediately. Am I in breach of a contract? Have I fail to preform on a contract?" If "Criminal contempt." Criminal contempt requires an injured party and a claim. So say "Who is making the claim? And where is the injured party? Are you making a claim, judge?" You can also question the venue in regard to criminal contempt. Say "The law provides for two forms for criminal prosecution, one is under common law and one is under admiralty law (also known as military law) jurisdiction. Which one to presume you are going to charge me with?" If judge says "Admiralty" (which highly unlikely) Say "I accept that charge and I agree to pay it right now, pusue into public policy. Who has a piece of paper so I can write my bond?" If "Common law" (which is also highly unlikely) Say "Where is the injured party? Where is the affidavit of probable cause sworn by two first hand witnesses to knowledge of the crime? Do you have any of those things?"
If "I don't have to answer your questions. We are not here to answer your questions." Then "Is there a reason why you don't want to answer questions and rather hold me in contempt for asking them? What are you trying to hide? Is there so criminal activity that needs disclosing? Are you aware that I have a right to question this courts authority or anything else I don't understand? Can you proceed without my understanding?"
If "Stop wasting the courts time, do you understand the charges that you are under here today?" Then "No, I don't understand. Am I obliged to understand those charges? Am I obligated to comprehend them?"

Part Three is good to watch if you have your paper-work in order.

More Suggestions:

Speak slowly and clearly. Take your time. Perceive it as nothing but business.
Always ask questions. If you are unsure, ask a question. If they refuse to answer, their silence will be on the record.
Don't argue them ever. Don't testify anything. If you argue, you are stating that you did something wrong and need to defend yourself. When you testify, you are participating in an appearance, you are confessing yourself as the PERSON. Don't be aggressive or shout.
Don't upset the judge and have them leave the room, you will not get your remedy that way.
Never answer a question with a direct NO. Don't say BUT, or ever EXPLAIN yourself.
Always invite objections, notice the absence of objections and get them on the record.
Look up "Accepted for Value", if the judge gives you an order then give him a bill.

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, is a plan by the United States federal government to test their ability to detain large numbers of American citizens in case of civil unrest or national emergency.

If you google Rex 84 or Operation Garden Plot, you will find some very interesting and disturbing information.

As the Global Research Centre explains:

"We are dangerously close to a situation where ~ if the American people took to the streets in righteous indignation or if there were another 9/11 ~ a mechanism for martial law could be quickly implemented and carried out under REX 84.

The Cheney/Bush administration has a plan which would accommodate the detention of large numbers of American citizens during times of emergency.

The plan is called REX 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984. Through Rex-84 an undisclosed number of concentration camps were set in operation throughout the United States, for internment of dissidents and others potentially harmful to the state.

The Rex 84 Program was originally established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA.

Existence of the Rex 84 plan was first revealed during the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987, and subsequently reported by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987

" These camps are to be operated by FEMA should martial law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached."

And there you have it ~ the real purpose of FEMA is to not only protect the government but to be its principal vehicle for martial law.

This is why FEMA could not respond immediately to the Hurricane Katrina disaster ~ humanitarian efforts were no longer part of its job description under the Department of Homeland Security.

It appears Hurricane Katrina also provided FEMA with an excuse to “dry run” its unconstitutional powers in New Orleans, rounding up “refugees” (now called “evacuees”) and “relocating” them in various camps. “Some evacuees are being treated as ‘internees’ by FEMA,” writes former NSA employee Wayne Madsen.

“Reports continue to come into WMR that evacuees from New Orleans and Acadiana [the traditional twenty-two parish Cajun homeland] who have been scattered across the United States are being treated as ‘internees’ and not dislocated American citizens from a catastrophe"

I recently tried to open a bank account with my local bank , and when they asked for a SSN, I informed them that I didn't have one. They flatly refused and said that without a SSN that they absolutely could NOT open an account of any kind. I then proceeded thus to convince them that they were in the wrong:

1) I informed them that I had terminated my SSN legally in accordance with 20 CFR 3 A7 404.1905

2) I informed them that the bank could not be held legally responsible by anyone for failing to obtain a SSN from me pursuant to 31 CFR 103.34(a)(1)

3) I informed them that under the Internal Revenue Code Section 6041, that they were not even required to provide any taxpayer identification numbers on the Form 1099 that they file with the IRS at the end of the year.

4) I informed them that pursuant to 26 CFR 301.6109-1(c) that they were under no legal obligation to obtain a SSN from me.

5) I informed them that 42 USC 408 makes it a FELONY to use threat, duress, or coercion to try to force a person by fear or deceit to provide his SSN in an unlawful manner.

After a brief meeting with the banks controller and legal counsel, I received a phone call stating that I would be allowed to open a checking account.
