Sotul tau te invita in desert sa petreceti timp impreuna. Ajunsi acolo, este intepat de o albina. Gatul incepe sa i se umfle, face soc anafilactuc, cade jos, in 3 minute isi pierde cunostinta si in 5 minute fara aer ramane cu brain damage ireversibil. Poate sa moara in 10 minute. Tu stii ca este alergic la veninul de albina si ca are o injectie cu adrenalina la el care i- ar salva viata. Sunteti departe de casa, nu stii sa conduci, nu stii drumul iar gps- ul lui este in araba si nu ai semnal la telefon. Dar tie iti este teama de ace. Cu ultimele puteri, scoate injectia si ti- o da in mana. Dar tu ii zici: iesi ma de- aici ca mie mi- e teama de ace, mai bine mori. El apuca sa zica: Ajuta- ma iubito si lesina. Printr- o minune sunteti salvati si ajunge la spital dar ramane cu retard psihic grav, ca un copil de 2 ani si incapabil sa mearga pentru tot restul vietii. Vine maica- sa la spital si te intreaba: - dar de ce nu i- ai facut injectia, ca l- ai fi salvat. -1 cup rice flour&lt;br /&gt;
-1/8 tbs salt&lt;br /&gt;
-1 1/2 tbs baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
-3 tbsp butter&lt;br /&gt;
-1 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
-1 cup coconut milk&lt;br /&gt;
-1/4 cup fresh milk&lt;br /&gt;
-3 pieces raw egg&lt;br /&gt;
-1/2 cup grated cheese&lt;br /&gt;
Procedure :&lt;br /&gt;
Preheat oven first.&lt;br /&gt;
-Combine rice flour, backing powder and salt then mix well, set aside&lt;br /&gt;
-Cream butter then gradually put in sugar while whisking.-&lt;br /&gt;
-Add egg then whisk&lt;br /&gt;
-Gradually add the rice flour-baking powder mixture&lt;br /&gt;
-Pour in coconut milk and fresh milk&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
-Pour in a baking pan and bake for 15 mins&lt;/div&gt;
-top with grated cheese and serve.&lt;br /&gt;
I was working a night shift when one of my colleague brought some babingka and I loved it so I decided to try. I asked Girlie for the recipe.&lt;br /&gt;
And because i had coconut milk in the fridge and I brought the rice lour all the way from Austria I finally decide to prepare it in one of my days of.&lt;br /&gt;
I red the list of the ingredients and I realised i have most of them.&lt;br /&gt;
I was a multi tasking, doing e-learning at the same time with my friend who was reading the questions and I was answering.&lt;br /&gt;
The coconut milk in my fridge looked like butter so in my logic way of seeng things I decided I don&#39;t need to put butter so I skipped it.&lt;br /&gt;
I started combining the ingredients and I started with the eggs, I thought 1 cup of sugar should be like 900 calories so I thought I should make it a diet cake so I put some powder sweetener instead.&lt;br /&gt;
I just combined the ingredients in my own way because I didn&#39;t read the procedure part. And it seemed to me the mixture was too fluid so I added an extra half a cup of flour.&lt;br /&gt;
I turned the oven on and poured the mixture into the pan. It was ready after 25 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
So while I continued my e-learning one of my friends had the inspiration the ask me what am I doing.&lt;br /&gt;
So i was proud to say &#39;I am cooking&#39;. I regret it immediately when I found out he was coming over for a visit with a friend. So I warned them: &#39; I don&#39;t guarantee my babingka is going to be a success. He replied :- Don&#39;t worry , we will eat it anyway.&lt;br /&gt;
And they arrive.. Me and my friends decided the cake doesn&#39;t look so bad after all but eventually we added some added some powder sugar on top for aestethic reasons.&lt;br /&gt;
And they arrive and I say : Here&#39;s the cake. One of them had the inspiration not to taste it, But the other one did. So I ask him: You didn&#39;t finish your cake, what happened? You didn&#39;t like it?&lt;br /&gt;
And he answers : - I did but I think it needed a little bit more sugar. And i said : &amp;nbsp;Oh yeah I didnt have &amp;nbsp;enough sugar so I put some sweetener. And he took another bite.&lt;br /&gt;
All goes well, we start watching a film and later on I think: -Oh let me taste the cake and see how it is . And I felt like I have a spoon of flour in my mouth. And I take another bite, just to convince myself how horrible it is. And I started laughing thinking how politely he only said that it only needed a little bit more sugar.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; Of course i also completely forgotten about the cheese. Well a lesson learned. Never served a cake unless you taste it before you give to your guests.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Fursecurile nevinovate sunt dietetice, nu conțin zahăr sau făină și necesită doar trei ingrediente ieftine. Uite cum le faci în 20 de minute.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Se bat albușurile la mixer până se întăresc bine.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Bananele bine pasate se adaugă peste albușuri.&lt;br /&gt;
3. La compoziție se adaugă fulgi de cocos până când se întărește. Acestia se pot da prin râșniță înainte, astfel încât fursecurile să fie mai fine.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Din compoziție se iau cantități mici cu lingura și se pun pe o tavă tapetată cu hârtie de copt. Se lasă la cuptor aproximativ 10 minute (se face testul cu scobitoarea).&lt;/div&gt;

Reţetă anti-balonare&lt;/h2&gt;
Ca să ai un abdomen plat trebuie să elimini balonarea şi constipaţia. Pentru asta ai nevoie în fiecare dimineaţă de un “cocktail” bogat în fibre şi enzime digestive.&lt;br /&gt;
Acesta va conţine: o ceaşcă cuburi de ananas, o jumătate de pară feliată, o linguriţă ghimbir ras, o linguriţă seminţe de in, o ceaşcă de apă. Ingredientele se pun împreună în blender şi se amestecă până se formează un suc mai gros. Este modul ideal de a-ţi începe ziua. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;
Exemple de meniu&lt;/h2&gt;
Folosind alimentele menţionate îţi poţi crea propriul meniu, dar dr. Oz îţi oferă şi câteva idei de la care să porneşti. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Mic dejun&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Amestecă o ceaşcă fulgi de ovăz cu opt nuci, 8 fructe de pădure şi o cantitate suficientă de apă. Poţi adăuga scorţisoară pentru mai mult gust. &lt;br /&gt;2. O omletă din patru albuşuri de ou, 2 ciuperci champignon, o ceapă verde şi 50 grame carne e pui sau curcan tăiată cubuleţe. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Prânz&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
1. 100 grame carne de pui la cuptor condimentată după gust şi un bol de salată.&lt;br /&gt;2. Shaorma învelită într-o frunză de salată: 100 grame carne de curcan tăiată cubuleţe, ceapă, felii de roşie şi castravete, o lingură&amp;nbsp; ulei de măsline. Se amestecă bine toate ingredientele într-un bol, apoi se aşază pe frunza de salată care se rulează. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Cină&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
1. 100 grame carne curcan şi o ceaşcă legume tăiate cubuleţe şi fierte. Se poate adăuga pentru mai mult gust un sos din iaurt cu sare, usturoi sau ceapă, etc.&lt;br /&gt;2. 100-150 grame peşte fiert în apă cu usturoi, felii de lămâie şi condimente plus legume fierte: mazăre, dovlecel, morcovi, etc. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Cuptorul se preîncălzeşte la 180 de grade Celsius.&lt;br /&gt;
Hrişca se pune într-o sită şi se trece printr-un jet de apă rece. Se scurge şi se pune într-un vas adânc, termorezistent. Se adaugă apa, supa şi untul. Se dă la cuptor 15 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Între timp, într-o tigaie încinsă bine se călesc ciupercile şi ardeiul. Când capătă o culoare arămie, se iau de pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;
Hrişca se scoate din cuptor şi se aerează uşor cu o furculiţă. Se adaugă broccoli, ciupercile şi ardeiul, apoi se potriveşte de sare şi piper. Vasul se acoperă cu folie de aluminiu şi se întoarce în cuptor încă 15 minute. Hrişca trebuie să fie gătită &lt;em&gt;al dente&lt;/em&gt;, iar legumele să fie uşor crocante.&lt;br /&gt;
Se serveşte caldă, cu puţin pătrunjel verde.&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru cei care nu pot înlătura carnea din alimentaţie, &lt;strong&gt;reţeta&lt;/strong&gt; poate fi înnobilată. Pentru aceeaşi cantitate de pilaf de hrişcă (&lt;strong&gt;reţeta&lt;/strong&gt; va fi păstrată întocmai şi pentru această variantă) o jumătate de piept de pui la grătar este suficient. Pilaful şi pieptul de pui se împart în patru porţii, se stropesc cu puţin unt topit şi se ornează cu pătrunjel verde. Opţional, la &lt;strong&gt;reţetă&lt;/strong&gt; pot fi adăugate câteva rondele de morcov gătit la abur.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;em&gt;Articol de &lt;strong&gt;Dorin Dancu &lt;/strong&gt;(TMI)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca realizati ca nu aveti curaj sa-l refuzati, fara sa va simtiti vinovat, pe un coleg care abuzeaza de bunavointa voastra, sau daca realizati ca nu faceti fata unui sef agresiv, e timpul sa invatati sa comunicati in mod asertiv.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Conceptul de asertivitate, relativ nou in societatea romaneasca, este &quot;&lt;em&gt;importat&lt;/em&gt;&quot; de la americani si inseamna, in principiu, a spune &quot;nu&quot; fara sa te simti vinovat. Mai nuantat, comunicarea asertiva este cea prin care spui ceea ce ai de spus, in mod ferm, spontan, sincer si direct, pastrandu-ti demnitatea si drepturile si, in acelasi timp, fara sa-l jignesti pe celalalt - deci fara sa-l ataci ca persoana, ci referindu-te strict la comportamentul sau din acel moment. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asertivitatea nu este un comportament natural, cu care ne nastem. In mod natural, ne comportam si comunicam submisiv sau agresiv; asertivitatea este un comportament si un mod de comunicare educat - deci o abilitate care trebuie cunoscuta si apoi exersata. Daca am plasa pe o scala cele doua extreme - submisiv si agresiv - comportamentul asertiv nu se afla, asa cum ne-am astepta, la mijloc. Comportamentul asertiv este mult mai aproape de cel agresiv, dar se diferentiaza de comportamentul agresiv prin faptul ca nu incalca drepturile si libertatile celuilalt. De asemenea, comportamentul asertiv analizeaza comportamentul celuilalt si nu persoana lui. De exemplu, un manager care intra in birou si le spune oamenilor sai: &quot;S&lt;em&gt;unt nemultumit ca nu ati atins tintele pe care vi le-am stabilit. Ce s-a intamplat?&quot;&lt;/em&gt;, se comporta asertiv, iar un manager care spune: &quot;&lt;em&gt;Normal. Pleaca omul o zi si nu mai face nimeni nimic. Idiotilor!&lt;/em&gt;&quot;, are un comportament agresiv. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oamenii al caror comportament natural este submisiv sunt si cei care reusesc cel mai greu sa comunice asertiv, fiindca le este teama tot timpul si nu au curajul sa abordeze un mod de comunicare atat de indepartat (aproape de cealalta extrema a scalei) si de contrar comportamentului lor natural. Daca ei sunt genul de angajati care, atunci cand sunt incarcati cu sarcini suplimentare, spun de fiecare data: &quot;&lt;em&gt;Bine, o fac si pe asta.&lt;/em&gt;&quot; sau &quot;&lt;em&gt;Imi cer scuze ca nu am reusit sa finalizez tot.&lt;/em&gt;&quot;, le va fi foarte greu sa-i spuna sefului: &quot;&lt;em&gt;Uite, raportul acesta trebuia facut de altcineva si mi l-ai dat mie. Eu mi-am indeplinit sarcinile pe care le am conform fisei postului. Este a cincea oara cand imi dai sa fac rapoarte pe care nu ar trebui sa le fac eu. Daca nu face parte din atributiile mele, de ce ma certi tot pe mine?&lt;/em&gt;&quot;. Majoritatea oamenilor sunt agresivi sau submisivi; putini sunt asertivi. Din nefericire, observam uitandu-ne in jurul nostru - in Romania cel putin - ca foarte multi oameni nu reusesc sa comunice asertiv.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mai intai trebuie sa invatam sa comunicam&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Ca sa putem deveni asertivi, trebuie sa trecem printr-un pas obligatoriu: sa invatam sa comunicam. Or, nici abilitatile de comunicare nu sunt usor de dobandit. Daca intrebi oamenii din 100 de companii care este cea mai importanta problema in organizatia lor, raspunsul este, in aproape toate cazurile: comunicarea. Iar problemele de comunicare sunt cauzate de trei mari prejudecati, care exista in aproape toate organizatiile: ca e usor sa comunici; ca pentru a comunica e suficient sa transmiti un mesaj; ca, daca ai transmis mesajul acela &quot;e&lt;em&gt; clar&lt;/em&gt;&quot; ca oamenii vor intelege exact ceea ce ai vrut sa inteleaga. Dar comunicarea inseamna mai mult decat transmiterea unui mesaj; inseamna transmitere, receptie si feedback - aceasta este comunicarea completa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu conteaza ce spunem noi; conteaza ceea ce a inteles receptorul; acesta este lucrul cel mai important in comunicare. Scopul pentru care comunicam nu este sa transmitem un mesaj, ci sa primim un raspuns sau sa obtinem un rezultat: o schimbare de atitudine, de comportament, o modificare a starii actuale etc., iar receptorul se comporta ulterior in functie de ceea ce a inteles, nu in functie de ceea ce i-am spus. Inainte de asertivitate, trebuie sa ne asiguram ca mesajul a fost inteles de celalalt exact asa cum ne asteptam sa fie inteles; dupa aceea vedem daca mai continuam discutia sau nu.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ca sa fii asertiv, trebuie sa-ti sustii drepturile&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;em&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;Trecand la pasul urmator - invatarea comportamentului asertiv - trebuie sa incepeti constientizand faptul ca aveti fata de ceilalti un set de drepturi pe care trebuie sa vi le sustineti. De asemenea, fiindca a fi asertiv nu inseamna sa fii agresiv, trebuie sa constientizati faptul ca si ceilalti, la randul lor, au aceleasi drepturi, de care trebuie sa tineti cont. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru ca drepturile noastre sa fie respectate, trebuie sa ni le construim, in timp, invatandu-i pe ceilalti sa ne trateze asa cum dorim. Una dintre legile relationarii spune ca felul in care esti tratat de ceilalti este o consecinta a felului in care te-ai comportat anterior. De aceea recomand comunicarea asertiva inca din startul unei relatii cu o alta persoana. El arata ca daca seful isi cearta zbierand subordonatul si il face prost sau idiot pentru a suta oara, este vina subordonatului, fiindca l-a lasat, in timp, sa il trateze asa, si nu a comunicat cu el, de la inceput, in mod asertiv. Mesajul asertiv pe care ar fi trebuit sa-l transmita subordonatul ar fi de genul: &quot;&lt;em&gt;Uite, am vazut ca si cu ceilalti colegi ai mei vorbesti asa. Cu mine te rog sa vorbesti altfel. Eu te respect ca persoana; te rog frumos sa ma respecti si tu ca persoana, iar criticile tale sa se refere la activitatea mea de aici, nu la persoana mea. Iti multumesc ca m-ai ascultat&lt;/em&gt;&quot;. Daca subordonatul transmite din start un asemenea mesaj, il va pune pe ganduri pe seful sau, care a doua oara nu va mai zbiera la el iar daca situatia se repeta, solutia va fi ca, de fiecare data, subordonatul sa-i transmita sefului sau acelasi mesaj.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O alta regula a comunicarii asertive este personalizaarea - cel care transmite mesajul isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru ceea ce spune. Dancu arata ca daca, de exemplu, un manager incepator primeste de la seful sau sarcina sa-si evalueze oamenii si nu are curaj, le va spune &quot;&lt;em&gt;Stiti, seful m-a rugat sa va evaluez&lt;/em&gt;.&quot; - dar acest comportament nu este asertiv, ci submisiv. Dancu adauga ca o alta regula de comunicare spune ca mesajul trebuie sa fie exprimat direct si pe loc, altfel exista riscul ca persoana vizata sa nu mai recunoasca, mai tarziu, ca asa s-au intamplat lucrurile. In cazul in care mesajul este un feedback negativ, nu trebuie dat niciodata in prezenta altora - fiindca ii afecteaza celuilalt stima de sine - ci intre patru ochi, in alt birou; de asemenea, mesajul trebuie completat cu o sugestie sau o propunere de comportament.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deprinderea de a comunica asertiv se formeaza in timp si trebuie exersata, dar nu in mod rigid. Daca vrem sa ne evaluam asertivitatea, nu trebuie sa ne intrebam daca am avut acest comportament in orice situatie, ci cat de des am fost asertivi. Ca sa ne testam, trebuie doar sa ne punem cateva intrebari, precum: &quot;&lt;em&gt;Ce fel de climat construiesc in jurul meu? Cum ma trateaza colegii si seful? Ma vad respectat? Parerea mea conteaza? Sunt luat in serios?&lt;/em&gt;&quot;. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chiar daca este dificil sa devii asertiv, beneficiile unui asemenea comportament merita tot efortul. In primul rand, obtinem lucrurile la care avem dreptul, iar in al doilea rand evitam disconfortul si sentimentul de vinovatie pe care-l avem cand spunem &quot;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;nu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&quot;. Un alt beneficiu al comportamentului asertiv este faptul ca ne creste increderea in noi insine si auto-respectul. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;em&gt;In ce situatii si cu cine e preferabil sa nu fii asertiv?&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;em&gt; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cu seful, cand e nervos si impulsiv. Daca stiti ca aveti un sef care, atunci cand este foarte nervos, tuna si fulgera, da afara oameni s.a.m.d., va sfatuiesc sa-l lasati in pace si sa asteptati pana se linisteste. In comunicare este necesar ca ambele parti - si voi si interlocutorul - sa se afle intr-o stare de echilibru emotional, deci nici unul nu trebuie sa fie nici foarte suparat sau nervos, nici exagerat de bucuros. Ganditi-va ca, daca sunteti foarte nervos sau exuberant, nu veti putea fi asertiv, si asteptati pana cand ambele parti sunt intr-un echilibru emotional. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Asertivitatea&lt;/strong&gt; - modalitate optima de comunicare in afaceri, este unul dintre capitolele cursului Communication Skills, sustinut de Dorin Dancu (TMI) in 30 martie. &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modul de preparare a retetei&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;Daca numarul redus de ingrediente ne 
duce cu gandul la o reteta simpla, atunci aceasta reteta nu ne va insela deloc 
asteptarile. Chiftelele de cartofi nu sunt cu nimic mai prejos decat cele cu 
carne, ba chiar e posibil sa fie mai bune. Doritorii le pot prepara chiar si in 
varianta de post, deoarece se poate renunta la telemea si la oua. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spalam cartofii si ii punem la fiert. Ii incercam cu furculita si, atunci cand 
cartofii se inmoaie, ii scoatem din apa si ii lasam la racit. Tinand cont de 
faptul ca la sfarsit vom praji chiftelele de cartofi, nu este neaparat necesar 
sa fierbem foarte bine cartofii. Dupa ce s-au racit, ii curatam de coaja si ii

pentru chiftelele de cartofi va trebui sa tocam ceapa foarte marunt). Amestecam 
bine toate ingredientele, apoi gustam si mai adaugam putin piper si sare (dar 
numai dupa ce gustam si simtim ca mai este nevoie, asta deoarece branza telemea 
este destul de sarata). &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Formam chiftelele de cartofi presand (turtind) intre palme bucatele de marimea

este destul de lipicioasa, deci este recomandat sa avem mainile pudrate cu faina 
in timp ce le modelam. Prajim chiftelele de cartofi formate la foc mediu (daca 
focul este puternic, chiftelele nu se vor praji suficient in interior). Le lasam 
cateva minute pe ambele parti, pana cand incep sa se rumeneasca (ideal ar fi sa 
le prajim in baie de ulei). Dupa ce la scoatem, le asezam pe cateva servetele 
(pentru a absorbi surplusul de ulei). Din ingredientele acestei retete am 
obtinut fix 32 chiftele.&lt;/li&gt;

Conopida este o sursa bogata de minerale, Vit. C si Vit. B9, potasiu, fosfor si calciu si este&amp;nbsp; ideala pentru dietele hipocalorice.&lt;br /&gt;
Nici prazul nu se lasa mai prejos. Este o leguma tonica, diuretica, laxativa. Datorita prezentei fierului, este indicat pentru curele antianemice. Sulful continut de praz combate formarea gazului intestinal care provoaca dureri si tensiuni abdominale.&lt;br /&gt;
Ajuta la intarirea sistemului imunitar, reduce nivelul colesterolului din sange si ajuta la prevenirea cancerului.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;!--post-image--&gt;           Daca ati depasit cu mult greutatea corporala recomandata sau daca nu va simtiti bine in corpul dumneavoastra, atunci puteti incerca Dieta Rina, regimul alimentar care va promite o &lt;strong&gt;slabire sanatoasa si eficienta&lt;/strong&gt;, dar si o &lt;strong&gt;reglare a metabolismului&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Ideala pentru persoanele care au depasit cu aproximativ 20 de kilograme greutatea recomandata, Dieta Rina ne ajuta sa slabim fara sa ne infometam si sa ne echilibram metabolismul. In acest fel dupa cele &lt;strong&gt;90 de zile&lt;/strong&gt;, perioada in care trebuie sa urmam acest regim alimentar disociat, reusim sa &lt;strong&gt;slabim&lt;/strong&gt; intre &lt;strong&gt;15 &lt;/strong&gt;si&lt;strong&gt; 20 &lt;/strong&gt;de&lt;strong&gt; kilograme&lt;/strong&gt; si sa dobandim astfel silueta mult dorita.&lt;br /&gt;
Dieta Rina se urmeaza cu usurinta datorita faptului ca &lt;strong&gt;nu este restrictiva&lt;/strong&gt;, putem manca orice tip de alimente dorim in aceste 90 de zile, fiind astfel &lt;strong&gt;flexibila&lt;/strong&gt;. Trebuie insa sa &lt;strong&gt;nu combinam anumite tipuri de alimente&lt;/strong&gt;, acesta fiind si principiul de baza al dietei, principiu care aminteste de celebrul si apreciatul regim disociat.&lt;br /&gt;
Creata de un medic sportiv de origine americana (Brenda Hrobat si Mojca Poljansek), Dieta Rina a reusit sa devina extrem de apreciata si laudata de catre numeroase persoane din intreaga lume, tocmai datorita faptului ca este eficienta, echilibrata (bogata in fibre si vitamine) si usor de urmat. Pe langa &lt;strong&gt;scaderea in greutate&lt;/strong&gt; persoanele care au urmat Dieta Rina au observat si o &lt;strong&gt;modificare a metabolismului&lt;/strong&gt; (in acest fel efectul de yo-yo nu va exista), dar si o &lt;strong&gt;scadere a tensiunii&lt;/strong&gt; (pentru persoanele care sufera de hipertensiune).&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru a intelege mai bine cum functioneaza Dieta Rina trebuie sa stim ca aceasta se imparte in mai multe &lt;strong&gt;etape de cate 4 zile&lt;/strong&gt; fiecare, astfel in cadrul acestor etape trebuie sa respectam cu strictete un anumit plan alimentar.&lt;br /&gt;
Dieta Rina este &lt;strong&gt;axata pe disociere&lt;/strong&gt; asadar digestia este usurata deoarece stomacul primeste un singur tip de mancare odata, iar astfel procesul de slabire este ajutat. Trebuie doar sa se &lt;strong&gt;respecte ordinea zilelor&lt;/strong&gt;, sa incepem cu ziua proteinelor, sa continuam cu cea a amidonului si carbohidratilor si sa terminam etapa cu cea a fructelor.&lt;br /&gt;
Extrem de importanta este cea de XXIX-a zi (29), cunoscuta sub numele de &lt;strong&gt;ziua de detoxifiere&lt;/strong&gt;. In aceasta zi trebuie sa consumam &lt;strong&gt;doar apa plata&lt;/strong&gt; (nu va ingrijorati deoarece aceasta zi urmeaza dupa ziua in care consumati vitamine si astfel nu se creeaza carente in organism). In perioada celor 90 de zile ale dietei vom urma &lt;strong&gt;3 zile de detoxifiere&lt;/strong&gt;, tot a 29-a zi, iar dupa aceasta zi trebuie sa urmam o noua etapa care incepe cu ziua in care consumam proteine.&lt;br /&gt;
In fiecare zi &lt;strong&gt;Micul dejun&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;va fi acelasi&lt;/strong&gt;, poate fi format din: cateva fructe (2 mere sau pere, piersici, un pumn de fructe marunte) sau un suc natural (fara adaos de zahar). Puteti consuma si cafea sau ceai, neindulcite, insa ideal ar fi sa consumati doar apa pentru detoxifiere.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Fructele&lt;/strong&gt; pot fi consumate si ca si gustari intre mese, in fiecare zi a dietei, insa niciodata cu o ora inainte de masa de pranz.&lt;br /&gt;

Ziua Proteinelor sau Prima Zi a Dietei Rina&lt;/h2&gt;

In aceasta zi &lt;strong&gt;puteti consuma proteine&lt;/strong&gt; (adica carne sau produse lactate),&lt;strong&gt; legume&lt;/strong&gt; si o &lt;strong&gt;felie mica de paine&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Masa de pranz&lt;/strong&gt; poate fi formata din orice tip de carne (pui, curcan, vita, porc, iepure, etc.), aceasta trebuie sa fie fiarta sau facuta pe gratar. In cazul in care nu doriti sa consumati carne, puteti sa o inlocuiti cu:&lt;br /&gt; - 3 oua (fierte sau prajite);&lt;br /&gt; - branzeturi, iaurt (maxim 200 grame) sau cascaval si o felie de paine integrala (puteti exclude painea daca doriti);&lt;br /&gt; - peste sau fructe de mare.&lt;br /&gt;
Aceste alimente pot fi consumate alaturi de o salata, daca doriti, in orice cantitate, iar un pahar cu suc proaspat de rosii este recomandat. Daca simtiti ca inca va este foame puteti consuma si un bol cu supa simpla.&lt;br /&gt;
La &lt;strong&gt;masa de seara&lt;/strong&gt;, adica la cina, puteti consuma &lt;strong&gt;aceleasi tipuri de alimente&lt;/strong&gt; ca si la pranz, insa in &lt;strong&gt;cantitati mai mici&lt;/strong&gt;, dar acum excludeti supa si painea!&lt;br /&gt;
Aveti insa grija sa evitati legumele care contin amidon, cum ar fi cartofii!&lt;br /&gt;

Alimente recomandate: orice tip de legume si verdeturi (cartofi, mazare, fasole, linte, naut, soia), neaparat gatite fara ulei (puteti insa sa le combinati cu diverse sosuri naturale).&lt;br /&gt;
Puteti consuma si orez, arpacas, hrisca sau alte tipuri de cereale, dar si supa de zarzavat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Masa de pranz&lt;/strong&gt; trebuie sa fie compusa, pe langa aceste alimente, si dintr-o &lt;strong&gt;felie de paine integrala&lt;/strong&gt;, iar la cina puteti consuma aceleasi alimente insa in cantitati mai mici.&lt;br /&gt;
Atunci cand gatiti legumele puteti folosi, daca doriti, si condimente, sare, suc de rosii sau ketchup.&lt;br /&gt;

Ziua Carbohidratilor sau Ziua a Treia a Dietei Rina&lt;/h2&gt;

Dulciurile in general, dar in mod special ciocolata neagra, ajuta la imbunatatirea functionarii inimii, iar un consum in cantitati mici de ciocolata neagra ajuta chiar si la scaderea colesterolului.&lt;br /&gt;
In aceasta zi la &lt;strong&gt;masa de pranz&lt;/strong&gt; puteti consuma produse din faina (cum ar fi: pizza, paste fierte cu diverse condimente sau sosuri: ketchup, bulion, rosii sau sosuri pentru pizza), dar si cereale sau legume, iar la &lt;strong&gt;cina&lt;/strong&gt; puteti consuma: o felie mica de tort, o prajitura sau 2-3 bucati de cozonac. Daca nu va plac aceste optiuni puteti consuma 3 cupe de inghetata si o bucata de ciocolata neagra (aceasta este obligatorie).&lt;br /&gt;

Ziua Vitaminelor sau Ziua a Patra a Dietei Rina&lt;/h2&gt;

In aceasta zi a dietei puteti consuma in orice cantitate &lt;strong&gt;fructe&lt;/strong&gt; (de orice tip, proaspete sau uscate), &lt;strong&gt;nuci si seminte&lt;/strong&gt;, pe care daca doriti le puteti combina cu &lt;strong&gt;legume&lt;/strong&gt; (ideale sunt cele proaspete). Puteti opta si pentru sucuri naturale de fructe sau legume, sau pentru nuci si seminte in portii de cate 25 grame.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Bine de stiut!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Daca suferiti de diferite afectiuni ale stomacului sau de diabet nu trebuie sa urmati Dieta Rina!&lt;br /&gt; - Fiecare aliment care este recomandat in timpul acestei diete are un rol important in buna functionare a organismului (si pentru propria sanatate), din acest motiv nu omiteti alimentele recomandate!&lt;br /&gt; - Consumul de ceai si de cafea este permis, in orice cantitate, trebuie insa sa nu folositi zahar sau alti indulcitori!&lt;br /&gt; - In zilele in care consumati proteine pastrati un interval de circa 4 ore intre pranz si cina, in zilele in care consumati amidonuri si carbohidrati un interval de minim 3 ore intre pranz si cina, iar in zilele in care consumati vitamine puteti manca din 2 in 2 ore.&lt;br /&gt; - Dupa ce finalizati dieta puteti trece la o alimentatie normala, insa timp de inca 90 de zile micul dejun trebuie sa fie compus doar din fructe (in aceasta perioada puteti sa mai slabiti inca 3 kilograme si astfel veti realiza ca metabolismul vostru s-a schimbat!&lt;br /&gt;

Faina am cernut-o de doua ori. Stafidele le-am pus in apa calduta cu esenta de rom. Intr-un bol am sfaramat drojdia, am amestecat-o cu zaharul, 4 linguri de lapte caldut si 2 linguri faina, si am lasat sa creasca vreo 15 minute. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am pus la incalzit pe foc restul de lapte, zaharul, sarea, coaja de la portocala (din lipsa de lamaie) si esenta de vanilie, si am lasat pana s-a topit zaharul. Am lasat la racit, cat sa devina caldut. Peste faina am pus laptele caldut, galbenusurile, drojdia crescuta si smantana, si am framantat un aluat bine legat. In cazul meu am mai adaugat cca 50-70 g faina. Treptat am incorporat uleiul si untul topit, framantand aluatul pana a devenit elastic. La final am presarat un praf de faina, am acoperit vasul cu &lt;strong&gt;folie alimentara&lt;/strong&gt; si un prosop curat, si am pus vasul la crescut pentru cca 1 ora, intr-un loc caldut, ferit de curent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp am pregatit umplutura: am mixat albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare. Cand albusurile sunt batute, am pus cateva picaturi de zeama la portocala si zaharul, continuand mixarea pana la topirea zaharului. Ingrediente:&lt;/h2&gt;
un kg roşii bine coapte, &amp;nbsp;un castravete, &amp;nbsp;un ardei gras roşu, &amp;nbsp;o ceapă. 200 g miez de pâine. &amp;nbsp;250 ml supă din concentrat de vită, 3 căţei usturoi, &amp;nbsp;2 linguri oţet, &amp;nbsp;100 ml ulei, &amp;nbsp;un vârf de cuţit boia, &amp;nbsp;sare, &amp;nbsp;piper &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;
Mod de preparare:&lt;/h2&gt;
1. Se opresc 2 roşii, jumatate de castravete si jumătate de ardei gras pentru servit. Restul roşiilor se cufundă în apa clocotită, se curaţă de coajă şi de seminţe şi se taie. &lt;br /&gt;
2. Se taie felii castravetele şi fâşii ardeiul, iar ceapa si usturoiul se taie marunt. &lt;br /&gt;
3. Într-un vas se pun rosiile, ardeiul, castravetele, ceapa si usturoiul se stropesc cu ulei, se presara cu boia, sare si piper si se lasa la macerat pentru doua ore. Apoi, pentru servit, legumele macerate si pâinea înmuiata în supa concentrata, amestecata cu oţet, se mixeaza. &lt;br /&gt;
4. Se aduce supa rece la masa cu roşii, castraveţi si ardei tăiate cuburi mici.&lt;br /&gt;
