While the leaders, throughout the inauguration ceremony remained speechless for the great “&lt;em&gt;gift&lt;/em&gt;” given to Africa by Chinese people and government, the Chinese were saying Africa is welcome and the &lt;em&gt;“donation”&lt;/em&gt; is their pleasure.
