February 10, 2012 (GSN, Addis Ababa) - When the new Chinese-built African Union Headquarters was inaugurated in Addis Ababa last week, the leaders of Africa and Chinese representatives seemed to have a different term choices referring to the building. While the leaders, throughout the inauguration ceremony remained speechless for the great “gift” given to Africa by Chinese people and government, the Chinese were saying Africa is welcome and the “donation” is their pleasure.
