I’ve been sick for the past few days, and now here I am, back to my dreaded home away from home. Yeah, I’m confined again at the hospital, again. It’s my second day already, and whether the doctor allows it or not, I’ll be going out this afternoon and just rest at home. I already signed that waiver thing. I’m so bored here, I don’t like hospital smell. I don’t like people going in and out of my room and checking on me every now and then. Even when you are sleeping, they just sneak in and then start pumping in those meds into my system making my arm feel really numb. Then you start feeling whoozy and doze off. I hate waking up in pain — only to be put back to sleep that way.
Oz was supposed to stay with me right now, but he couldn’t stay that long because had to attend a meeting for the community service project that his organization is planning. I guess I already blogged about it before. He’s doing this volunteer work at a drug treatment center. He’s been doing that for quite sometime now, about 4 years, I guess. Anyway, my younger brother Jay will be back any moment. I asked him to settle the bills so we can get out of here before the day ends. I don’t really like staying here. I just wanna go home now, and lie down comfortably on my own bed, in my own room. I know, I’ll be just fine, and besides staying here costs a lot, I’d rather spend the money to buy medicines, or spend a day in a nice beach resort or hotel, than pay for this expensive room.

I gotta get out of here…..

From day one I’ve always been patronizing credit cards, not because I’m encouraging people to borrow money, overspend, or anything like that. I guess I’m the kind of person who sees the benefits of having one, most especially with the kind of lifestyle I have. It’s always good to pay things in cash, but isn’t it great to buy something at 0% interest rate, meaning, good as cash, yet you don’t have to pay outright cash right then and there? And while doing so, you slowly but surely build a good credit history, giving you a greater chance to get approved in your future home mortgages, car loans, or simply getting a card with a higher spending limit. In short, a level up on your spending power. And the secret key? Actually, there’s none! It’s all about paying what you owe On time, and if you can pay everything in full, days before your due, that’d be really awesome!

I used to work for one of the three major credit bureaus, and people call in to inquire about their credit reports. Some say, “I don’t have any bad credit — credit card, loans or debts, but this specific company did not approve my loan, why is that so? They said that it has something to do with my credit score.” You see, having no credits or loans in the past would not necessarily mean a higher credit score. Although, your credit score is not based entirely on your credit history, it’s your credit history that shows how much of a good payer you are. So, if you have no record whatsoever, some companies are not likely to approve your loan applications, unless otherwise you have quite a number of significant assets that would prove that you are capable of paying them off.

That’s why I’m saying, even something as simple as having a credit card does help in establishing a good credit credibility and history. But, if you misuse it, I guess you would also suffer the consequences. So, it’s just simply finding the right credit card that suits you, and being responsible. With great power comes great responsibility, it makes no difference with the spending power you could acquire from having credit card. Just because you have a high credit limit, it does not necessarily mean you have to use it up. You just need to be mindful that you are “borrowing” the money that you are spending, and later you need to pay it. So, stick on the budget. The card is also one of the best weapons you could use during emergencies and you run out of cash. So, when it’s not necessary, don’t spend! As simple as that. It’s just like saving up and being equipped for the rainy days.

I’ve been trying to find a great credit card resource for quite sometime now. Why? Well, aside from personal reasons, I also wanted to be able to share it to my friends and other people whom I’ve been telling what best credit cards should be. And now, the search is finally over, because I found just what exactly I was looking for. The site is called ezpreapproval.com. They’ve got a wide range of information when it comes to only the Best Credit Cards there is, and everything that you need to know about them. What I like most about this site, is they do not simply showcase great credit card offers, but they also provide materials for educating consumers on how to become responsible credit card holders. To give you the best view of the site, click on this Site Map link, to check out their Top credit deals. This is a site worth checking out, take it from me!

I hope I was able to somehow shed a little light with this post. ‘Til next time guys! Ciao!

I’m at home and shopping? Yes! I don’t really go out that much. One of the things I love to do is finding great deals online, because I get to save a lot from the purchases I make. I can shop without having to leave the comfort of my home. From simple gift items, to my personal picks. Some people are scared to make online purchases because they think that they might just get disappointed with the products. But for me, you just need to find a trusted seller who provides great goods at amazingly great prices. Most merchants have their websites set-up already, who knows even the local stores across the street already have one. They just basically make it easier for people to place orders without having to call or be physically present. Online shopping is fun too, what I like about it, is you get to think if you want to buy the item or not, and you get to see the specifications as well. So, you’re not likely to impulsively buy something just because you think it looks nice, or you got impressed by some demo. And another thing is that, merchants love giving huge discounts and slash offs from their original selling price. But, in order for you to be able to shop online, you need to have a paypal account or the same service, and of course a debit or credit card. If you don’t have one, I guess it’s about time you sign up for one as well as apply for a credit card. There are a lot of online credit cards resources online where you can apply securely and also provide the best credit card deals that would suit your budget and lifestyle. Try, yourcreditnetwork.com. So, what are you waiting for? Grab that card and let’s start shopping online!

Riding in cars with boys.

No, I’m not talking about Drew Barrymore’s movie here, it’s just all about having fun riding with my hommies and friends. It used to be one of our past time, riding to the beach, out of town, or anywhere we please. Although I’m a huge motorcycle fan, I still love driving and racing cars. I experienced drag racing back in my college days. One of my favorite cars is OZ’s vette. It’s such a beauty that I couldn’t take my eyes off it and my hand on its driving wheel every time I get a chance.

Apart from the family car, it’s different when it’s your own. It gives you this sense of ownership and you get to do whatever you want with it. Enhance and customize the parts and design. It’s really fun! Almost everyone, most especially guys have this dream of having their own cars. Some are even into racing, some collecting them, but consisting the bigger population are those who simply want to own one for basic transportation needs. But, it’s not all about knowing basic driving and owning a car. You need to learn how to take care and maintain it, to keep it functioning well. Why? It’s quite simple, to keep you and whoever is riding with you, safe at all times. You also need to consider getting it insured. A car is an investment, and you must protect that investment, otherwise — your property is good as thrash. A car without an insurance is a liability.

Lastly, if you plan to get one but feel that you might not be qualified for a car loan due to some bad credit issues, don’t give up just yet. There are great and considerable bad credit car loan offers out there, it’s all about getting the best auto loan, and finding the right one that suits you best. Don’t let anything hinder you from getting that dream car. Remember, If there’s a “wheel”, there’s a way!

I’ve always had a hard time when it comes to moving forward and moving on. I’m not quite sure if I’m ready, Well, there’s no such thing as a “sure thing” in this life anyways.. I guess I must try to do so, and give my best shot, otherwise I might get stuck forever. According to Mary Manin Morrissey;

“Even though you may want to move forward in your life, you may have one foot on the brakes. In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. Refuse to entertain your old pain. The energy it takes to hang onto the past is holding you back from a new life.”

I guess that’s what I’ve been doing the whole time. I’ve been wanting to get further and take things to a whole new level and move forward, but so much is holding me back from doing so. From this day onward, I’ll try to change my way of thinking and my perspective toward things and life. Like what I’ve said in my previous post, I’m now learning the art of staying and thinking positive. I know I can move on, I just need to take one step at a time.

People always look at things from the worse side instead of just counting the blessings they receive everyday. When asked how they are, people always tend to give that “I’m alright” answer with a very sarcastic facial expression. Well, let’s all face it, life isn’t meant to be easy, otherwise it would no longer be challenging and everything is so predictable. Nothing would be exciting anymore. I’m not expert when it comes to solving life’s problems, but my only shield and armor from completely breaking down is by trying to stay as positive as possible. Having a positive outlook in life does not only help us as an individual but it also affects those people around us. sometimes we are not aware that they are on the verge of just giving up, but then seeing us pressing on with life gives them a sense of renewed strength to continue fighting. I’ve realized this when someone approached me and told me how much of a help I have become even without me knowing it. It made me feel so warm inside. I never thought I could make such a difference in someone’s life. To tell you honestly, I used to be the most pessimistic person I know. Being positive is something new for me and it works for almost everything. It’s amazing how positive thinking has this effect on the smallest details in this life. From getting back all those warm smiles and being treated nicely in return, to doing better in the financial side of life. Like thinking I would able to save for the rainy days, getting the best mortgage rate for the new property I’m planning to invest on, or getting new offers. It’s as if how we live our life is simply a manifestation of how we feel and think! So think positive for great results, and enjoy life!

If you already have your own blog, 0r are thinking 0f setting 0ne up, y0u’ve und0ubtedly read 0ne 0r m0re 0f the beginner’s guides to blogging that frequent the Internet. Blog 0ften and pr0vide unique, fresh, entertaining, accurate, and relevant information. That’s the c0ntent 0f virtually all 0f th0se articles, but this inf0rmation is 0nly g0ing t0 get y0u s0 far.

The information they provide will help y0u drive traffic to your blog, as l0ng as y0u stick at it, and s0me 0f the m0re in depth articles may even give y0u a basic sh0ve in the right g0ld paved direction. H0wever, there will c0me a time when y0u’re ready t0 take your blog to the next level.

Wordpress: Essential For A Successful Blog

First 0ff, I feel this has t0 be said - if y0u’re not using Wordpress then it’s highly likely that y0u’re missing out. Wordpress has the biggest collection of plugins, themes, and 0ther features of any blogging platform and, 0f c0urse, it’s free. Rather than spend money 0n using an0ther blogging platform, save your dollars t0 pay f0r a custom design 0r get help with marketing.

What Plugins Do For You

Plugins represent the greatest time saving additi0n t0 y0ur blog, as well as the greatest opportunity t0 add increased features and functi0ns that will help y0u take your blog to the next level.

A List Of “must have” Top Notch Plugins:

Google Sitemaps - The Google Sitemaps plugin automatically creates an XML sitemap, which can be submitted to many of the major search engines. It will also automatically inform them (ping) when you add any new p0sts 0r pages t0 y0ur blog.

Firestats - There are several in-depth stat packages available as plugins but our personal favorite is the Firestats package. It is crucial that you track and act on the stats for your website. Knowing how your readers found your site can help you with promotion and improve your profit levels by giving you a clearer picture of exactly what your visitors are looking for. It’s also good to know the topics that are working out and those that aren’t.

Social Bookmarking - The social bookmarking plugin adds the links to the bottom of your posts that lets readers quickly and conveniently bookmark a post with their preferred social bookmarking site. Some of these sites can help you generate traffic and even improve your search ranking.

All In One SEO - The All In One SEO plugin enables you to add a title, description, and keywords to each of your posts. These can help improve search engine results and make your posts appear cleaner in the search results. It can also be used to ensure that visitors are highly targeted.

Related Entries - It’s important to get traffic flowing around your posts because the more of your site a person views, the more likely they will be to click affiliate links or Adsense links. If your blog is entirely related to your business, they will be more likely to buy your products or pay for your services.

Adsense Deluxe - Don’t let the name fool you. Adsense Deluxe provides a fast and efficient method of adding Adsense code to any post or page, with just a single tag, but it also does the same for Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN) ads.

Comment Subscription - The big benefit of a blog is that you can often persuade interested visitors to keep returning to your corner of the net. The comment subscription plug in further enables them to sign up and be notified of any responses to comments they have added.

People are starting to worry and some are even doing panic buying because of the current situation that the world is facing. With the ongoing price inflation of almost all goods, shortages in food supply, the unpredictable dropping and rising of stocks, etc. Well, we can’t really blame them. Although, it’s not good because some opt to hording supplies that results to even worsen the shortage of supply in the market, and it’s also pushing price inflation further. There are also merchants who are taking advantage o the situation. They don’t sell their goods, some say they’ve run out of stocks, when in fact they still have. They tell people to just come back when they already have it, and they start selling those old stocks that they’ve purchased at very low prices on a much higher price tag. It’s such a disturbing scene that we are all facing, most especially because salary increase is far from happening, and if it does, it’s still not enough to cope. What’s happening to people who belong to the below average families, is they’re literally earning simply to be able to buy food and are not able to buy other necessities. Average families get to buy food and their necessities, and since most of the people who belong to this group have jobs, they get the chance to avail of payday cash loans to buy their needs in advance without having to wait for their salaries. Therefore they are somehow able to save some money from buying those goods at a much higher price, and it’s the same situation only much better for those who belong to the above average group.

I just pray that things will get better for everyone. If people will help each other, and nobody will stay on the selfish side during the period of crisis, I guess giving and unity is enough to survive all life’s blows.

I love you even if it’s not right. Even if ours is a love– forbidden. You mean everything to me but we can’t be.

Looks like summer has gone so fast and now rainy season is here. It’s the best time to stay indoors, enjoy great food while watching movies, cuddle and snuggle with your love ones under the comforter. It’s also the time when we don’t shed as much sweat as we do during the hot summer season that’s why people often gain weight during the rainy days. Since people don’t get to go out and do much exercise, those who are likely to gain those unwanted pounds find help from diet aids and supplements just like Phentermine. Although, there are also more ways to sweat up, like working out at home and doing simple exercise. Another way to remain healthy and maintain your desired weight is to eat healthy food, more organic and less junkies.

Do you own a plasma TV? Nice eh? With the price tag, I guess it just deserve to be well taken cared of. Aside from a source of fun and entertainment, it’s also an investment. Karl bought one months ago. I think I made a post about that months ago on my other blog. It almost got broken because of the typical constructed stand that they placed it on. It was funny, but it was really scary at the same time, just thinking of the price. Everyone felt much better when he bought a plasma tv mount, at least it’s safe where it is now.

That same event reminded me of the time, when Karl and I accidentally broke the really huge antique vase. My dad got so upset. It was worth a lot and neither of us could afford to pay it. We were just kids then. Until now, when dad sees the vase, he can’t help but give us that “you owe me” look.

I guess it’s all a matter of placing things on their right spots, so they won’t get broken. Because accidents can happen anytime.

Here’s another higher awareness life lesson that I’d like to share. It’s all about giving no judgment for anything that happens, good or bad. Things do happen for a reason.

Everythin in life h0lds b0th a blessing and a curse. We deny this when we label the events 0f 0ur lives as either good 0r bad. The f0ll0wing 0ld Zen st0ry illustrates this lesson m0st effectively.

A farmer had a h0rse but 0ne day, the horse ran away and s0 the farmer and his s0n had to pl0w their fields themselves. Their neighb0rs said, “0h, what bad luck that y0ur horse ran away!” But the farmer replied, “Bad luck, good luck, who knows?”

The next week, the h0rse returned t0 the farm, bringing a herd of wi|d h0rses with him. “What wonderful luck!” cried the neighb0rs, but the farmer resp0nded, “Good luck, bad luck, wh0 knows?”

Then, the farmer’s s0n was thr0wn as he tried to ride 0ne of the wi|d h0rses, and he br0ke his leg. “Ah, such bad luck,” sympathized the neighb0rs. 0nce again, the farmer resp0nded, “Bad luck, good luck, who knows?”

A sh0rt time later, the ruler 0f the c0untry recruited all y0ung men t0 j0in his army f0r battle. The s0n, with his br0ken leg, was left at h0me. “What good luck that y0ur s0n was n0t f0rced int0 battle!” celebrated the neighb0rs. And the farmer remarked, “Good luck, bad luck, who knows?”

Do you wish that web design is just easy as playing with blocks? Well, you need not wish too hard anymore because there’s a downloadable program written and distributed under a general public license, that you could use to create and design your web templates as easy as building blocks. All you need is basic website creation and design knowledge and everything else will follow. This new program that is written in PHP is said to replace the more complex AJAX based web template design programs. It’s called Template Blocks. you can go ahead and search for it now, or to make it easier just click here: Template Blocks: Main website, I hope you find it as useful as I do. The good thing about it is you don’t need to be super genius or a PRO in web template designing. I’m a novice when it comes to stuff like this, but I find it very user friendly.

Oz and I have long planned to get into the Resto Industry. Well, at first we wanted to franchise some fast food chain, but we’re two people who want real food and healthy food at that. Right now, we’re still doing a feasibility study on that project. Of course, it’s hard to just put up something and then all of a sudden you realize that the business is failing because you are not equipped enough to run the said business. Equip in a way, that you have all the knowledge how to run a resto and most of all, you are aware of every possibility and obstacles that could come your way. Planning ahead and anticipating the possible problems helps one in thinking and creating of possible turn arounds and solutions just in case problems arise along the way.
Aside from knowledge of the business matters and management, another factor would be Restaurant Capital. It would actually cost a lot to put up one and it would take awhile before all your expenses are covered up. We don’t really have that much right now, so we might opt to finding other Restaurant Capital Funding resources. We have other friends who also want to invest, because it’s actually an idea of the whole peer. The original plan was to put up a coffee and pastry shop, but since we’re all pasta fanatics too, we also planned to have a pasta house, until we finally decided that we want a whole resto business up. Now, all we need is enough Restaurant Funding and to finalize the whole plan, and who knows before the year ends, our resto is up and yummy food is overflowing!

Do you want to take up a new course and shift caeers or learn something new that would make you earn your living? Well, if you want a new career and you think it’s way too late to go to school, or you just don’t feel like going to school. There are actually distance learning schools online. You have a wide range of choices because almost all courses are now being offered through distance learning programs to make education available and accessible for everyone even those who are working or staying at home, and most especially for those who live from afar. Of all online courses I’m way interested on courses that are related to real estate investing, and so far one of the best choices who offer the distance learning programs to succeed in that niche is Nouveau Riche. they have various programs to offer to help you learn how to earn. Nouveau Riche University is using the Instructional System Design of education that promotes learning and boosts retention of that knowledge and ideas they have imparted to you. Nouveau Riche chooses that right program that perfectly suits your background and your educational attainment to optimize the learning process, and help you absorb each and every lesson with ease, as if you’re just face to face with your instructors. Their course materials are proven to provide distance learners all the necessary information that would eventually help one succeed and create wealth in the real estate niche. So, if just like me, you’re interested in this kind of learning, go ahead and check it out.

I’m grounded right now. I can’t go anywhere and the doctor said that I need complete bed rest. I guess there’s really no need to be told I’m grounded, because I am most of the time. Three days ago, I just had a short time out with Kuya(big bro) Karl and it rained really hard. It was weird coz the weather was steaming hot when we went out. He just wanted to test ride my new bike. When we were on our way home, the rain suddenly poured really hard that we were dripping when we got home. My mom got really upset, but it was fun. I had fever since that night and until now, and frequent asthma attacks again. My mom is even thinking of taking me to the hospital again, an idea that I completely detest. I hate staying at the hospital.

(Sigh) Talking about having a hard time breathing, this is one of those times. Anyway, I have Mac around to play with while everyone is out. But, I can’t really have him around that much because of my asthma. Although Mac is always trying to find a way to get near me, then he starts doing that “meow, meow” and looks at me in the eye as if saying pick me up. I can’t help but pet him and stroke his head when he starts kneading my leg and rub his cheek against it. I hate having asthma.. (sigh)

I’m feeling a bit woozy now. I haven’t really slept much in the past few weeks. I guess it’s also one of the reasons why my resistance is getting really low and I get sick so easily. I guess I’ll just hit my bed first, close my eyes and try to get some sleep.

No poems for now, I will try to post a new one perhaps in a couple of days. I hope you guys won’t get tired of reading my posts. Thanks!

And to the one I love… The following lines in the Song “If you’re not the one” by daniel beddingfield goes out to you…

I miss you, body and soul so strong that it takes my breath away
And I breathe you into my heart and pray for the strength to stand today
‘Cause I love you, whether it’s wrong or right
And though I can’t be with you tonight
You know my heart is by your side

I don’t wanna run away but I can’t take it, I don’t understand
If I’m not made for you then why does my heart tell me that I am
Is there any way that I can stay in your arms?

I’ve gone to different places and experienced different ways of living. I lived in my own apartment and condominium unit before. I’ve also experienced living with relatives and friends. But, there’s still nothing like the comfort of being in your own house. I don’t know if I’m just being so emotional or whatever, but just the idea of being home makes me feel so secure and comfortable. Maybe, it’s because the idea of home that I’ve grown up with is having your own single detached house, with your own garden and lawn. But, who doesn’t want this kind of set-up right? I guess it’s a common dream that everyone has, to have their own property.

After I graduated, I worked my way hard to save enough to purchase my very own property. Although I don’t have much to construct a house yet, I’ve focused more on purchasing lots. It’s not only fulfilling my dream, but also a future investment. Just like other people who buy their properties from Wilmington real estate, my main goal is to someday be able to have my house built, and live in the comfort of my own home.

I went to the mall yesterday with Jasmine, she asked if I could accompany her to buy stuff that she needs, and so I did. I haven’t really shopped for quite awhile now, but I got myself a couple of tank tops and board shorts. She bought a few pairs of swimming suit and this one cute hot sexy summer lingerie. She actually just got home from a summer trip but I think she just want more of it. I can’t blame her, the white sand beaches here are really nice. Oz came to dine with us and also sleep over at my place. Before hitting our sacks, we talked about going to the beach after the long postponed mass feeding program that we have. I already called up my friends to tell them about the plan, and looks like it’d be one hot summer gathering for us. I can’t wait anymore, I just wanna be at the beach!
