		<description>We had our first TNT training ride through the countryside around Livermore last Saturday.  Luckily the rain stayed away as we pedaled 22 miles.  No flats or crashes!  This was our first time covering that kind of distance, but we both made it without any difficulties.  I credit our work with kettlebells and remembering why...&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;
