Cook on High for 3 minutes. Stir thoroughly. Cook on High for 6 to 8 minutes, or until a small amount of syrup dropped in cold water forms a hard ball. (250 F on candy thermometer. Do not leave thermometer in oven while cooking.) While syrup is cooking, beat egg whites in a large bowl with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. When syrup is ready, pour in a very thin, slow stream into egg whites. Beat constantly with mixer on high. Add vanilla and beat 6 to 8 minutes, or until mixture is stiff and loses its shine. Cook on  medium High for 60 seconds, or until melted. Add sugar, egg, and coffee to butter. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix. Take a piece of cardboard, approximately 11 by 14 inches. Trim, prick crust, and set aside. Reserve second crust. Pare, core, and slice apples (should make about 6 cups). Put apples in large bowl. Add sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well. Pour apple mixture into unbaked shell. Fit remaining crust over apples. Seal and flute edges; cut slits in top crust. Cook on HI for 10 minutes, or until apples are fork tender. While pie is cooking, preheat conventional oven to 450F When apples are tender, bake pie in conventional oven for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Set aside. Place butter in a 1 cup glass measure. Cover with waxed paper and cook on High for 60 seconds, or until butter melts. Pour butter over bread cubes in small bowl. Add vanilla and mix lightly. In a 1 1/2 quart microproof casserole, make alternate layers of rhubarb and bread cube mixture, ending with buttered bread cubes. Cook on simmer Low for 2 minutes, or until butter is melted. Stir and spread evenly in bottom of dish. Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Arrange pineapple slices atop brown sugar and butter mixture. Dot with cherries. Prepare packaged cake mix according to directions, reducing required liquid by one tablespoon. Substitute 1/3 cup pineapple juice for part of liquid. Pour batter carefully into baking dish. Cook on simmer Low for 4 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 turn. Cook on simmer Low for 3 minutes. Rotate dish 1/4 again. Cook on High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Cook on roast Medium High for 60 seconds, or until melted. Add sugar, egg, and coffee to butter. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix. Take a piece of cardboard, approximately 11 by 14 inches. Set aside. Put butter in microproof mixing bowl. Cook on High for 1 minute, or until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell. Cook on simmer or Low for 25 minutes, or until almost set in the center. Cook in micro 2 1/2 minutes on high. Stir. Continue cooking 1 minute on high, or until thick. stir after 30 seconds. Beat small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks or egg beaters, then put into mixture in glass measuring bowl. Cook in micro 30 seconds on High. Line bottoms with waxed paper cut to size. Set aside. In large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In separate large bowl, cream shortening, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Put 1 cup water in 2 cup glass measure. Cook on HI for 2 1/2 minutes, or until water boils. Stir water, buttermilk, and eggs into creamed mixture. Beat well. Add all dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour batter equally into prepared cake pans. Cook, one pan at a time, on low for 8 minutes. Rotate pan one quarter turn. Cook on HI for 1 to 2 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Everybody likes brownies right? Well this one adds a little twist to the mix which makes a great favorite even better.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Apple Fudge Brownies &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup butter&lt;br /&gt;2 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate&lt;br /&gt;1 cup brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup applesauce&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;1 cup all purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon baking soda&lt;br /&gt;1 cup chopped apple&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Set power select on High. In large glass bowl, heat butter and chocolate 1 - 2 minutes or until melted. Stir in sugar, applesauce, eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour, baking powder and soda; stir in apple. Set power select at medium. Heat 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes, cool uncovered, 10 minutes. Set aside. Place butter in a 1 cup glass measure. Cover with waxed paper and cook on High for 60 seconds, or until butter melts. Pour butter over bread cubes in small bowl. Add vanilla and mix lightly. In a 1 1/2 quart microproof casserole, make alternate layers of rhubarb and bread cube mixture, ending with buttered bread cubes. Cook on High for 45 to 60 seconds, or until melted. Add crumbs and sugar; mix. Press mixture into sides and bottom of pie plate. Cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until heated. Rotate dish once during cooking time. Put pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt into a large microproof bowl. Combine and cook on Hi for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until mixture begins to boil. Cool 10 minutes. Remove cover from frozen whipped topping and cook on defrost for 1 minute, or until it begins to thaw. Stir carefully. Fold thawed topping and yogurt into cooled pumpkin mixture. Spoon into crust. Cook, uncovered, on HI for 4 to 5 minutes, or until mixture boils. Stir twice during cooking time. Stir in lemon peel, juice, and beaten egg yolks, then stir in cream cheese. Cook uncovered, on medium low for 1 minute. Beat with electric mixer to blend in cream cheese. Cool. Beat egg whites until frothy and gradually add 1/4 cup sugar until peaks form. Fold into cooled pudding. Cover and cook on High for 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix together oats, sugar, flour and salt. Cut in butter using 2 knives to make a coarse mixture. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over top of cranberry mixture. Cover and cook on High for 5 minutes. Cook, uncovered, on High for 4 minutes, or until apples are done. Thought I would start off with an all time favorite: STICKY BUNS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sticky Buns &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;3 tablespoons butter &lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)&lt;br /&gt;1 can (8 ounce) refrigerated biscuits&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine brown sugar, butter, and 1 tablespoon water in an 8 inch round microproof baking dish. Cook, uncovered, on Medium for 2 minutes; or until butter melts. Stir mixture and spread over bottom of pan. Sprinkle nuts over top. Place biscuits on top of mixture. Bake, uncovered, on Medium for 4 to 5 minutes; or until biscuits are firm and no longer doughy. Let stand about 2 minutes.
