Time for featuring an updated book review. This book still has value based on supporting eco-living initiatives and helping readers who want to keep in touch with nature. I am glad to see it's still readily available, and very relevant, almost two decades on! There's nothing particularly to do with astrology in this book, by the way, nor with tarot cards, but it covers certain areas of interest

It won't be too long until Jupiter changes signs again, this time moving into Cancer in June, away from the air focus of Gemini to a new water focus, putting us more greatly in touch with feelings. Here is where empaths and sensitive souls gain new strength, as you can swim well in the emotional depths. Though don't forget to take a break and rest on a rock in the sun when you need one!Did you

This may be expressed by a particular placement or repeated theme in your birth chart – or you may simply identify with one planetary type more than another. Crystals develop in the earth from minerals that have been around since the world was formed. They are connected with primal, ancient energies and, in their structure and symbolism, have a strong relationship with the four elements of Earth, Wind, Fire and Water. Crystals have always been used for healing and strengthening spiritual abilities and, thanks to the wisdom passed down from the

The Story so Far The discovery of Prince Rogers Nelson’s death the late morning of 21st April 2016 at his Paisley Park home in Chanhassen, Minnesota, shook the world like an emotional earthquake.  Many of us felt the tremors, because the music meant something special to us and, like many fans, I have been following the news around this event.  As an astrologer, I am naturally

The Moon reflects the light of the Sun and hence has associations with mirrors, water and silver, which all have reflective qualities.  Astrology is a vast subject, eternally fascinating, but can lead in so many directions, with such a lot of information that it can seem overwhelming to get to grips with.  There is a whole subject within the subject, though, which is lunar astrology -

What do Edith Piaf, Teri Hatcher and Jane Austen have in common?  They were all born under the sign of Sagittarius!  But do you know which Decan of the sign? Perhaps more vitally, do you know which Decan of your Sun sign (zodiac sign) you were born under? One of my current ventures involves writing a monthly horoscope column for the www.totally4women.com website; however, it is a horoscope column with a difference.  Instead of focussing on the typical forecasts for the 12 signs of the zodiac (which I have been doing in various places for the past 23 years), this time I am writing about the zodiacal decans ("You what?"  - I hear you say!

Today, the seasons are transitioning - and in the UK this is more marked right now than at the Spring Equinox itself, as our clocks have "gone back" and the evenings are visibly lighter for longer.  So I want to talk about a transition number in the tarot.  It is number Six.  Firstly, the previous number, Five, reminds me of being on a see-saw.  It
