We all feel a pang now and again but jealousy needs to be controlled before it controls you. Jealousy makes you think that other people are in the wrong, when most of the time the problem is in your head. We are rarely satisfied with what we have got and sometimes feeling a bit jealous inspires us to work harder towards the things we want. If you’re insanely jealous about everything and everyone, the problem is more complex. A rational example of jealous is when your bessie gets a better performance, better grade than you, like job grade, social grade, monetary grade, physic grade...or better GF/BF.

Why people jealous of us, and why this green eyed among close colleagues and relatives.

The jealousy is being caused by your own securities. You’re lacking confidence in yourself, Your abilities and the people around you. That’s why you’re jealous. The green eyed emotion can be control.

The best way to beat jealousy is to build confidence. Try to be happy and secure in life
