Goop is highly curated selection of items chosen by Gwyneth Paltrow..from high priced vitamins to steamed vaginas to overpriced t-shirts to unrealistic cleansing.

If you are part of the elite crowd and you want to make sure your chatting about the latest over priced fad at the next dinner party then continue your upper echelon life and go for Goop as usual.

For us weirdos or ordinary beings taking vitamin packs like "Why Am I so Effing Tired?" at the cost of $90 for 30 supplements may be a bit much. It's perfect for the wealthy that have the cash to literally burn and hey... its only $1,080 for a whole year!

Popping vitamins without consulting a doctor is a one stop train to stupid town unless you pop drugs like candy...then your safe. Please check with your doctor before doing anything drastic to your system.

Overdose of vitamins is possible although I doubt that will happen with one pack of this brew of herbs, roots and omega 3's. But if your allergic to some of the ingredients...allergy sufferers beware?

Did you know too much vitamin B6 can cause nerve damage if ingested for more than one year.

Goop vitamins were not approved by the FDA but have you looked at FDA recalls lately?

Who is Dr. Alejandro Junger anyway? (The medical expert?)

Junger graduated from Uruguay and then did his fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital for three years...now he shows affiliation with the same hospital. If you try to do a credential search on Dr. Junger you get a ton about his cleanse company and more goop.

I have wanted to shout that from the rooftops for years and dammit I finally did it!

For those of you that were born in 1990's the reference may seem a bit dorky but I love my retro shows.

As I ramble and scramble this post from Girls to Laverne and Shirley.

GIRLS HBO

Laverne and Shirley was a sitcom that aired in the early 1980's; a hybrid comedy/drama about two girls (one from Brooklyn) that were best friends and roommates working in a Milwaukee brewery. The premise of the show was based on these single gals living on their own, working and handling barbs from their annoying male neighbors Lenny and Squiggy. The friendship between the two women is the main theme of the show.

Lena Dunham's millennial sex crazed Seinfeld inspired show GIRLS on HBO is a hybrid comedy/drama. If you added a laugh track to certain scenes it could be a sitcom. The characters don't grow. Each episode is a "coming of age"scenario sans a message at the end. I admit that I watch GIRLS. Although, I feel empty and uncomfortable at the end of each episode (like I ate too much cereal and I feel bad about it but I am still hungry). I get this weird feeling after I watch the final scene usually ending with Lena Dunham's character Hannah sitting, eating or standing alone to gloat or smirk or drift into a narcissistic ponder. At times it's predictable but not so much that it becomes routine.

Sex and the City - Season 1

Honestly, I was more fulfilled watching Sex and the City (like eating grapes, cheese and crackers with a glass of Malbec) because there was a point sometimes. Yes, I overdosed on Manolo Blahniks worn by Carrie Bradshaw or the male obsessions of the four women but I loved the female bonding. I also cared what happened to the characters and I relished in the romance. I digress.

I can't say the same for Girls. I honestly don't care what happens to any of the characters, and it seems there is less of them and more of Hannah each new season. I don't think the writers care if you give a frig about any of the characters in the show. Furthermore, the friendships between the girls is based on a bond that is easily broken and betrayed.

Would you sleep with your best friends boyfriend?

I wouldn't want to be friends with any of these girls nor would I trust any of them. I think we ALL watch because the line between Hannah and Lena Dunham is blurred. Are we watching Lena exercise her demons weakly in a cathartic display of self efficacy? Lena Dunham makes an effort as well as the cast in the interviews to stress there is stark difference between her and Hannah. I'm not sure?

Sex and the City Season 2

Backstabbing narcissistic feminists that only care about themselves? It's everywhere... from reality show bitch fests on Bravo TV to girl fight fests of Love and Hip Hop to egos beyond the stratosphere like #KimKardashian...

Queen of selfies and narcissism and plastic surgery AKA botox AKA fillers. I wonder what she will look like in the next five years?

There is no question #Kimye is beautiful but #WOMEN she is cosmetically beautiful not that she wasn't pretty before all of the augmentation but real beauty is on the inside not the outside because that fades or you eventually look like the JOKER from Batman. I DIGRESS!

It's the accolades and awards for Girls on HBO that justifies the right to bare all just because they can and it catapults it's writer, director and lead star into million dollar book deals, essays, letters, videos..blah blah. She deserves it!

Wow, I could have written a better script in my sleep. It seems Harmony Korine may have watched Natural Born Killers and True Romance too many times (Gary Oldman as the drug Rasta gangsta) ..hmm so familiar yet I digress.

Spring Break is mostly tons of college students zonked out of their minds, a zillion girls to a few hundred guys and don't think of even finding romance. If you must go, travel with girls you will want to see after thee days of vile behavior, lewd acts and random vomiting.

Why do we think it is okay to being ridiculed, cursed, mocked and blasted with media, comedy and mainstream pop?

I watched a stand-up comedy concert by Kevin Hart "Let Me Explain" several nights ago. Hart was telling jokes to a sold out crowd at Madison Square Garden and half the show before the stand up started was an overview of all the shows that were performed to sold out crowds in Canada and Europe.

I admit I was laughing as well, but several days later..I kept recalling the derogatory words Hart used for women and his thoughts on their lack of sanity.

When I was younger I always wondered if the guys I dated kept frozen heads in their fridge! I know shocker but hey it happens to the best people.

That is why I am sharing the AM I WITH A CRIMINAL LIST with you.

Most criminals, bigamists, serial cheaters or shady guys exhibit the same behavior patterns.

BOYS WHO LIE

DATER or WIFE BEWARE! If you answer YES to 3 or more of these questions...CHECK HIM OUT. These questions are based on dating someone for more than 6 months (not casually dating).

MEN THAT LIE

Does he share sad stories of his past but there are no facts to back it up?
If he has a social media page it is not active?
Does he claim to like everything you like?
Does he tell you his occupation but you never met any of his co-workers?
If you need to contact him at work you have to call his cell phone? You don't have access to his direct line at work?
Does he claim to make a lot of money but after several dates he asks you to pay often after and/or ask to borrow money because his money is tied up temporarily?
Is he super attentive in the beginning but as time goes by (6 months or more) he makes excuses to leave or disappear without a real explanation?
Has he claimed that he has no family or lost contact with them?
Have you known him for more than 6 months and you have never met or spoken to anyone from his family?
Does he ask you to marry him within the first 6 months or less of meeting him? Has he mentioned marriage on the first 3 dates?
Does he claim he will be home by a certain time but he is hours late and if you try to call him he doesn't answer and/or restricts communication to text only (occurs more than 3 times)?
Does he claim he is serving in the military but you never go to the base and/or never met any of his friends that serve in the military?
If he was married in the past he states that his wife has died or she moved far away and was never good to him?
If he has kids has he said they are no longer living or he has no contact with them?

ARE YOU HAVING AN AFFAIR

We are all victims at some point in our lives but we should not fall victim to fables and follies. If it is too good to be true check it out or if you have doubts check it out.
