 In previous years, three-point harnesses were used in a lot of common restraint systems, but the NASCAR events that take place typically have the five-point harness so that the drive is secure, snug, and has no chance of flying through the windshield in the case of an auto racing accident.<br />
Window Nets and Roof NetsThe window nets that are used in auto racing automobiles are designed to control the driver of the car during a crash.<br />
 The window nets are just like they sound because they are made from nylon and they are designed literally to be like webs and nets that go over the windows.<br />

 They may like the way the object feels in their hand.<br />
 Children with PDD-NOS usually like a certain texture.<br />
 They will keep switching objects until they find one that makes them feel comfortable.<br />
 The object could be something unusual like a rubber band, or a piece of fabric.<br />
 When they find an object they like it may be hard to take the object from the child.<br />
They can also have an attachment to a smell, or taste.<br />
 If their mother was to change her perfume it could upset the child.<br />
 If their clothes were to be washed in a  new detergent they may not want to wear them.<br />
 Something as simple as using a different type of soap could trigger an uneasy feeling for a child with Persuasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.<br />
Sensory issues are often found in children with PDD-NOS.<br />
 They might not want a parent to hug or cuddle them, but they like to rough house.<br />
  Kids with Persuasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified might like the way a certain food feels in their mouth.<br />
 They will only want to eat this food for each meal.<br />
 This can make getting the proper nutrition difficult.<br />
 Sometimes loud sounds can bother these children, or they ignore them completely.<br />
 This makes the parents question a hearing problem when really it is PDD-NOS.<br />
Unusual behaviors are just one sign of Persuasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified.<br />
 There are many other signs.<br />

 This is what you call knocking your body clock out of synch because when you&#8217;re traveling across different time zones especially at the international level because that can throw you off an entire day if you&#8217;re coming from the west going east from New York to London or Los Angeles to Tokyo or Sydney which can throw you off since you cross the international date line which is one day ahead and behind.<br />
It seems as if women are more affected than men and according to medical reports its because the natural hormone estrogen and it&#8217;s triggered when the body when accustomed to normal daytime and nighttime rhythms therefore you&#8217;re upsetting the body&#8217;s natural state of corresponding with a specific time of day and it can even interrupt eating patterns as well.<br />
<span id="more-3259"></span> It can take up to several days to even a full week to regain some normalcy on the time and place once you&#8217;ve had time to sleep yourself into adjustment mode.<br />
The symptoms of jet lag vary by the individual person and symptoms can include or be a combination of dehydration which can trigger minor disorientation, and loss of appetite, headaches and sinus irritations, fatigue, grogginess, nausea and/or vomiting from an upset stomach, irritability, and mild depression.<br />
 Jet lag is not linked to the length of a flight, but the transmerdian distance traveled.<br />
 For example if you flew from New York and Los Angeles which is approximately 5 hours you will feel some jet lag crossing the Central and Mountain time zones.<br />
 Jet lag can be extremely difficult in places like Alaska and Russia because of the fact that Alaska only sees a short amount of daylight and Russia has 11 different time zones and can really throw someone off if they were flying from Copenhagen to Tokyo.<br />
Usually people that are prone to this are often given sedatives by their doctors to help them sleep through the flight and to wake up without the effects of jet lag when they land in their destination.<br />
Ways to recover quicker from jet lag is proper nutrition, exercise, and sleep because you&#8217;ll be surprised to know that people who don&#8217;t sleep or get enough rest and relaxation will deal with it later when they land and the disorientation sets in.<br />
 Sunlight according to doctors say can help reset your body&#8217;s clock back in synch.<br />
It&#8217;s difficult to pinpoint the severity of jet lag because it affects people differently and usually people who travel on international flights are less likely to deal with jet lag because they&#8217;re used to the constant change.<br />
 And have manage to adapt to those changes since some travel monthly for business and usually it&#8217;s business travelers who deal with jet lag more than those who go for vacations.<br />
Business travelers fly at odd times which can throw someone off because they&#8217;re flying out super early or catching the red eye somewhere to arrive the next day.</p>

  Really, it&#8217;s like wearing a girdle three sizes too small.<br />
  How comfortable do you think you would be in that contraption?  So if you do tighten it too much, chances are the horse will either reach around and bite you, blow or go down on their knees.<br />
  So, a snug girth is the ticket, just about right in the horse&#8217;s book anyhow.<br />
  Just remember to position the saddle properly and you shouldn&#8217;t have girth problems.<br />
 The saddle should rest solidly and be level on the horse&#8217;s back.<br />
 Now, having said that, there are so many variations to horses backs, withers and rump and in saddles themselves, that this is sometimes a challenge.<br />
<span id="more-3258"></span>  Anyhow, assuming you can level the saddle on the horse&#8217;s back, it should now be on/in the rider&#8217;s center of balance - just behind the horse&#8217;s natural balance point at a standstill.<br />
 As the horse moves, engaging the hindquarters, his natural balance point (just behind and slightly above his elbow) moves back and under the rider as the horse rounds his back upward.<br />
 Now horse, saddle and rider should be in balance.<br />
 Put your saddle pad or blanket over the withers and well forward.<br />
 Now place the saddle over the withers and forward.<br />
 Slide the saddle and pad backward until they settle into position, behind the withers and level on the back.<br />
 This might seem like the saddle position is too far back.<br />
 It is not.<br />
 The gullet of the saddle will be somewhat over the withers.<br />
  The saddle will be level and the back of the saddle won&#8217;t be pressing into the loin area.<br />
 The girth will not be immediately behind the elbow, but several inches behind the elbow instead.<br />
  Hmmm, that sure sounds odd if you were taught otherwise doesn&#8217;t it? If the saddle is too far forward, well over the withers, and the girth is directly behind the elbow, the movement of the horse&#8217;s shoulders is restricted.<br />
 Stride and lateral action are adversely affected.<br />
 Properly positioned, the saddle will not need to be tightly cinched, because it will stay in position naturally with only a snug cinching.<br />
 Once the saddle is on board, check the pad or saddle blanket and lift it up into the gullet so that at least two fingers slide easily between the withers and the saddle.<br />
 If you&#8217;ve properly positioned the saddle, you won&#8217;t give your horse grief on his withers or loins.<br />
 You can spot problems from the ground if you just stand back and observe the tacked horse.</p>
