Album: Approach The Infinite

Approach The Infinite is my third album, which explores a genre of music which weaves between instrumental soundtracks, video game music influences, and world beats. Most of the songs go on a journey from start to finish, rarely staying in one place for too long. I hope that with each track a little story is told that can take you along for the ride.

Album: Scottish Watercolor For The Hybrid Mind

This is 2 disc downtempo blend CD, very similar to "People Turning Inward." It's meant for relaxation / meditation background music, tailor-made by me to help soothe my brain of racing thoughts. So if this kind of music "helps" you too, then all the better. As the title of the CD implies, this is a more Celtic-influenced work, based of old Celtic songs, and broad Celtic themes. There is still occasional chanting, like in People Turning Inward, but this work has substantially more direction.Disc 1 is called "The Colossal Orange Micro," and disc 2 is "The Miniature Lime Macro."

I decided that instead of releasing a CD with originals, and remixes, that I'd just do a CD of all remixes, and wait until I have enough originals to release an all original material CD. This CD is a collection of melodic videogame music mixes, transformed from whatever they started out as, into more "my style" with simple breaks, chord progressions and pianos. The ID3's have the info for which song came from what game, if you're curious.

It may seem a little past the point of being useful, as Banco De Gaia has been around for some time. I even listened to some of his tracks in High School, but never really looked into the band proper until recently. His style is world-infused, slow, chill, almost dub music that really hits the spot if you want something on in the background while you work, that still has impact. Check out the best of album 'Songs From The Silk Road' if nothing else. Great stuff.
