So how's your Website or Blog getting into the Valentine's Day Spirit?

First I changed my blog's header to something that shows some of the anime girls I like.
Then I changed the Background color to Pink and changed my Text color and style to something girly.
My Playlist has been changed to my Romantic Playlist and it's color to Pink.
Also I'm writing some special articles over at my blog for the month of February. . ; )

Composition
Zero no Tsukaima – Eiji Usatsuka Illustrations is a 148 pages artbook. It begins with a flyer : on the front side we find Louise in two different outfits, and on the back front we found her dressed warmly with Kirche. The artbook is composed of five categories, called chapters : Louise (30 pages), Characters (41 pages), Monochrome (28 pages), Adventure of Tabitha (17 pages) and Other Illust (4 pages) Then, it is possible to discover japanese pages (I do not know what is written), and a summary showing the artbook content.

Notice
Zero no Tsukaima – Eiji Usatsuka Illustrator is a beautiful artbook, and I say this objectively. Its content is very different, sometimes with illustrations in color and sometimes in black & white. The format change also, and found A4 drawings and small vignettes. We can discover all Zero no Tsukaima characters, while Louise is more present (but that's normal, she is the heroin). The Eiji Usatsuka style is special, then I think that everybody will not like it (for example, Shad prefer the anime design). Personally, I love Zero no Tsukaima universe and especially Louise, that's why, I think that this style does not disturb me, however. I found it original, and I like very much! I'm really happy of my purchase. I recommend this artbook!

Actar’s Acquisitions (February Part 3)

Yay! More loot has finally arrived after the weekend of waiting. This time, we have a big one, in terms of both size and expenses. (^.^)

So, I got:

- 1/8 Scale Nogizaka Haruka from CM Corporation

- Robot Damashii Gernsback Mao Custom

- Robot Damashii Gernsback Kruz Custom (Sniper characters are epic)

It’s Part 3 as Figma Nanoha was Part 1 and Figma Yui was Part 2. Yes, Nanoha’s in the picture as well, just for fun.

Indeed, eye-poppinlgy gorgeous. Get the reference?

Last but not least, something that I’ve always wanted to get and finally managed to save up for, Yamato’s 1/60 Scale YF-21 from Macross Plus! (^o^) For those of you who don’t know, I am a huge Macross fan as well and have seen most Macross productions.

My absolute favorite Valk from the series is the YF-21, an odd choice, I know. While many don’t like the unconventional design, I simply adore the juxtaposition of the sleek Fighter mode against the bulky Battroid mode. (^.^) I will be getting the YF-19 to complement it sooner or later.

Yamato products are indeed spectacular.

- perfect transformation
- unsurpassed details
- great accessories (includes stand, pilot and FAST pack)

The only downside to Yamato products is their price. Paid 21,000 yen or about US 220 for it. (^.^:)

Talking about valks, lookie what I found in my storage room from years back! Some old 1/60 Yamato VF-1s.
Ah, how nostalgic. Remember playing with them when I first watched Macross years back. (^.^)

That big pink head of her really made me fall in love.

Otacool 2 Mascot - Maiko - (final versions)

Here is Maiko, my Otacool 2 Mascot submission. Final versions . .

Maiko is an inquisitive person who loves dressing up in weird costumes. A lover of water and sea-life.
In her free time she explores rock pools or swims with the dolphins.
Otherwise you will find her enjoying a fantasy RPG game or assembling a garage kit.
Here she is posing for the special release of Otacool 2 wearing a custom made aquarium headgear with special retractable samurai mask.
Her other past-time is to wander through the local markets looking for interesting artifacts and enjoying a bowl of hot Ramen soup.

MG Astray blue frame second revise

finally my astray is done.. first time using airbrush on gunpla and this also the my first gunpla that paint by airbrush.. what i done to the kit?.. here the list..

-panel line on the white color parts
-matte top coat on the white color parts
-use all the foil stickers ( the foil sticker for eyes have fixed)
-other parts for blue color are the gaia blue color and Mr.color metallic blue
-decals and markings applied
-painted the hydraulic pump with gundam markers on the tactical arm

so there are three mistakes i made this time..

- i broke the handle for the tactical arms when i try to pose it and it drop..( got it fix by glue)
- some parts of the inner frame drop out from the body and i accidentally step on it and broke it (got it fix back to the body)
-got all the panel line smear on the cap of the head spoil during apply top coat on it (got it fix by recolor it)
