Arrived at 10 o clock, still have a few booths yet to open.

First thing I found here and caught my attention was LP, one store has plenty of vintage LP that stuffed up half of the space. I don't know about vintage LP market online,

I came to Amcorp Mall Flea market with one purpose - to find coca cola collectibles. I found out too many good things for resale at ebay that can actually can make money, but I wasn't agree with the price that they offer. Quite Expensive!!

Miniature Guitar Project Outcome and result

Project mini guitar 2 has come to an end as the March reached the 30th day .

For three month I've been selling the guitar at ebay.com.my and I'm really proud of this project outcome. Buyers gave a good respond about this collectible miniature. One of my buyers has bought around 7 miniature guitar via ebay, he really interested on miniature guitar for collection. Guess his wall is full with this miniature. Thanks Marcusow

I'm unable to offer any customize design on miniature guitar to my buyers because I couldn't make a deal with manufacturer for this moment. May be in a few months, I'll be able to reach an agreement with manufacturer and make my own design.

Project Malay Novel: Selling Novel Melayu on Ebay! Malaysia

Early December, My Wife and I have decided to implement small project; selling Malay Romantik Novel second hand book. At early discussion of drafting the project, we haven't have enough confidence in selling Malay Novels, but when we looked back at mid-year of 2008, we have selling 7 books of Malay Novel within 14 days. We proceed with the decision to run the project.

My wife then called her friend who have collection of Malay novel and she just asked her friend if she wanted to sell off her collection. At the end, she agreed to sell. Project started here.

On June 2008, I have sold 7 books that I have found in my sister's closet. Without asking further permission, I listed all at Ebay! Malaysia and the sales result turned up to be so great. Within 14 days, the books had been sold out. Most of the buyers are from women because they appreciate romantic novel that is full with emotion.

For the first week, my goal is to sell 30% of total book with bidding style, let the buyers control the price.

Within 3 months, I expected to sell all the Malay novels to the respective buyers and hope I will boost my hiccup sales lately.

I cannot disclose the exact amount of the projected profit, but I planned to achieve about 20% of the total sales.

This project will be reviewed and analyzed within one months period.

When dealing with online businesses, I often use bank transfer as the no.1 method for money transaction, especially when dealing domestically.

I'm regular customer of this two well-known banks:

There are few options to do bank transfers as far as I know:

1. Website - the easiest method; Maybank2u.com.my or cimbclicks.com.my
2. ATM Transfer - check your main menu for transfer into 3rd party account and enter enter the account number.
3. Cash Deposit - choose the nearest branches for cash in the money into the deposit machine. Make sure you provide the correct recipient account number. Here I include Maybank branches and Cimb Bank branches

When selling thru this blog, I also accept cheque and money order for business transaction medium

Another alternative is Card Credit payment via paypal.com for money transaction. Usually I will provide the email invoice and there will be a button for payment.

I was reading about Raja-ebay via my google reader and it caught my attention. Many Ebayer have been talked about this guy on how this guy can make RM 80000 per month which is I know it's a lie and testimonial that he received showing that he is real and he is making money (again, it's a fake: call up his friend to put testimonial for him). Why I call it a fake plus scam:

He didn't publish his ebay ID.
He didn't show how many star he collected if he making money over RM80K per month
I caught his name on another website (Muhammad Munzir Yasin)

mesin duit - signatory name at the bottom of the letter.
Gambirasli.com - the bank accounts are stated under his name.
Ringgit-Masyuk - His name appears again, this time he put testimonial on that website.

He is doing scam business, hoping that people will fall into his trap
If he claims he is so good at doing ebay business, he never got highlighted from any media in Malaysia, or another country.
Damn you raja-ebay, where's your selling items? What kind of things that you're selling that you can hit RM80k a month?
His paypal table of account is fake,fake,fake. There's a transfer status, instead of received. His balance is growing up gradually and it's totally exposed a fake balance.
That is your face, Mr Munzir Yasin! You take someone's photo!

What should we do?

After reading raja-ebay website for the third time, I think we should report it to Ebay!Malaysia
Don't ever try to buy the ebook, it will tell you the same tips that offering over the internet for free.
Word of mouth is so powerful, so start telling your friends and families about this scam.

When it comes to shipping and handling matter, I always rely on Pos Malaysia to enhance my way of doing business online. I'm charging accordingly with table of postage rate. There's no such thing like excessive charges on postage on my customer. I remember when I was in my secondary school at Kajang [year 1996 to year 2000], most of the years, I failed to show interest of learning in school. I always got last place or second last place since started Form 1 until Form 4. I was a lazy student with straight Fs, I felt emptiness and I never had an initiative to study hard, or smart. I was thinking somewhere else when my teacher taught me about complex Advance Math (Add Math), my eyes were wide open as if I really understood The History, but I could think about is, girl. I slept on my table at Science subject and skipped the class as soon as Basic Accounting lesson began. I only 'remember' the definition of economy (after I being forced to remember by my teacher) but didn't understand what economy actually is.

Student Attack

I had violated the school regulations for three time in 1999 which I'm not about to discuss it here. I may be a bad student or a a lazy schoolboy or whatever you want to call it, but i never:

Kicked a good and decent teacher who sincerely teach us and want us to be excellent and honorable people

Teacher lodges report against pupil who kicked her

This video showed the teacher who first attacked the student, usually we call it the schoolgirl.

From my point of view, no teacher would launch a fight with her adorable students, unless the student put the spark on her fury.

A Little Advise To Our Future Leaders.

Regarding of what was happened last week, I want to give a little advise to all Malaysian pupils who are still studying in secondary school.

Never kick your teacher, unless you teacher told you something wrong and misguided. Call me and I will kick it for you.
Love your teachers and friends, they are your guidance.
Act according to your brain, not your rage.
Study smart, not study hard (I learned this quote from the wall of my classroom).
Just listen to what your teacher have told you.
Don't get lazy, bring up some good attitude. Your behaviour right now reflecting of what you will become in ten years. Believe me.

How To Save Money On Movies and Avoid Spending More

There are many ways to save money on movies. You may love so much watching movies at cinema or on DVDs but you a very budget to cope with the living cost. This post could provide a little relief of your movies madness.

First, lets look at the illegal approaches to watch movies with little or no money at all. They seem like the best ways to save money but you'll may find trouble with the higher authority if you get caught. I only want to show you ways of saving money on movies and I'm not highly encourage people to follow this approach but if you want to, don't get caught. Simple.

Buy pirated DVD. Buy at pasar malam (night market) or selected shopping mall which is illegal. Cost of buying a DVD: RM 5 - RM 15. I was once found 20 movies in one DVD and that is outrageous, pirates these days are really technologically advanced.

Rip movies from file-sharing or torrent. Watch for copyright title or else, you will face problems with lawsuits.

Here I point out for the legal ways to save money on movies (not including P2P, filesharing, illegal copies which enabling copyright infringement). You want to save some money for bigger purpose but you can't leave your loves of movies and TV series.

Plan your budget. Include the appropriate amount that you want to spend for movies on your budget. Too much it will blow your money, too little and you can't reach your satisfaction.

Go for super Wednesday. Both TGV and GSC cut down their prices in half on Wednesdays.

Chase the ticket of early bird. Buy ticket for the first show of the day (usually at 11.00 a.m.) which actually can save your money.

GSC Birthday Coupon. Just register your name to be a membership of GSC and show your Identification Card (IC) at GSC ticket counter you get free coupon

Borrow from your friend and family. I usually keep waiting for my friends or my brother to buy new DVDs, so I can borrow it.

Rent DVD.

Eflix Sdn Bhd is biggest DVD rental store in Malaysia, almost every title available in this store. Link via my88db.
Although the interface and the design are ugly, videos2u provides great offers on movies. Free delivery, no late charge (as shown on the banner). Read the FAQ to know the rates.

Don't buy movies at all, just wait for free broadcast TV to show the movie. May consumes two years or three years.

Watch movies online. There are several website that provide you good link to watch movie online for free. Only the problem is that you have be patience because there's a lot buffering, depends on youinternet connection speed. Link via watch-movies and tv-live plus SurfTheChannel.

Watch or buy only the good ones. Buy reading some reviews and stars on the movies that you want to buy, you may save some money instead of throwing away the DVD after you watching because it was a toilet-junk movie. IMDB and RottenTomatoes are the reliable resources of movies, they tell you which movie is good and which movie is not. Make a regular visit to IMDB top 250 films and tomatometer of 80% or higher.
Buy second hand DVD. You can easily buy it on eBay!Malaysia or Lelong.

The year I was born.

Couldn't remember.

1989

The year of primary school: i couldn't barely read 'till the end of the first year.

1990

1991

1992

My first spectacle.

1993

1994

1995

I got straight A's in UPSR. I make my dad proud, but didn't get my present.

1996

First year of boarding school: I realized that this school has a strong spirit of seniority. You have to give a respect to your senior or upper level above you. You have to serve them like a king; or your butt will be kicked. and you'll be treated like a dog.

1997

My First PC with multimedia enriched my dad had gave me and my brother . My first game played with my first PC.

1998

I had 6As in PMR. And a D in Arabic Language.

1999

A goal post fallen onto my head and there was a blood all over my face. The unbearable pain and agony came through me, I was brought to the nearest hospital. I will remember that night for all my life.

2000

SPM Trial examination pass with excellent result, got A in most subjects.

Losing a scholarship selection due to bad result of SPM. Failed in Arabic language subject.

2001

Matriculation study where my college is located in between two palm estate and abandoned shop lots buildings.
Built a network of friends.

2002

Further study to degree.

Had been dumped by my ex-girlfriend, gave me RM 500 for the sake of being nice to her for 7 months. Sad at first and then bought RM 450 acoustic guitar instead. Looking back at this memory, I realized that she is nothing, below par, and too far behind compared to my wife.

2003

2nd year of university life.

My laziness index had come to the highest point and my GPA had dropped to the lowest point because I played a lot and and less effort on study .

The time I wasting for the whole year, was not wasted.

2004

3rd of university life, nothing impressive happened. Just wanted to complete my credit hours.

2005

Industrial training at Bank Pertanian Malaysia. Why did they changed the name to Agro Bank? . Don't suppose to love our own language?

The year of unemployment and underemployed.

This is the year that I met my future wife.
The worst accident happened in my life. A car from behind hit my car and it was turning upside down and rolling three time before it hit the tree. I realized I was on the back passenger seat (I don't know how I got there from the driver's seat). I came out out of the car without injury, not even a scratch. Thank god, I'm not wearing a seat belt.

2006

The first real job as a bank officer. From 8 a.m untill 10.00 p.m, no social life.
Save money for marriage ceremony. Luckily, I managed to save RM 1000 per month.

2007

Get Married. The best year of my life. At last, something extraordinary good has happened in my life; a soulmate. I can't believe this dream came true.

2008

My wife gave birth to my baby boy. Another wonderful year of my life.

My life is running on the right track, has enough money for my family to provide house for shelter and food to survive.

But it is actually a full of swindling, twisting, and turning. Maxis Broadband is not like what you think.
Here's 13 reasons why you should not subscribe to Maxis Broadband.

It is unlimitedly "limited" package. Read Terms & Condition, Point 5

Unlimited? It's really misleading advertisement.

Each customer’s total usage per month shall NOT exceed 3GB of data volume transmitted (total upload and download usage). This is to ensure that no individual hogs the bandwidth at all times. 5.3.2 If a customer wishes to use more than the volume permitted, a written request should be made to Maxis. 5.3.3 Maxis reserves the right to reject the said application or charge for any additional data volume transmitted from what is already allocated.

It is automatically turn to 256kbps if your bandwith reach 3GB which is much more worst than basic package.

Maxis sales representative didn't show transparency value. They tell you lies, unclear, and incomplete information.
Most online game application cannot run properly or can't run at all. Only show pending processes.
You cannot Torrent and P2P. Blockage on 99% ports and sharing is becoming impossible.
VPN Service to connect to your workplace is unusable.
You cannot do Skype and other VOIP application which means you cannot do video conferencing,
Extremely slow browsing experience during night time.
Frequent internet disconnection during browsing. It gets worse when it's raining.

4.8 Maxis may, at its sole discretion, automatically disconnect the customer’s internet session after a period of inactivity, which may vary from 20 minutes to 30 minutes. This automatic disconnection is to allow maximum network performance.

MSN, Yahoo Messenger, and Other chatting application can't be used, Maxis has blocked Chat Protocols.
3.6Mbps package is as fast as 386Kbps package. No point of subscribing RM 98/month package.Totally dissatisfied. Test bandwidth for yourself.
Unfriendly customer care.
All Incoming UDP/TCP connection has been blocked. You cannot watch even a single video. Say goodbye to Youtube, Break, Googlevideo, and other exciting video sharing website.
