What Insurance?

Insurance is a contract between an individual or entity (the policyholder) and an insurance company in which the insurer (the insurance company) agrees to provide financial protection or reimbursement ( or compensation) for specified events or circumstances in exchange for the payment of premiums. The purpose of insurance is to reduce potential financial losses that may arise due to unexpected events or risks. The policyholder pays premiums, either monthly, quarterly, or annually, to the insurance company. In return, the insurer agrees to compensate the policyholder or beneficiary if a covered loss or occurrence occurs. Insurance companies have terms and conditions for the policy plan and it has written on the policy copy.

How Insurance Company Functions

Insurance companies collect money by pooling funds from many policyholders to pay out claims to those who experience a loss covered by their policies. Policyholders pay premiums to the insurance company, which invests some of the funds and holds reserves to pay future claims.
It is like a company collecting a small amount of premium from 1000 people; among them, they have to pay claims to one or two policyholders, which means many people share the loss of one person without any burden.

I just started bike riding 4 months ago, I was very afraid of riding a bike. One day I fell off the bike because of distraction at that time my speed was very slow still fell. When you are doing something, it doesn’t matter if it's slow or fast but focus matters, and focusing requires maintaining speed. I have a habit of comparing two things and two situations this time I reached a conclusion when I was riding my bike at a speed of 80-90 constantly. Once upon a time when I used to say my friends to go slow, but after four months I feel that if I go slow on this road, I might have an accident because if I go 40-50, there will be a lot of distraction and this may cause accidents. In the same way, I think in life focus is essential and to avoid distraction needs to be focused. In life also distractions are obvious, there are lots of things that may distract someone. Sometimes we failed to understand what is a distraction and what is an actual pleasure. I am talking about focus that doesn’t mean only results and success, for me, the journey is also important as success is. It may possible that speed may kill creativity I am just trying to explain the relationship between speed and focus from my point of understanding and experience. I am writing it from my personal experience of 14 July 2022, I had tried to ride my bike at the speed of 40 to 50 on the road from Dumka to my home generally I used to ride at the speed of 70 to 80 on that road. After approximately 45 minutes of riding, I was distracted 5 times by many things on the roads and also some thoughts of my own. I realized at that point how my brain works with focus and speed, I think it is intertwined with low-speed there will be a high distraction, and at high speed, you will get high concentration. I think the relationship between concentration with speed is as strong as it is with interest.

It means company will pay for damages you need not to pay for depreciation of vehicle .

you can only opt for the zero depreciation add on in your car insurance policy if your car is less than 5 years old.

Pa Cover provides a coverage to vehicle owner driver upto 15 Lac of Personal Accident Cover.

What is a "No" Claim Bonus?

No Claim Bonus(NCB) is a discount in premium provided by company to those buyers who has previous policy and have not lapsed more than 3 month or having NCB certificate and if No claim taken on previous policy.

दुर्घटना से चोट लगने या मौत होने की स्थिति में थर्ड पार्टी कवर की सीमा नहीं बताई गई है। कोर्ट इस बात का फैसला करती है कि मुआवजे के तौर पर कितनी राशि मिलनी चाहिए और उसका भुगतान इंश्‍योरेंस कंपनी करती है। दुर्भाग्यवश अगर आपके वाहन से किसी को नुकसान पहुंचता है तो ऐसे हालत में आपको क्या करना होगा।तीसरे पक्ष के दावे के मामले में पार्टी तय करने के लिए एक विशेष अदालत, मोटर दुर्घटना दावा ट्रिब्यूनल (MACT) स्थापित किया गया है जो क्‍लेम से जुड़े निर्णय करता है। इसमें वकील से भी सहायत लिया जा सकता है , पुलिस को भी इन्फॉर्म करना होता है।

In the Indian motor vehicle act if someone is driving without insurance may be fined for that. It covers the insured's legal liability for death/disability of third-party loss or damage to the third-party property.

Concentration is a very important thing for study , Now a days it's very important for parents , digital devices are playing an important role in distracting children's from study . Many students want to concentrate on study but unable to do but why unable to because of this distractions :-

1.different messaging applications like whatsapp , facebook , etc .

2.videos application - lots of people spend their time causelessly on video application like -youtube , news channels, short video apps.

3.Different parties , hangouts with friends on the time of study .

Etc.

when we sit to study these things come to mind we think lets check phone whether someone messaged me . Some time friends will call you on the time of study , many more reasons for distraction from study . now coming to the point .

Things which helps in concentration

1. Meditation - Meditation is very helpful for improvement concentration . Meditation helps brain to reduce stress , anxiety , and depression . increase focus learning concentration also improve memory and attention span .

3. Fixed Timing For study - set a time table for study . If you want to study 20 minute then in this 20 minute keep aside all distracting things and don't do multitasking when you study either you go and do other work or sit and study without any distracting things and try to increase slots of study gradually .

What is Reading?

Reading is a process where many activity involves and we extract the meaning of text . when anyone read a text then there is a aim to find out the meaning , information from the text . As a process , Reading involves mainly two types of activities : Mechanical activity and Mental activity . Everyone read a text differently like some read loudly (mostly children's) some read silently . Reading is process it required complex skills involving a simultaneous operations . To understand a text like essay or novel , at first we have to understand and identify letter , then word and then the meaning , after word we get sentence and meaning of sentence and then understanding meaning of sentence in accordance to the whole text .

Process of reading relationship between reader and writer

Reading involves two person or more person in this process at first creation of text means writer of text then reader of text delivery of message to reader . Means encoder of message (writer) to decoder of message (reader) . Now reader requires abilities to understand the information or meaning of text and it depend upon text that how much abilities required to understand text in case of simple essay it will be easier than a poem . the process of understanding texts of different types and different subjects started from childhood but it grow or sharpen day by day . There is lot of things to know for proper understanding of text like - knowledge of writing system , knowledge of language , etc . After all that , a reader read a text , decode it and find his own meaning . What he finds on text depends not only on what writer wrote but also on what reader brings to the text , so reading is meaning making process .

Here we find a relationship between a reader and writer a common area of how much amount of knowledge encoded by writer and decoded by reader . In communication between two person same process involves where a person say something and second person has to understand that once message enters to the mind of listener mind ant decoded then communication achieved . Limitation- 1. अभी तक सारे Payment Bank AEPS में उपलब्ध नहीं है , आसा कर सकते है की ये पेमेंट बैंक भी जल्दी ही सुचारु रूप से AEPS में उपलब्ध हो जायेंगे। AEPS में उपलब्ध हो जाने पर cash withdrawl में सुबिधा हो जायेगा। payments banks को अगर ग्रामीण छेत्रों में बिज़नस करना हो तो उन्हें जल्द से जल्द AEPS को चालू करना होगा .

2. कुछ पेमेंट बैंक सिर्फ Virtual debit card उपलब्ध कराते हैं । इस बैंकों में आप 1 Lac तक जमा कर सकते है

3.इनका लिमिट 1 लाख तक का है , कोई भी पेमेंट बैंक अकाउंट में १ लाख से ज्यादा एक साथ में नही रख सकते है | जब मैंने पोस्ट लिखा थे तब ये 1 लाख था अब उसे बढ़ाकर 2 लाख कर दिया गया है।

4. No of ट्रांसक्शन का कोई लिमिट अभी तक नहीं है।

अधिक जानकारी के लिए आप बैंकों के official website में भी पता कर सकते है , और भी बैंको के नियम कानून बदलाव होते रहते है तो अकाउंट खोलने या किसी भी काम को करने के लिए official website या bank से संपर्क करे।

PM kisaan प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि - ये योजना भारत सरकार द्वारा किसानो के लिए शुरू किया गया है।

किसानो की उत्साह बढ़ाने उद्देस्य से किया गया है। इस योजना से किसानो को आर्थिक मदद भी मिलेगी। इस योजना में किसानो को सालाना 6000 रूपया देने की योजना है , 2-2 हजार के 3 किस्तों में सालाना 6000 रूपया सीधे किसानो के बैंक खाते में जमा किये जाने की योजना है सरकार का।

प्रधान मंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि का लाभ लेने के लिए किसानो को अपना पंजीकरण करना होगा। किसान अपना पंजीकरण ऑनलाइन कर सकते है या फिर किसी भी नजदीकी common service centre कर सकते है। किसान खुद से भी online पंजीकरण (Registration) कर सकते है। पंजीकरण करने के लिए website-
