We’ve seen some reports regarding celebrity Mila Kunis, well known for work on That 70’s Show and the recent movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The speculation suggests Kunis had a nose job. In the before & after pictures shown above the nose looks considerably different and slimmer.

A nose job is surgery to repair or reshape the nose and is one of the most common of all plastic surgery procedures. In this procedure the nose is reshaped by resculpting the bone and cartilage in the nose.

According to Makemeheal.com, Dr. Jennifer Walden believes the young actress is the recipient of a nose job. “After looking at many photos of Mila Kunis, I believe she’s had a conservative and elegantly done rhinoplasty that served to narrow the width of the nasal dorsum (or bridge), give it a little more dorsal height, and refine the tip. This fits her beautiful face much better; it seemed broad and boxy for her petite face in older photos,” said Dr. Walden.

There are multiple reports that movie superstar and busy father Brad Pitt has recently been the recipient of a facial cosmetic surgery procedure called Restylane.

So what is it?  Restylane® is designed to smooth wrinkles, sculpt lips, and restore volume and fullness to the skin. According to a report in The National Enquirer,“Brad’s major problem area is his left cheek, where old acne scars have left little craters. He stopped using the cosmetic filler while he filmed ‘Jesse James,’ but if you look at him now, he’s got his pretty-boy good looks back. No one’s suddenly ten years younger without some help. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see that he’s getting something done.”

New York City cosmetic surgeon Jennifer Walden, M.D., thinks Brad Pitt looks like he had both a facial-resurfacing procedure and fillers to treat his wrinkles.

“Before, Brad’s skin was ruddy, a result of aging from stress and sun exposure,” Dr. Walden, who has not treated Brad, tells Star. Now, “his skin is shinier and there are fewer wrinkles on his face, which indicates he had a resurfacing procedure, like a laser called Fraxel or a chemical peel. It also looks like he’s had soft-tissue fillers, like Restylane or Juvéderm, injected into his wrinkles.”

The young celebrity has the Internet buzzing about these supposed before & after boob job pictures shown above.  The Sun, among many other sites, is posing the question to its readers and currently roughly 70% of the readers believe that she did in fact have a breast augmentation.

A boob job, or breast augmentation, is an operation to enlarge or change the shape of a woman’s breasts.  In recent years it has become one of the most popular and common plastic surgery procedures among women.

In more recent photos of Hilary Duff, shown below, her breasts do appear to be larger and more pronounced.  She has yet to deny or confirm the claims….as usual.

It looks like Nicole Richie, the famous actress, celebrity, and daughter of Lionel Richie, has gone under the knife to have a breast augmentation.  TMZ.com recently reported that the new mommy was showing off her new body and breasts at her husband’s event last night.

It is common for women’s breasts to become larger when they are pregnant, and even larger when they breast feed.  But as TMZ suggests, the before & after pictures above may be telling us the story of breast implants and not mother nature.

Christina Aguilera, the famous pop singer and recent mommy, is rumored to have had all kinds of cosmetic surgery procedures, including a breast augmentation that boosted her from A cups to C cups. Although the recent pictures of Aguilera’s breasts during and following her pregnancy look quite close to D cups.

She has denied the rumors and claimed to have never gone under the knife. Awfulplasticsurgery.com has pictures, shown below, that would indicate otherwise. As you can see in the photos of Christina Aguilera’s breasts below, there is a ripple which is commonly found with implants and capsular constructure.

It is common for women with implants to have larger breasts during and following their pregnancies. This can be dramatically increased when a woman breast feeds.

Did she? Didn’t she? It isn’t 100% clear from the before & after pictures nor has she confirmed that she’s had breast implants.

As the photos above show, Gwen Stefani had very small A cup breasts but has been seen recently with larger breasts as shown in the photo on the right. A definite change in size as she was very small before.

But Stefani, a new mother, told US Magazine last year “I enjoy a great surgery TV show as much as anyone — I watched a lot of those shows while I was pregnant! But it’s pretty bizarre that that’s where we’re at — that you can place an order for how you’re going to look. People take it pretty lightly, but it’s a big deal. I’ve thought it over but I’m not at that stage yet.”

Aside from Janet Jackson at the Super Bowl, no other actress & celebrity has received as much attention surrounding her breast implants as Tara Reid. Then again, not many show them off as much as Reid.

As the above before & after pictures show, Tara Reid had a boob job a few years ago but the procedure was not a success. In 2004, a wardrobe malfunction (see in the picture below) gave the world an up close view of Tara’s breast implants with visible scars and oddly shaped nipples.

In an interview with Us Weekly the American Pie movie actress told the magazine she had another breast augmentation to reduce the scarring on her breasts and to even out her stomach after cosmetic surgery in 2004.

“I was on Web sites as having the ugliest boob job in the world. I was devastated,” Reid told the magazine.

“Guys I was dating would be like, ’What’s wrong with them? They look really bad. You know, you should really get them fixed.’ So embarrassing, I mean, you definitely had to turn off the lights. And then there was my stomach.”

“I got my breasts done for the first time because my breasts were uneven,” Reid told Us. ” I was a 34-B, but the right one was always bigger than the left. I weigh 110 pounds now, but I always used to fluctuate by 10 pounds, so my skin was kind of saggy. I figured, I’m in Hollywood. I’m getting older. I’m going to fix them.”

But the cosmetic surgery was a disaster from the very start, she said.

“First of all, I asked for big Bs [B cups], and he did not give me big Bs,” Reid said. “He gave me Cs, and I didn’t want them. At all. Right after the surgery, I had some bumps along the edges of my nipples, but the doctor said, ‘Don’t worry. It’s going to be better.’ But after six months of ‘it’s going to get better,’ it started to get worse and worse.”

As the second set of before & after photos above clearly show, Tara Reid’s breasts are now smaller and less saggy than they were during the famed nipple slip at Puff Daddy’s party in 2004. Is this the last breast augmentation/reduction/lift for Reid?

Rihanna, the Grammy award winning singer, has apparently had a breast augmentation. Check out the before & after pictures above. We also dug up this “insider info” that was posted at Mediatakeout.com.

Mediatakeout has this “tipster” that’s always giving them inside info. You know like the Diddy side chick and ANTM winner. Anywho, “Tipster” got some info on Rihanna about breast implants:
“We spoke with a woman who claims that she saw Rihanna leaving the office of a renowned Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. The woman tells MediaTakeOut.com, “I was waiting to see [the doctor] for a follow up exam and it was taking a long time … when I asked the receptionist what was taking so long she told me that the doctor was meeting with one of his ‘celebrity clients.’” Then, according to the tipster, she saw Rihanna come out of the doctor’s office and get quickly shuffled into a back elevator. The tipster explains, “They tried to get her out of there as quickly as possibly but I saw her … and I know it was Rihanna because she has a very unique look.”And there is little question as to what Rihanna was doing at the doctor’s office. According to our tipster, “Rihanna had to be seeing this doctor for breast implants - that’s his specialty. I don’t even think he does anything else.”

What is a breast augmentation? It is an operation to enlarge or change the shape of a woman’s breasts. Breasts are enlarged by placing an implant, typically saline or silicone, behind each breast.

Katie Holmes had a nose job? Right? That’s the story according to Makemeheal.com and evaluations from a plastic surgeon.

Looking at the before & after pics you can see that Katie Holmes’ nose looks noticeably thinner and a completely different shape.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn confirmed the rumor, saying “She appears to have had a rhinoplasty which has thinned the tip of her nose and the dorsum.” Dr. Youn adds “Her nose looks more sleek now, and this makes her look more mature, more adult. I do think her old nose fits with her face well, making her look like a “Midwest girl-next-door” type. The newer nose makes her look more “Hollywood.”

Kelly Rowland, the former star of Destiny’s Child, has been in the news with reports of a breast augmentation.

The paparazzi caught full breasted Rowland on the beach in Miami wearing the same purple bikini that made her look flat-chested last August.

Kelly Rowland is refusing to confirm or deny the boob job rumors but a leading surgeon insists the camera never lies.

Dr. Michelle Copeland tells Star magazine, “She definitely has significantly larger, fuller breasts now, most likely from implant augmentation. Some women want Wonder Woman breasts, which Kelly certainly has now.”

The before & after pictures paint a clear picture, although nothing has been confirmed. In addition there are multiple photos floating around the internet which show Rowland’s breast with a ripple which is indicative of implants.
