Present location is&nbsp;80 miles east of Jax beach. Winds locally are now gusting up to near 55 mph and gusts of 56 are noted with the buoy&nbsp; 40 miles offshore. Beryl is becoming a strong Troical Storm and has sustained winds of 65 with gusts to near 75 mph.
