<description>Scupper is our Spanish Water Dog. I wanted a puppy and Warren had other ideas. Among those ideas was not getting a  puppy. My mom had found a West Highland Terrier rescue for me and I was all set to get it, when some other lady came by and snatched it up. I cried and cried.  It was white and I wanted a white dog.
I looked a lot. I looked at the Pound. I wrote to rescue societies. No luck.
