Three blondes are sitting by the side of a river holding fishing poles with the lines in the water. A game warden comes up behind them, taps them on the shoulder and says, "Excuse me, ladies, I'd like to see your fishing licenses." "We don't have any." replied the first blonde. "Well, if you're going to fish, you need fishing licenses." said the game warden. "But officer," replied the second blonde, "we aren't fishing. We all have magnets at the end of our lines and we're collecting debris off the bottom of the river."

The husband went out on the lake with his boat and equipment, while the wife took a nap in the cabin. Later that afternoon, the husband returns to take a nap. So, the wife takes the boat to the middle of the lake, takes out a book and starts reading. After a while a game warden comes along in his boat and tells her that she is in a restricted fishing area. She says that she is not fishing, just reading a book. "But, you have all this fishing equipment, so I will have to fine you." said the game warden.

Ollie the Drunk Goes Ice Fishing

Even after a long night of drinking, Ollie gets up really early in the morning to go ice fishing. He goes out onto the ice with his tent, his pick and his fishing rod, and starts to pick at the ice. Then he hears a big booming voice: "THERE ARE NO FISH UNDER THE ICE." Ollie looks around and then starts to pick at the ice again. Then he hears the voice again: "THERE ARE NO FISH UNDER THE ICE."

Snohomish County Completes North Creek Restoration

Thanks to grant money, 1500' of North Creek in Snohomish county at the Clearwater School and Clearwater Commons properties has been restored as natural a state as possible. It is good to see people working to 'fix' what we have managed to screw up in our rampant development of the Puget Sound watershed.
