Spring signifies many different things because so much happens during this season. Plants begin to sprout and grow and animals begin to come out of their burrows and begin the cycle of life again. One tradition that that many people adhere to in the spring is cleaning out the old. That's right, Spring Cleaning. There is a lot to be learned from this ritual and it's a great opportunity to bring in fresh energy not only into our homes but also our lives.

Do you ever worry about what others think about you? Does it make you change your decisions? Do you “should” all over yourself instead of following your instincts and doing what you want? You’re not alone. Many people change their daily routines – and their lives – according to what they think they should be instead of what they want to be because of fear of what others are thinking. This is a recipe for regret, resentment, and stress.

When shopping for an elliptical cardio machines, you come across a vast selection of machines ranging from $300 to over $5000. Contrary to popular belief, if you spend more money, you’re not paying for the “bells and whistles” programming, you are actually buying a more durable, stable, smoother machine. With all of these huge sales on all the time like 50% off a $2000 machine, it’s easy to lose sight of what to really look for when making the right buying decision. Here is a simple checklist of what to look for when buying an elliptical machine.
